I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey’s. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit. The breakfast buffet also offered a great variety, making for a lovely start to each day. The only downside was finding several cockroaches in my room, which unfortunately took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience. I hope this is something the hotel addresses, as the service and facilities have the potential to make for an excellent stay.

Just what we needed on somewhat of a budget. Service throughout the hotel was excellent from desk to cleaning team. Pool large enough for a swim and there us a toddler pool separate. Breakfast was included and was ok. The overnight oats / yoghurt is fabulous. Cooked eggs available daily too. We ate a couple of nights in the hotel and that food was delicious and good value. Tour company have an office right by too, very handy for car hire, taxi and trips (again great service there too) We loved our room, very big, huge comfortable bed and well serviced. The air con worked! Vital! Couple of snags dealt with quickly too (Thanks) Good luck with the safe! We gave up in the end. Overall, well positioned hotel in Apia (no beach) and would strongly recommend.

My stay at Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical plants that make you feel completely connected to nature. Everywhere I looked, there was greenery, colorful flowers, and the calming sound of the ocean , it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Every Wednesday night they host a Fiafia Night. The resort also offers some great tours, including an Apia Town tour, a Savaii island tour, and a South East Coast tour. We went on the South East Coast tour and got to see the To Sua Ocean Trench. Overall, Sinalei Resort & Spa is the perfect getaway for us looking for beauty, tranquility, and authentic Samoan hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!

A nice hotel in the city center. The rooms have private facilities, including a kettle, fridge, TV, air conditioning, and a fan. The beds are beyond praise. The only inconvenience is the lack of consistent internet. Wi-Fi access needs to be purchased separately, and the paid units run out astonishingly quickly. Therefore, those planning a longer stay here should consider getting their own SIM card.

Great amenities, friendly staff, although our stay was short, we had everything we needed and were very accommodating🙏💯 would absolutely recommend👌🏻 thank you Moatoga🙏

The staff was so friendly and humble. Even though there were small concerns, with their polite manner, they immediately fixed them making our stay pleasant and cozy.

The hotel is very good and cost-effective. In addition to the location in the center of the city, you can walk to the fish market, the seaside, the post office, the cathedral and the cultural activity center, etc. The hotel is clean, the kitchen in the hall is not lost to the domestic, and the price is super close to the people. The weight is so large that I dare not point more 🤣, the hotel can rent a car, Completely meet all your needs, the boss is kind, helpful, and patient to answer our questions, this hotel is definitely worth recommending 👍.

It’s a average place,restaurants was okay,looks like it’s still trying to find its place,except more from this place as its been open for just about 12mouths now,hard to get food apart from the restaurant there,that’s very big but empty 🧐 needs a lot more hospitality experience in staffing, its cheap but can do a lot better

The owner and staff were amazing and it’s a wonderful simple concept for people who tour around the beautiful island and have a place to rest! The only little concern was the noise from the car wash next door. Overall the owner and staff were welcoming and hospitable!!! Thank you for being a wonderful host, excellent!!!

I loved the hotel; it's meticulously maintained and clean down to the last detail, and the pool is fantastic. The hotel lobby is beautiful, decorated in a 1920s style, and is a lovely place to spend time reading or checking your phone. The location is perfect if you have a rental car; otherwise, you'll have to walk about 20 minutes or take a taxi to the city center, so I'm only giving this aspect a 3. The breakfast included with your stay is excellent and beautifully presented. I stayed in one of the cabins, and I loved the experience, but you should be aware that you might like it, as you won't have the same amenities as a room, and the bathroom and showers are shared (although very clean and comfortable). If you're unsure about this, or if you're traveling as a couple, choosing a room might be a better option than staying in a cabin. I should add that they helped me with booking the airport shuttle and the staff were very friendly at all times.
