It's really clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. There's a coin laundry at the 3rd floor as well as vending machines. There are also toiletries provided for free. One can also rent a night wear for free. The limousine bus stop to the airport is across the street. It's also 4-5 mins walk to either Fushimi and Sakae train stations. You can easily walk from the hotel to the heart of Sakae, Nagoya's downtown.

Location is very good just a few min walk from Nagoya station. Property feels really new and everything is in great condition. Room is on the small side even for Japanese standards but also more modern, plus for great views. Well cleaned, no noise issues and nothing to complain about. Good breakfast also with an a la carte option and some buffet dishes. Staff was great throughout the stay. All in all great stay in a great place and will definitely consider this place next time.

Shuttle Bus: after check out and head to Bus Stop No. 8 on the first floor. The Walk: If you miss the shuttle or prefer to walk, it's about a 7–10 minute trek via the pedestrian walkway. However, this path can be very windy and cold during winter. Toyoko Inn #1, This is the main building and the primary stop for the shuttle bus. Toyoko Inn#2: Located just behind to No#1. The shuttle only drops at No. 1, guests like us stay at No. 2 have to walk the remaining distance outside. No convenient with heavy luagages. 7-11 just around the corner . So it is ok to grab something if you arrive late.

This is an excellent choice to stay in Nagoya. The hotel is just 2 stations away from the Railway Station, the reception works 24 hours a day, and I checked in after 23 PM. There is a sweet and pleasant smell on each floor. While you are walking, it is like eating a cake or an ice cream. Now, they have an eco policy, so they don't turn on air conditioner just in case, and when you arrive, it is not cold. If you want cold, you can turn it however you like. I asked for a green room in advance, and they made it available for me. The breakfast is tasty, but I didn't try the food they advertized because I came almost last minute, and the one dish out of 3 remained were cold noodles. Instead of that, I chose rice with fish, tempura and potato salad. There was a queue in the laundry, but it was OK because it was during Obon. Not far from the Hotel, there are the Castle and parks. This is my second time in this hotel. I enjoyed the stay and recommend it to every tourist visiting Nagoya. Thank you very much!

The location was fantastic, check in was quick and smooth. We left our luggage at the counter as we arrived early. We stayed on Level 9. Our room was a room at the end of the aisle with two single beds and an additional foldable bed added. However, the room was not properly cleaned. There was visible dust on the surfaces on the ledge of the bed above our heads. The small bedside table was also covered with dust. As my daughter and I both have allergic reactions, it was bad for our noses and much sneezing ensued. I am deeply disappointed as I have come to expect top level cleanliness from Japanese hotels and so far, I have never been disappointed. This was by far my worst stay in a Japanese hotel.

location is perfect and really closed to the Chubu international airport. You can actually walk to the airport although the hotel operates free shuttle buses to the airport. The room is clean and tidy, but I was a bit disappointed with their free breakfast. It is free, so I can’t really complain about it, but I wouldn’t try eating there anymore. A convenience store is a few steps away from the main entrance

The location is near the exit of the Sakura-dori side. Look for 大名古屋 Da Nagoya and walk about 5 to 10 mins to the hotel. The hotel is along the food street where there are a lot of food options till late. The hotel room is relatively spacious by Japanese standards. Entry to the toilet is flat so you don't have to climb up to go to the toilet. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is a water dispenser just outside the lift. The price is very reasonable as compared to Tokyo. We like Nagoya as it is a more relaxing city compared to Tokyo. Uber is not expensive so we took a taxi if we were tired. The only drawback is the cleaning service is only after the 3rd night and we are staying for 4 nights. So the rubbish tends to accumulate. Hope this will improve. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is only 300 meters from JR Nagoya station shinkansen side (Tokaido side) so it took less than 10 minutes for us to walk to the hotel because we took the shinkansen from Tokyo to Nagoya. We were impressed with the toilet in the room that looked like Japanese style.The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Everything needed is provided. highly recommended.
