I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a big difference during my trip. One small moment that really stayed with me: the housekeeping staff noticed that I brought my laptop with and kindly gave me a relaxing eye mask so I could rest my eyes after work. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels were replaced regularly, everything was always fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food, and the location is perfect — very convenient for exploring the city. I traveled to Wuhan solo, and this hotel made the trip feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home and made my stay in Wuhan one of my best travel experiences! Very good location, very near to the Hankou railway station (~15 minutes car ride) with a lot restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Very clean room with a lot of amenities and very friendly staffs as well.

The hotel is is just opposite the airport. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and the staff is friendly. There are two restaurants one offers Chinese food and the other western food. They both have variety of food, which tastes really good. The breakfast was also good and it has a lot of options. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay there again.

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. While in China this is my 7th hotel. By far, the most attentive and kindles reception I had. Although I don’t speak any chinese, they made a real effort to remove the language barrier and ensure I have a great experience.

Very good location, at the middle of 汉口pedestrian street. Laundry and gym facilities are available..counter staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially 周乐, she has offered to change my room when I complained about smell of smoke in my room. The other staff also helped us to contact the delivery guy for our Taobao purchase when we faced some delivery issues. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuhan.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much fir a 1-night stop over. A straight forward hotel that is mainly catered for business travelers and only 4km away from the train station, this hotel provided me with utmost comfort, amazing hospitality service and is strategically located within shops and eateries out of the noisy CBD area. It was also just a road away from a beautiful park facing Yangtze River. The breakfast was amazingly wonderful. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for making my stay at Yichang so comfortable.

全五星好評，再次堅定了我酒店要住新，關鍵它新房比我自家裝修後入住的氣味還友好！沒錯，就是友好，這種檔次居然讓我這幾十年的老過敏性鼻炎有做過專業空氣管理、香氛管理的感覺！我訂的複式房在三樓，臨街江邊，環境綠化很好也不吵，窗外看出去是濱江綠化帶和樹，沒有配圖的視角，我忘記在房間拍照，配圖是我去同樓高層的視角，天氣好手機隨手一拍。宜昌是國內除杭州外，實地給我最大驚喜的城市了，訂房時看地圖，還擔心酒店甚至整個宜昌主城區江對岸是大片未開發的鄉村，結果這片鄉村到處是配圖這樣的風景，太超預期了。

Room spacious n clean. Excellent customer service. Special thanks to one of the staff who helped to order food to send to our room as we do not have China phone number.. Convenient to do shopping as beside the hotel is a big shopping mall.

Room Cleanliness was ok, but has smoke smell upon entering and bathroom shower area has some molds. Amenities delivery were very prompt. Housekeeping attendant asked for laundry service but real intention was to make up the room even though already specified we will call when we ready. This was common practice which we knew everytime we travel, so pls stop asking this. Hotel in overall in the needs of renovation. Guest Relations lady no greetings everytime we seen her. Only nod and nod. Service at breakfast was very prompt and attentive on first day but other day, they even struggle to clean our plates. Allison was trying very hard to keep up due to lack of service staff on shift. She delivered great service and genuine. Kitchen staff needs to be train on product knowledge. Asked for Egg Benedict which listed on egg menu but were given omelette, second chef came made me poach egg without hollandaise sauce on top. Ordered omelette but was not offered filling, so came plain. No basic standard orange juice for breakfast in buffet. No tea bags selection at beverage counter. Bread selection was good.. We left hotel for sightseeing at 530am saw securty guard was sleeping at inner lobby with sitting position overlooking the main entrance. When we talked louder near him he woke up a bit and continue with his slouching and closing eyes position. Steam room air circulation and quality need to be improved due to smell not good. Reception service was good, asked for Late check out and was given in instant without negotiation. Location was only 5 mins walk from MixC and very easy access.
