Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

Stayed only a night so interaction with staff was just a brief encounter at check-in and -out. Located right next to Kintex and has a 7-11 right next to the lobby, so it’s extremely convenient for persons attending concerts or conferences. Room was simple. Loved that it comes with a washer even though I did not need to use it. It would come in handy for anyone staying here for long durations. Bed and pillows were comfortable. And the heating was great. There’s also a small balcony accessible from the room. Fitness centre is on the second floor. Just to note though: There isn’t much space in the room to move around and might be hard for two sharing the room if there are more than one luggages. The notepads/information sheets area was slightly dusty- ie i could see dust specks on it and floating around when the items were lifted. But everything was in working order and condition and I would stay here again if I have to attend an event nearby!

辦入住時剛好大廳客服有位會中文的帥哥熱誠接待辦理入宿手續，並詳細介紹仁川機場回程搭車訊息。真令人滿意。這次被安排住2516房。房間寬敞乾淨，也有提供一次性備牙膏牙膏及清潔用品。床墊舒服好睡且寬大，沒天都會清潔房間並提供2瓶水及一次性牙刷等備品。7樓有提供自助早餐選擇，唯一美中不足的是連續吃了6天……菜色都沒有變化。都是相同的菜色。有點單調，當然吃飽是沒有問題的。酒店外面有很多各種餐廳美食館可以選用，不怕半夜肚子餓。仁川機場大巴8837可直接到達酒店對面下車，這點很方便。回程就在酒店後門等車即可。可刷乘車卡或給司機現金目前大人一位是15300韓元。車位是對號入座。所以如果要回程去機場要提早等車。因為如果是熱門假期。車子客滿就不會停車載客。酒店全天都有提供暖氣在室內溫暖舒適。

Kedai serbaneka di tingkat satu, bersama-sama dengan ruang legar, menawarkan kopi, teh, penulen air, ketuhar gelombang mikro, dan barang pakai buang seperti cawan kertas, yang saya gunakan dengan baik untuk snek lewat malam yang lazat. Bekalan dapur Seyeon lengkap, dan bilik itu hangat dan selesa. Walau bagaimanapun, sinki bilik mandi tidak mempunyai penyumbat air atau rak tuala, dan jubah mandi tidak mempunyai tali, yang agak mengecewakan. Namun, saya berpuas hati dengan lokasi dan kebersihannya, memandangkan harganya, dan pasti akan kembali.

Deluxe twin room interior still new, shower only, no bathtub. It is spacious enough to open 28 inch luggage fully and still have space to move around. Our room has a coffee table with a cushion chair too. Breakfast at ””Garden 171”” is delicious, dining area decorated with many green plants. This building has about 11 levels used by the hotel, while 7 levels used by residents. There are 40 hotel rooms per level but there are only limited car park lots from B2 to B5. This carpark is too little to cater for all. Even if you find a tiny car lot to squeeze in, if there are illegal parking later on, its very hard to drive out from your car lot too. Best is not to drive here. A short walk will reach Times Terrace mall, alot of restaurants, clothing, cafe, sport gear, gaming arcade etc. Very convenient to spend a day in shelter. Walk further, there are streets full of karaoke, BBQ, live seafood restaurants etc. Its still a good hotel to stay, but next time i will take a bus to this city.

It’s a nice place with room big enough for a single person or two. The bed is sublime with electric warmer under the blanket. I recommend people who wish to stay one or two days before departing on their journey.

남한강 뷰가너무좋았어요 잊을수가없네요ㅜㅜ 오래된호텔이지만 넓고 깨끗하고 좋았어요 이불이 가벼운데 엄청 따뜻하더라구요 손님이 많지않은 시즌이라 소음도 일절 없었어요 다만 방이 어마무시하게 추웠어요 히터를 틀면 너무 건조해서 잘때는 끄고잤는데 얼굴이 바깥에 있는것처럼 찼어요 (이불속은 따뜻했어요) 한쪽이 테라스고 통창이라 그런갓같아요 이거빼곤 다 만족입니다 따뜻한계절에 재방문의사있어요 주변에 신륵사관광단지도 밤에가니까 너무 이뻤어요

This was my second time staying here. Everything was good and met my expectations as a five star hotel. There was one thing they needed to improve - communication. When I checked in, they said that I could use the gym and have a shower for free. I asked the sauna staff the same thing to make sure when I had a sauna, and received the same information. However, when I went to the gym, they asked me to pay for the shower. I can have a shower in our room. I have no problem with that. But they made me feel embarrassed. Just give the right information to customers. Please tell them that using a gym is free but there is no free shower facility. It's simple and not that difficult.

Everything was great, great room. Bath tub was excellent. The only negative thing was I put my room on make up room at 0830 and came back to my room at 1430 and my room wasn’t made up. Probably just a schedule issue ( since it is a multi-floor hotel, but every room on that floor was open and cleaned but mine. I saw all the open rooms. I am appreciative of the room as it was great, but is having my bed made, trash taken out, and new towels given that much of a task for the workers?

This place was amazing! The view was beautiful especially at night. The hotel was clean and modern. Check in/out was super easy. Walking distance to a bunch of stuff, food, 24 hour convenience store. Definitely would stay here again.
