We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is good, walking distance to eateries, shopping areas and the clock tower. Food for breakfast although limited but fulfilling and nice taste. Hotel room is clean except the amenities in room some has worn out like the ceiling lamp broken and shower handle unable to use. Overall, good short stay.

This hotel soo comfort. I stay for 2 nights and they will topup wter bottle and neat your room next day. The linen so fragrant. Breakfast also so good. Variety of porridge. Staff also very polite. Very recommended👍

Lokasinya tidak bagus kerana ia terletak di pinggir bandar, tetapi ia bersih dan kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu baik. Sarapan pagi di restoran atas bumbung sangat mengagumkan, dan anda boleh melihat Lautan Hindi di barat dan Mt. Clinch di timur!

It was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour.
Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

OOpenEyesOnTheWorldLocation good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy.
Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the basic amenities we needed were provided, which made our stay smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were good, and the overall environment felt cozy and relaxing.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and a great choice when visiting Padang. Would definitely consider staying here again.
