Excellent breakfast and concierge service! Staff were very friendly in general. Room was clean but no toothbrush was available. Yoga class was good with reasonable price. Spa service could have been better if more explanations during the trea**ent were given. Perhaps a new pair of shorts after Hammam before massage.

What a gem of a property in the Accor catalog of accommodation and hospitality! I am a senior, solo, single traveler, and Ibis rooms are just fine with me! The Wi-Fi could be a little bit better, but that's the problem with the vendor and the Internet service Provider, not the Ibis. Although this Ibis would be within their rights to demand better service- in 2023, with 100+ rooms. I came directly from an Ibis in Lisbon, which had fewer items for breakfast, and no Chef for evening dinner! The breakfast is a wonderful mix of Moroccan, Arabic, French foods, but also American/English. Scrambled eggs are made without dairy, and I brought my own gluten-free bread from Carrefour to be sure. While they do have a container of Honey, I bring my own, as I don't like touching containers and spoons touched by other customers... another customer absconded with my honey yesterday, and one of the wait staff had to retrieve it! Three languages are spoken here: Moroccan, Arabic, French, and plenty of English. Any word that is too specific can be translated on any of the web translation sources. Like when I needed to explain that DHL was bringing a package with my gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that Carrefour does not stock! There's been some shuffling of the wait staff in the last few days, but besides being new, quiet, and shy, they are all talented and all understand hospitality. The evening dinner is attended to by the top echelon of the hotel staff and everything is more than fine – which in my case means a very plain and simple American taste. Since I don't carry currency, the evening food bill goes on my room tab. Breakfast was part of the booking in the first place, but I don't fully understand what ”half-board” means, if that means evening dinner, so I will be inquiring about that. Being next-door to the train station means it's a three minute walk to excellent sight seeing and people watching. And McDonald's of you so care, and at least two mobile phone SIM shops. Carrefour is a 10 minute walk, and there is a shopping mall which is about a 20 minute walk which I will be visiting for recreation purposes and window shopping, to get a feel for the retail culture of this city. And people watching! I did read about the potable water situation on a Moroccan tourism page. This Ibis has plenty of bottled water, so just ask- at Reception and of course in the Restaurant.  I also read about cash versus credit card. The three places that I have spent money at have all accepted cards. It is currently Ramadan, but this Ibis respects International tourists' needs and wants. No disruption of service- and the staff seem to be very happy to be celebrating the holiday. My room had two minor maintenance issues, which were resolved quickly. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, and well manicured. I have stayed with other brand name chain hotels in the US and Europe. There is nothing in this historic building that is outdated, or in need of renovation. The most important

This hotel is extremely good value for money. We were a group of 8 and had 4 rooms. Our rooms were all fantastic and the hotel staff were always very helpful. It’s a great location and about 30 minutes walk down to the main square. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with lots on offer including delicious traditional Moroccan pancakes. We tried the all you can eat buffet one evening which was a bargain at only 150 dirhams and it was again delicious. Their pizzas are also very tasty. The pool was very cold but we didn’t go there to use the pool but it was perfect for cooling off. We paid the room deposit when we checked in and had no problem having it refunded on our return. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The hotel is in great location. Amenities are good pool is good too. But the staff are not well trained in hospitality. The aircon did not work in entire hotel. One of the days the room service did not come and I had to call them 3 time to get my room done. I even asked one day to warm my takeaway but they refused bcoz it’s hotel policy not to consume any outside food even in your rooms, how absurd!! My suggest is stay away if you can

One of the best place to stay in medina. Nice and stylish, clean rooms, simple breakfast. Location also good enough, because its not that far to walk by medina from taxi (another riads can be so far and it's not comfortable to find it, especially when you have a lot of clothes). One more thing - they are really equipped with everything you need in rooms - fridge, smart-TV, hairdryer, even in single rooms. Not every riad can have it, especially with this price. Friendly and very helpful staff. Especially grateful to Hassan, he helped me with my one thousand questions 😅 So, I can recommend this place. I stayed in few riads in different points of medina, and it was most comfortable place.

We stayed at hotel chems from the 31st of December for six consecutive days for the new year. This was my second time in Marrakech but my mum's first time. The location is second to none within a few minutes walk to the square and also many other local attractions. On arrival we were told that we needed to check in from 3:00 p.m. we'd got there early but were able to drop off our bags and then go out exploring. The hotel itself is a little outdated, however it is very clean. Staff are very good, welcoming and attentive, room sizes good and price good. Bedrooms made up everyday, towels changed, cleaned throughout. Pool towels available for free at pool. We stopped between December and January, that is a very good size pool approximately 25 m. However it is very cold but still accessible plenty of seating areas for drinks and snacks. There are plenty of sun lounges around the poolside as well as in the grass area. Breakfast is served daily which is included within the cost and there was ample choice a selection of eggs, Cereals, yogurts a little fruit, many pastries, etc. The hotel also has a snack bar and does offer evening meals. We did not take any evening meals here. We did have snacks during the day. Things like salads, pizzas, burgers, etc. The food was good. As the hotel was very close to the local area, we were able to walk although it was close to a taxi rank. If you should need this. Within 1 minute walk to Koutobia mosque, then about 5 mins to jem so fnaa square, Cyber park short walk ( nice to visit) near royal mansour Marrakech, Around 40 mins walk is the beautiful menara :) There is also complex artisan is about 10 minutes walk maximum full of things to buy As you come out of the hotel grounds, if you do a left you will find a park on the left hand side ( Koutobia). You can walk straight through this to the main road to take a shorter route to places. There is plenty of opportunities for walking and running. It is very safe to run alone. When we were there the sunrose at about 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. and the mornings were cool. During the daytime, you can expect temperatures of around 18° c in December and January plenty warm enough if you are from England. We had a walking tour that I arranged before we went through TripAdvisor. It was very good. We also booked the waterfalls trip. This was okay. I also took a hot air balloon trip which was amazing. All of these were booked online instead of at the hotel. There was no particular reason not to book at the hotel. I just didn't realise that there was somebody on site to do this before travelling. The reception is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week. On New year's Eve, we was welcomed with a show and dinner from 7:30 p.m. full entertainment and several courses for a meal and drinks. If it's your first time trying out a Hostel go try this one out! My first time in the country and I couldn't been able to ask for a more pleasant hostel experience! You get to meet different people from all around the world and the people from this Hostel made me feel safe and informed. Younes was a legend! He was very accommodating until the very end where he accompanied me until my taxi to the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a very large room with two queen beds and the terrace, so it should be fine...but, for some reason, the hotel managers did not think it was important to fix the non-closing sliding door to the terrace, armchair that is literally breaking apart, carpet that was run down and partly detached from the floor! The wardrobe was tiny - hardly enough for one person. Buffet breakfast was modest, with the emphasis on sweets and cereals. Mint tea, however, was very nice. The positive is that the beds were really comfortable, hot water always available, and the room was clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

We booked for a 3 night stay for 3 people but had to manage a room for 2, for the first 2 nights. No apologies whatsoever from the hotel nor a compensation. The 2 rooms we stayed in during our stay were both badly lit; make up for nights out was a huddle cos the room was quite dark. A great highlight however is the amazing location and fresh flowers in the lobby that oozed amazing scents.

One of the best hotels in the world in terms of service, facilities and food. La Mamounia is so rich in culture and heritage that there is a unique story in every part of the hotel. We visited the Royal Mansour and other 5 star establishments but nothing compares to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. A truly remarkable experience and our only disappointment was the lack of time to further explore the various restaurants, cinema, activities area, ****** and wine cellar. Will definitely be back.

感覺很好的賓館，房間不是很大，衞生間也略微陳舊，有的服務人員略顯不耐煩，有的又很贊。但床還是比較舒服，還有個大陽台。院子的佈景和泳池更是沒話講。是個休閑度假的好地方。價格比突尼斯四季要貴，所以性價比的話400多的價格其實還是有點貴。但對價格不敏感額的客人選這裏肯定沒錯。

Had a lovely 5 nights. Front of house were excellent and all the staff were friendly. The hotel was busy, but never felt crowded. We opted for the all inclusive and the range and quality of food was good. A perfect place to relax & will visit again.

Absolutely loved my stay at one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced! They have this incredible Italian restaurant called The Cat, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing. Hamza and Khalid were the stars of the show, so friendly and welcoming! We strolled into the restaurant around 9:30 PM, just half an hour before closing, but instead of feeling rushed, they made us feel like VIPs! It was such a delightful dining experience; I can't wait to go back!

We had the best experience at the riad. We were a group of four girls and felt incredibly welcome by the staff. We would like to thank especially Naima and Mohamed for their kindness as well as all the members that made our experience so safe and lovely. Also they prepared us some of the best tea we ever tried :) We know where to return when we go back to Marrakech!

the hotel was amazing, I could not fault it, however Trip.com are complete and utter dishonest thieves that do everything to miss sell. We were charged for a room for 3 people, when we arrived at the hotel it was only booked for two people (despite the fact that they confirmed and charged me for 3 people). Trip.com tried blamed me for booking the wrong room, I showed them the confirmation according to their own website and the confirmation sent to me stating 3 people. Then they said it was the hotels fault, again the hotel showed me the confirmation that they sent to the hotel, it Wass for two people. The hotel fixed the problem the following day at no extra charge, while Trip.com proceed to deny doing anything wrong. Long story short, they refused to refund me for the mistake, insisting it was my fault and the hotels fault. They are disgusting and are a bunch on criminals operating out of china and know they can't be touched. Scum

The location is in the heart of the village and 1 minute walk from the main road. The riad is very quaint and typical moroccan village style in keeping with the other buildings around the village. It was well decorated with colorful moroccan style furnishings inside. The roof terrace and seating area provided great views of the village and Mount Toubkal. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with a range of cereals, drinks, breads and egg options. The staff were friendly and helpful Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again and recommend this riad.

Wonderful hotel with great service from the staff, it felt like they actually care about making your stay great. Room service is around multiple times to replenish items. The best place in my 2 weeks in the country. Beach is right in front, decent gym and heated indoor pool, short walk to the markets. Outdoor pool isn't heated and was a bit cold to swim in Dec. I enjoyed the breakfast, some interesting items like banana jam. Thank you all. 😊

We stayed in one of the junior suites with the most incredible view. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The road has an incredible roof terrace with 360 views. Perfect for lunch also. A lovely quiet road off the beaten track. Its a bit of a maze getting there but well worth it.

5 stars are not enough for this beautiful Riad, everything was perfect! I tried to find the tiniest imperfection but couldn’t Even before coming here the communication was easy & Hicham was very smart to understand what I wanted from the e-mails I sent. What we loved : - the check in was smooth and we were offered some tea -the turtle was so cute -my husband was happy with the big birthday cake and decoration of the room -the room was beautiful & cozy, I was hesitant to book cause of outside noise, but no we could hear nothing from outside it even rained on the last day and we didn’t know! - the bathtub is the star of the show, oriental decoration & candles I felt like I was in 1001 night fairytale. - there is a Jacuzzi at the terrasse, which is also perfect for sunbathing -the breakfast was nice. There was juice, fruits, msemen, eggs… -housekeeping service is done everyday with so much care -anything we needed we just asked them and they brought it to us with a big smile -all workers where very professional, helpful, with a perfect English, didn’t even ask for any name cause I felt they’ve been all on a 5 star level and very helpful Even the booking was so easy as on their website I could find a description for all their 7 rooms with pictures. We will surely come back here, it will be our go to when coming to Essaouira, we actually need to comeback as we still need to visite essaouira because we stayed mostly in our cute room and even added one more night.

This hotel is excellent. Melike, from reception, is the sweetest girl ever and she accomodated us quickly and super nicely. She helped us with directions and she is super calm and funny. Her English is also amazing! Everything in this hotel was to the highest standards: the room, the cleaningness, the food, the service. The beds were super clean and amazingly comfortable. The cotton was super soft and I checked the brand of the pillow and sheets as they were so soft and super nice. They are from a brand that is made in Morocco: La Maison de Blanc. I wanna go back and go to this shop now, as I just wanted to sleep and sleep when I was there. I never rested so well in my entire life. Also the shower was fantastic! Clean, perfect pressure, always 100 perfect temperature, big shower at the top and normal shower under. The gel smelled nice... I mean, there was not a single defect in that room! The breakfast is super complete. You have got it all! Natural orange juice, excellent coffee, pastries, eggs... There is always a super smiley girl making omelettes or eggs to your taste. The guys in the breakfast room are super kind as well, very professional. We will definitely come back again. The hotel has super nice rooms looking at the sea and the sunsets from the hotel over the island of Mogador are out of this world! Also, the distance to the medina is just perfect. We didn´t want to be in a Riad this time, as they are a bit dirty, so we wanted a proper hotel. I want to come back already! And will come back to Hotel Cote Ocean Mogador! Oh Also, I noticed that if you rent a car there is a space to park!

Lovely riad inside the Medina but also very close to the bus station. Decoration could be a bit updated but we definitely have the charm of a riad. I would have prefer to be able to go in and out without knocking at main the door entrance each team but I guess it’s for safety reasons. Breakfast is not crazy but not bad and in winter the turn on the fireplace wich make a very nice vibe. Staff is discret but friendly
