"This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good."

"The room condition is not so satisfying. Their toilet got bad leaking problem. My room gets banjir 😅 But because their staff service are exceptional , so my stay here was good. Their breakfast also very nice. I miss their breakfast already."

The hotel is located some distance away from shops and restaurants. You'll need to walk 5 min to get to any place decent for food, unless you ate at the hotel restaurant. The staff were pleasant and helpful and my room was comfortable. Had a pleasant stay here overall.

Location good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy. Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.

Hmm, an old hotel, if your like brand new hotel perhaps you must skip tgis hotel. The room just so so, but have smart TV. Breakfast just rice and fried noodle with eggs, bread and some dessert. The location so close to the famous Jam Gadang

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I have nothing but praise. A perfect 10! Everything is impeccable, from the room, the bed, and the mattress, to the sheets, the cleanliness, and the shower. And the shower, by the way, is wonderful! The service also deserves a special mention: everyone is extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. I truly have nothing to complain about. For me, it's one of the best hotels in Padang and, without a doubt, it's highly recommended. I'd recommend it with my eyes closed!

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable stay, and the check-in process was quick. The kids also loved swimming. It's a shame there wasn't a welcome drink though; hopefully, they'll have one next time so guests can have a drink while waiting to check in.

Location is good, walking distance to eateries, shopping areas and the clock tower. Food for breakfast although limited but fulfilling and nice taste. Hotel room is clean except the amenities in room some has worn out like the ceiling lamp broken and shower handle unable to use. Overall, good short stay.
