Hotel Dengan breakfast di Hubei, China

This was my first time visiting Wudang Mountain, and I was lucky to choose a hotel in the Nanyan area. It was super convenient for climbing Golden Summit, and visiting Nanyan Palace and Zixiao Palace! Taihe Ziyin is the best hotel in the Nanyan area. I opted for a 'Cloud View' room, and on the first day, it was shrouded in mist, while on the third day, I got to witness the sunrise right from my room! The service was good, especially the hotel's private chef. After climbing Golden Summit, I didn't want to go anywhere else, so I ordered tomato and egg noodles at the hotel. Simple, yet delicious! The staff were all very nice! The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit old. It was quite cold when I first arrived on the mountain, and even with the AC on all night, it wasn't particularly warm, and it was noisy. On the second day, I asked for a space heater, one of those fan heaters. While it kept my legs and feet warm, it was also noisy. At night, I still had to resort to using the AC. Luckily it wasn't winter, otherwise, it might have been unbearable. If they could provide better space heaters, it would be pretty perfect.

The hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient to get everywhere. The rooms are a bit small and the facilities aren't new. The price was acceptable during the Chinese New Year period, but the room's cleanliness really impacted our stay. There were spills that hadn't been wiped up, the trash hadn't been emptied, and the water glasses had mold spots. When we contacted the front desk, the staff said they were too busy because of Chinese New Year and could only address it the next day. The parking lot is very small, but the parking attendant was enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. The soundproofing was decent, and breakfast was just okay.

The hotel reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the laundry facilities were spotless. After washing our clothes, they even personally delivered them to our room, and they offer a drying service too. I still think about that service after checking out; staying at other hotels just makes me realize how good Atour Hotel truly is.

Location: Unbeatable river view room with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a view of Central China's tallest building across the river. The location is excellent, right on the waterfront with a prime river view. At night, you can lie in bed and watch the Yangtze River light show. Hankou Beach and Lihuangpo Road are right outside, and Jianghan Road is a convenient walk away. Cleanliness: The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was soft. Service: The front desk service was attentive. This place offers incredible value for money; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Good. Convenient. Recommended. Close to the exhibition and Rose Street. Downstairs there's a shopping mall and supermarket, which is super convenient. Breakfast was decent. The environment is excellent, the location is superb, and transportation is very convenient. There are also many flowers outside the hotel, and the stay is very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Enshi; the experience was fantastic.

The front desk lady is very gentle and welcoming, the check-in is fast and intimate, the goodwill is directly full, and the follow-up feedback is also very timely and effective! The breakfast is very delicious, the taste is very appetizing, the food is super satisfying, and the delicious food is Xiangyang special beef noodles. The laundry room was fragrant when I passed by, it smelled particularly comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the living was very comfortable! The supporting gym is also very clean. The location is very close to the river, you can walk there.

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it. 2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly. 3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation. My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied? For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.
