I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a big difference during my trip. One small moment that really stayed with me: the housekeeping staff noticed that I brought my laptop with and kindly gave me a relaxing eye mask so I could rest my eyes after work. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels were replaced regularly, everything was always fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food, and the location is perfect — very convenient for exploring the city. I traveled to Wuhan solo, and this hotel made the trip feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home and made my stay in Wuhan one of my best travel experiences! Very good location, very near to the Hankou railway station (~15 minutes car ride) with a lot restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Very clean room with a lot of amenities and very friendly staffs as well.

We stayed there because we have a early morning flight. The hotel is just beside Terminal 2 and a short walk (1km) within the airport to T3. Staff are friendly and give the necessary guidance.

此次到東湖賓館主要是和自己的老師在酒店小聚…… 酒店乙所二樓開了餐廳，在二樓餐廳品嚐毛氏紅燒肉，清蒸武昌魚……味道正宗！ 懷着美滋滋的心情:陪伴着老師，同學一路欣賞東湖落羽杉，紅楓，銀杏…… 完美的厶承包了梧桐大道…… 特別感謝:酒店裡楊師，王師傅等服務人員為我們擺渡講解！

It was a pleasant and quiet stay. The best part was the extremely helpful staff from the reception to housekeeping to the breakfast staff

Good location. Hotel seems recently refurbished. The management is still working on providing better amenities. Breakfast set up and spread should be look into as bread should be available for overseas guests. The only elevator in the front is insufficient.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much fir a 1-night stop over. A straight forward hotel that is mainly catered for business travelers and only 4km away from the train station, this hotel provided me with utmost comfort, amazing hospitality service and is strategically located within shops and eateries out of the noisy CBD area. It was also just a road away from a beautiful park facing Yangtze River. The breakfast was amazingly wonderful. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for making my stay at Yichang so comfortable.

新開酒店體驗感拉滿！整體裝修很有格調，風格簡約高級。房間空間寬敞、乾淨透亮，智能設備好用，衞生細節做得特別好，角落都很乾凈，工作人員態度禮貌温柔，整體入住很舒心，推薦給大家。

Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.

Decided to post this as a more recent English review for all to consider Great hotel. Staff are nice and polite and the breakfast buffet gives you a taste of the specialities of Wuhan. Regan Mian,regan beef noodles,Egg wine etc. housekeeping is very friendly and will chit chat with you and are also very professional The gym is on L4 with free entry for guest , great selection of equipment and weights for strength and general fitness. There were other yoga and pilates equipment as well. There is also a pool. Nearby food includes macdonalds and luckin, but skips the macdonalds ans get the nearby hole in the wall shops with gaifan,regan mian, doupi and more. A short walk away is mixc,a shopping center which had a great selection of shops. When i was here, there was a lot of events going on like hoch, a hamburger street event. Location wise,its around 30-50 mins (depends on traffic) to get to east lake , yellow crane tower or the hubei provincial Museum on the other side of the city. It is easier to get to jianghan pedestrian street from here though. I gave it 4/5 only because of my own preference and because i found myself going to the east lake more for runs/cycles. But all locations have their own merits
