My experience at the hotel was very quiet, even with works happening nearby, I had no problems with noise and I was able to sleep peacefully, very quiet. Clean with a large and comfortable bed, hot shower water and with great pressure, besides the towels are big and soft. That's great! About the location, very close to the attractions and for those who like hiking, very accessible to go to the giant budha walking, it was quick and you could get to know a little more of the city. I would definitely come back, I loved the stay and recommend it

Conveniently located between two terminals. You don’t have to leave the airport, and it is easy to locate as there are navigation signs even on the floor. They also give you the voucher to skip security lines, you just show it to the staff as entering the security check zone. The room is spacious with Australia type plugs, yet, I couldn’t plug in the charger. (Had the same issue with other hotel where for Aus plug you had to push super hard to get it in). Luckily, they also had usb ports for the chargers. The room had four bottles of complimentary water. Also, liked the fact that toilet with personal sink and mirror and shower with lager sink and mirror are separated, making in easier to get ready.

The hotel is good and affordable, with a very strategic location in the city center of Chengdu. It’s close to shopping areas and the station, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel staff are friendly, and the room was clean. The only downside was the there is small space in shower room, so when we showered, water tended to spill out and made the floor wet. However, overall we really liked this hotel and enjoyed our stay🙂

The room is so nice, if youre a foreigners dont worry the staff here speaks well in english. They will assist you from everything to literally everything even the small matters that concern you? The price with the view its priceless! The foods. I cant stop about the foods, especially the yak meat pizza. Should try it! Thanks to the staff name, A Xing and shiqi but not nust them everyone literally so helpful. Thank you so much!! from help us to check in and check out. And we got souvenirs aftee check out. Overall, the hotel is good and the location is very convenient, within walking distance to the Dujiangyan Scenic Area. However, my family and I had difficulty sleeping due to the room’s air-conditioning/heater settings. Although I switched the system to cooling mode, the temperature remained unchanged at around 30°C throughout the night until morning. Since our room was located at the corner, we had no choice but to open the door and window to let some cool air in. It was already midnight, and we were too tired to contact customer service at that time. As a result, we checked out as early as possible. Thankfully, we only stayed for one night.

Because the airport in Chengdu is so far from the city we decided to stay here - we had an early flight and you can just walk directly into the terminal. A little confusing when you arrive as there are two hotels, turn left for this one and turn right for the Joyhub Air Hotel.What the difference was, couldn't tell you.. Slightly disappointed that there was only one choice of restaurant (the ubiquitous buffet)

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.
