I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

3/Apr/2026 Reception is helpful even though we arrived at 11am, she helped to store our luggages snd gave full explanation. Close to Sendai station but aware of losing direction so be sure to ask local for direction first when heading to hotel. Breakfast is excellent and those ladies worked in the canteen were professional. Quiet and sleep well. Lots of amenities were placed near the elevator at G/F. Lucky that day were sunny so using the Loople bus to get around but the next day (4/Apr/2026 Unfortunately it rained and getting cold at Matsshima

Amazing location. Just a very short walk from Sendai station and is 2 doors away for another 2 subway line. Hotel is very newly opened so its very clean. The breakfast variety is good and delicious too. For those who are planning to send your luggage to Narita Aiport (maybe its too far), they wont be able to help. Instead they will refer you to the nearest Yamato Transport office to drop off your luggage which is 2 blocks away (5mins). And if you plan to have great breakfast at Sendai Market everyday, the location of this hotel is perfect, its just a 3 minute walk. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Sendai a lot and this hotel played a great part. Thank you

Apabila saya masuk, pekerja itu mengelap kotak saya untuk saya Pada hari itu hujan dan kotak saya sangat kotor. Suhu air dah cukup tinggi, dan suhu sauna pun tinggi rasa macam nak bersiap😅😅😅 Dah minum Yakult dan dapat free popsicle bila keluar malam pun sedap ke kedai beli daging dan telur, dan merealisasikan daging dan telur sendirian hehe🤤🤤🤤. Sarapan pagi sangat kaya, dan anda boleh membuat mangkuk nasi makanan laut anda sendiri juga sangat istimewa. Keadaan bilik itu sunyi sehinggakan saya terus pengsan selepas berendam dan makan. Saya mahu tinggal lagi lain kali!

Nice place with competitive price, near the main shopping street that connected with Sendai Station, which take around 15 min to walk to the station. With skincare, personal care stuffs provided, I love the bathing salt.

I had 2 stays here, both 4 nights but different experience. First one was great, polite staff and everything was good. Second stay left a bitter taste, first the staff at the reception looks like a manger, make, 20-30yrs old, when he speaks English he’s definitely not that polite. When u ask to change coins for the washer he sad nothing, no smile, very shocking from a Japanese hotel and from a management role. Maybe because I am foreigner so he doesn’t care? The other disappointment was this hotel cleans on the 3rd day, I left a sign: no towel needed on the door. Came back with no clean, I called the reception, a male staff couldn’t understand what I was saying,I don’t think he speaks a lot of English, which is ok, so I spoke Japanese. He told me: in Koko Sendai west, as long as you put up a sign, we don’t come in the room. Both signs mentions nothing about this, one sign is :no need to change new towel. Other one is: do not disturb. This Koko hotel makes up their rule. GREAT. Not speaking English is not a problem but the attitude is very unpleasant. He gave me this feeling: well sorry I am not going to do anything and you are a foreigner so I don’t care. I don’t know why 2 stays can have such big differences and this makes me question how the standard is kept.

とても清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。 お風呂や荷物整理スペースとカプセルエリアが分かれているため、他の施設に比べて静かに休むことができたのが良かったです。 シャワーや洗面台、ドライヤーの数も十分にあり、あまり混雑を感じることなく利用できました。 また、バスマットが1人1枚配布されている点も良く、脱衣所が濡れていたり汚れていたりすることがなく、清潔に保たれていたのが印象的でした。 一点だけ、カプセル内が少し寒く感じました。館内着の下にヒートテックを上下着ていましたが、途中で目が覚めてしまったため、毛布の貸し出しや室温の調整があるとさらに快適だと思います。
