Hotel Dengan Spa di West Sumatra, Indonesia

Hotel Mercure mempunyai pengalaman terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali. Tilam dan bantal sangat, sangat selesa, penebat bunyi juga sangat baik, dan ia sangat, sangat bersih. Sarapan pagi dan makan malam di restoran sangat lazat, dan bahagiannya lebih besar daripada di luar. SPA juga sangat selesa, dan gadis urut sangat mahir dan profesional. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan tepi laut Anda boleh melihat laut dari tingkap yang sangat bersih dan cantik. Kolam renang juga sangat bersih, ia ditutup pada pukul 8 malam setiap malam dan mula membersihkan. Hotel yang sangat disyorkan!

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.

Totally is fine. But I really don't like dark room. There were 2 bulbs down. I call that service at 6 pm, they directly came to check and they came back with new bulbs at 9pm. Maybe the replacement not available at that time. But because my children were sleeping at that moment so I cancel it.

The hotel is right next to the mall and it is walking distance to alot of shops and opposite night market. Great location. Room is very comfortable, spacious and complete with basic amenities.

Location is good, walking distance to eateries, shopping areas and the clock tower. Food for breakfast although limited but fulfilling and nice taste. Hotel room is clean except the amenities in room some has worn out like the ceiling lamp broken and shower handle unable to use. Overall, good short stay.

Padang ialah sebuah bandar pantai di Pantai Barat Sumatera. Hotel ini bersih dan menganggap hampir 1 bangunan tertinggi di Padang. Dengan Pemandangan Hebat dari Atas Bumbung Hotel yang boleh melihat Keseluruhan Padang. Terdapat kolam kecil untuk anda bersenam dan berendam. Selain itu, tiada gim. Sarapan pagi biasa tidak dapat dilupakan. Katil berkembar kecil tetapi selesa. Bilik air adalah seperti kapsul Abit kecil untuk saya. Kakitangan Hotel ramah.

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.

The room comes with a bath tub (the shower is within the bath tub). However, there is no curtain blocking the bathtub and the dry area so i found it a bit messy with water all over the floor. Breakfast is basic

Hotel is in a good location. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit worn down and the cleaning could be improved. Good gym though!

This hotel soo comfort. I stay for 2 nights and they will topup wter bottle and neat your room next day. The linen so fragrant. Breakfast also so good. Variety of porridge. Staff also very polite. Very recommended👍
