Hotel Dengan breakfast di Balqa, Jordan

One of the most amazing places in dead sea. Beautiful hotel, beautiful views, fantastic service, friendly staff, amazing food, great pool and access to sea. Did I mention the service staff are so friendly and helpful? A big shout out to Mariah at front desk who was very friendly and helped me out with a great room, local travel and whatever queries I had. Her friendliness and service made our stay very pleasant.

Security checks are required for both vehicles and luggage upon check-in. There's also a 100 JOD (approximately 1000 RMB) credit card deposit that's only refunded 10 days after check-out. They don't provide any email confirmation or proof of a successful room inspection after check-out; everything relies on their word. Guests are completely passive in this process. On the upside, you can watch the Dead Sea sunset from the hotel and also float in it. The breakfast buffet is just so-so. For a five-star hotel, this stay felt incredibly stifling. The overall experience was quite poor.

I was really looking forward to this trip, but when I went to check in, I was told they were overbooked and would upgrade us. I had originally booked a sea view room, but the upgrade was to a villa area very close to the Dead Sea, with no sea view from the room. The Dead Sea is beautiful, and the hotel staff were very proactive in helping to resolve the issue, eventually giving us a 40% discount on the buffet. However, the hotel buffet doesn't include drinks, and even their own ice cream costs extra. Overall, it was just okay, a bit disappointing.

Excellent hotel with a private Dead Sea beach. Good breakfast spread. Excellent staff. Highly recommended.

The facilities were particularly old. There was hair on the pillows in the room at the beginning, and it was cleaned. But the handles in the bathroom were broken, half hung, the water in the toilet was mixed, and the bath towels looked dirty. 10 minutes walk from the Dead Sea, there is a shuttle bus to sit, the dead seaside is also dirty, there is no desire to enter the water.

The owner is kind and Japanese people should come here when they come to Salto. The people of Salt are very kind and friendly.
