The hotel staff were all very nice and had excellent customer service! The hotel was clean, tidy, and spacious. The breakfast area had a beautiful view from the window. A few days ago, I accidentally left my earphones at the hotel when I left. The hotel staff even asked the shuttle bus driver to bring them to the airport for me, but because I waited in the wrong place, I couldn't retrieve them. In the end, I took the shuttle bus back to get them and then took a taxi back. After getting into the taxi, the hotel staff were worried that I wouldn't be able to communicate with the driver, so they came out and explained my destination to him again for me. I am very grateful to all the hotel staff; everyone was very patient. I wish you all the best!

Hotel was very clean friendly staff went above and beyond location was quiet and unique, did you know they have palm trees in this prefecture? Yes they got palm trees. If you’re looking for a great place to stay away from the choas of Tokyo and cost effective then this place is it! When I do go back to Japan I will definitely be staying here as it was one of the best options I picked, oh and not to mention it’s close to the mitsui outlet mall which has great options to do any type of shopping! You won’t regret staying here and don’t read into the negative reviews because this place was very clean and up to par! 👏🏾

Great location, on top of the station is basically around the corner from one of the ticket gates from the Jr Station. The staff a very helpful, checkin is done via a machine with staff assistance if you need it (online staff haha) the rooms were very clean and spacious. Should consider this if you want a place near Disney but also reasonably price.

For a Japanese hotel, this room size is very good, not small at all. It's also incredibly close to Narita Airport, with a shuttle bus that takes about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very polite! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust, and a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) is standard in every room! There wasn't bottled drinking water provided, but it seems the tap water quality is good enough to drink. Breakfast was also very nice, with a charming view outside the window!

Excellent hotel! The facilities and room size are great, and the location near the station is very convenient. You can even take an escalator down from the platform. Plus, there are fantastic local eateries nearby like the century-old Kawato Unagi restaurant and yakiniku izakayas, perfect for exploring and dining.

✈️I stayed at this hotel for one night only as I had an early morning flight at 8:50am the next day. This hotel is an excellent option for travelers with early departures, as there is a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to Narita Airport, making the transfer very convenient and stress-free. 🚌 Shuttle bus information: For shuttle buses from Narita Airport to the hotel, you can check the timetable in advance or ask at the airport information counter upon arrival. They will guide you to the correct bus stop. At the bus stop, there is also a stand with a QR code to check the latest timetable. For the return trip from the hotel to Narita Airport, the hotel provides a shuttle bus timetable, which you can request directly from the front desk. The staff are happy to assist and explain the options clearly. ♨️The hotel features an outdoor onsen, with last entry at 10:30pm, which I really enjoyed. One special highlight is being able to watch planes flying across the sky while soaking — a very unique experience. I believe the daytime view would be even better, but the atmosphere at night is still relaxing. 💆🏻 There is also a massage facility on site. I booked a 30-minute foot massage, which was very comfortable and well done by a professional Japanese therapist. A great option to unwind after a long day. 👨🏼🍳The hotel has two restaurants. One is a buffet-style restaurant — the food was average, acceptable but not particularly memorable. The other is a Japanese–Chinese fusion restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience there was less pleasant. I attempted to walk in for dinner but was told it was reservation-only, despite many empty seats at the time. The interaction felt unwelcoming, which was disappointing. 🏨That said, the overall hotel staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Although this is a well-established, older hotel, it is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. With its onsen, relaxing environment, and attentive hotel staff, it remains a solid choice for travelers looking for a calm stay in Tokyo.

The hotel is conveniently located on the west side of Chiba Central Park, very close to the Yoshikawa Park monorail station. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Chiba-Chuo Station. The room I had was only partially renovated, and the bathroom fixtures felt quite old-fashioned, though the bedding was decent. The room itself was pretty spacious, but not as large as stated on Trip.com; I'd estimate it to be around 20-22 square meters. It came with two single beds, two chairs, and a tea table. Dining options nearby are plentiful, but if you're looking for shopping, I'd recommend SOGO and BIC CAMERA near Chiba-Chuo Station for a wider selection. Breakfast is a buffet, costing 1980 JPY per person. It offers both Japanese and Western options, providing good value for money with a wide variety and tasty dishes. You can even try Chiba's local specialty, the Rakka Peanuts Monaka. Nearby attractions include Chiba Port, Inohana Castle Ruins, and Kisarazu Outlet Park. Getting to Makuhari Messe is also quite convenient from here.

This was our very first family trip, and Hilton Tokyo Bay was the hotel where we stayed the longest during our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel warm, relaxed, and truly at home. Traveling with a child who is 100% energetic 24/7 isn’t easy, but choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes away from Disneyland, which is such a blessing after a full day of walking and playing. Coming back to an exceptionally clean room felt like heaven. The housekeeping team truly touched our hearts. They thoughtfully prepared a towel cake and a card for my son, which made him incredibly happy after our long but fun day at Disneyland. Moments like these made our stay even more special. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist who assisted us went the extra mile by personally looking for my son to give him his birthday card. That gesture meant so much to us. Despite traveling with plenty of luggage (1 XL, 2 L, and 2 R-sized bags), the room was still very spacious and gave my son plenty of space to play. The room was cleaned daily, the bathroom and bathtub were huge, and the view from our room was simply perfect. On our first night, we even managed to watch the Disneyland/DisneySea fireworks right from our room. Another thing we loved was having two Lawson convenience stores located just below the hotel—perfect for our midnight konbini runs after showering from an activity-filled day. There was also a table and chairs by the large window, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks while taking in the view. This stay made our first family trip truly unforgettable. 💖

My overall experience at Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan was quite good, especially for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. The hotel offers a very convenient airport shuttle service, saving a lot of hassle with transportation. The hotel also provides breakfast, and while it finishes relatively early (by 9 AM), it's actually quite practical for those catching a flight – you can grab a quick bite and head out. The room size is quite spacious by Japanese standards, making for a comfortable stay. The only minor downside is that the bathroom is a bit small. Also, since we stayed in the Honkan (main building), the facilities are a little dated. The new building might have more updated amenities, and I'd be interested in trying it out next time. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money, a convenient location, and highly suitable for travelers needing accommodation close to the airport for flights. I'd recommend it.

Free shutter bus to & from airport is excellent but we waited for 45 minutes for the shutter, kind of disappointing when the schedule mention the shutter will come every 30 minutes. Room is clean & big, toilet is clean with complete amenities.Shower water pressure is strong!!
