這次來荊州出差，正趕上當地剛下過雪。一出站，就感受到了荊楚大地的隆冬問候，於是趕緊在網上選了荊州富力萬達嘉華酒店入住，整體體驗非常滿意——無論是軟件服務還是硬件設施，都值得稱讚。 從前台接待説起，工作人員熱情周到，態度親切，特別要表揚一下前台的齊君，聽説我第二天要去一個較遠的地方，他主動幫忙協調預約車輛，細緻記錄行程需求，很快就解決了出行問題，讓我後續工作安排順利無憂。 房間設施配備齊全，温馨舒適，空調温度調節得恰到好處，温暖而不乾燥，房間使用起來十分方便，衞生方面也做得非常到位，整體整潔，被子蓬鬆乾淨，沒有任何異味。 總之，這次住宿體驗相當不錯，為這段本可能平淡的出差旅程添上了意料之外的温暖與舒心。

Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.

Overall a great stay. The Pros: The breakfast was definitely the highlight—a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes. You must try the beef noodles; they were honestly better than many outside restaurants! The service was excellent across the board, from the restaurant to the front desk. They even gave us fruit and drinks as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch. The Cons: To be honest, the hardware and facilities are showing their age. The shower water wasn't hot enough at first, but after we called, the engineering team arrived quickly and fixed the issue immediately.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much fir a 1-night stop over. A straight forward hotel that is mainly catered for business travelers and only 4km away from the train station, this hotel provided me with utmost comfort, amazing hospitality service and is strategically located within shops and eateries out of the noisy CBD area. It was also just a road away from a beautiful park facing Yangtze River. The breakfast was amazingly wonderful. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for making my stay at Yichang so comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a big difference during my trip. One small moment that really stayed with me: the housekeeping staff noticed that I brought my laptop with and kindly gave me a relaxing eye mask so I could rest my eyes after work. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels were replaced regularly, everything was always fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food, and the location is perfect — very convenient for exploring the city. I traveled to Wuhan solo, and this hotel made the trip feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home and made my stay in Wuhan one of my best travel experiences! 離開恩施前定了一晚上。終於住了個像樣的了。在州博物館正對面。酒店附近馬路對面吃的很方便。沒到過恩施，看選住女兒城土司城附近的比較多。我也選了那邊。但其實並不用，那邊快捷的比較多，又商業。恩施打車非常便宜方便，應該找個舒適的。酒店是正常的標準酒店裝備：漂亮精神的迎賓門僮前台。歡迎水果，智能房間，機器人服務。乾濕真正分離。衞生乾淨。準備的洗漱物品精緻。礦泉水隨便喝。有一點我有點迷茫：冰箱裏空空的，一般都會有飲料，不知道是不是本來沒有還是忘放了？當然也不重要。早餐給小朋友補了半價。但確實也值這個價。下次來會選這裏。

The hotel is is just opposite the airport. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and the staff is friendly. There are two restaurants one offers Chinese food and the other western food. They both have variety of food, which tastes really good. The breakfast was also good and it has a lot of options. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
