Hôtel facile d’accès à l’entrée de l’autoroute. Grand choix de restaurant à proximité. Parking gratuit devant l’hôtel. Concernant le guichet de l’accueil, celui ci ressemblait à une porte de prison. Le jeune homme qui s’est occupé de notre réservation était souriant. Arrivée dans notre petite chambre, une odeur désagréable nous attendais ainsi qu’une forte chaleur sans climatisation sans compter sur le passage du train même à 1h30 du matin. Très mauvaise insonorisation. La douche est déconseillée pour les personnes fortes tellement elle est toute petite. Les clients présent dans l’hôtel n’ont aucun respect pour le sommeil des autres tellement ça crient dans les couloirs et claquent les portes sans gêne. Le lendemain matin, nous arrivons dans la salle du petit déjeuner ou rien n’était préparé. On a dû demander à l’hôtesse si c’était possible d’un avoir un. Elle nous a répondu qu’elle devait cuire les croissants, qu’on a eu et les couques aux chocolats qu’on n’a pas reçu ainsi que les baguettes. La machine à café/ chocolat chaud était vide de son eau. Les autres tables n’étaient pas débarrassé. Plus jamais on ira se reposer dans cet endroit même pour une nuit.

First of all, the cost to stay here was cheap so I understand that it was not going to be luxurious in any way. We stayed for 1 night as we were visiting Franche-Comte. The location is just outside Besançon in a residential area. Handy for the tram and a short drive into the town. The staff were friendly enough. Our room was on the bottom floor. The hallway and our room were uncomfortably hot and stuffy. There was no air con in the room and, as it was a hot day, it was an uncomfortable temperature and difficult to sleep. The room was very basic. It reminded me of student accommodation. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and we had a thin pillow each. Otherwise, the room was clean. I personally wouldn’t stay here again but if you were looking for a one night stop for a cheap price it would be fine.

I am sorry to say absolutely shocking, this Alleged hotel should be far more open and honest, before advertising, the hotel is undergoing renovation, but nothing appears to be fully completed, it advertises parking space, but then adds an eight euro charge, The first room had a leaking air con unit, so we requested to be moved which was swiftly done, however whilst showering the shower door didn’t close to ensure water didn’t go all over the floor, then the shower rail adjuster and clamp was broken, a complete nonsense, my sting advice is stay away and avoid disappointment

I always stay here and will continue to do so - but there is a decline in standards. On my last two stays the toilet was stained and not well cleaned, wallpaper had been ripped away in places, property of previous occupants was still in the room and there were broken tiles in the shower room. A slip in standards that could easily be rectified. The location of this Hotel and the friendly staff mean I will continue to use it regularly, but dont let it slip further.

Les chambres sont très sombres à l’intérieur , attention mieux vaut être loin des cendriers surtout le soir c’est bruyant et vous avez l’odeur de tabac, le parking pas top surtout quand les gens prennent trois places sinon le matelas est confortable

Hotel comodo per fare una tappa verso il Nord Della Francis. Situato a Macon proprio vicino all'uscita Della A40. Ampio parcheggio, camera pulita e con il comfort essenziale per una breve sosta. Sulla Strada principale vi sono locali per mangiare e supermercati

We checked in yesterday (02 Jan 2024) for 2 nights stay. The hotel seems to be fanciful but breakfast is priced very expensively at 21€. We wanted to try this new concept of the Accor group anyway so why not? The room was in general clean but to my horror, upon lifting up the toilet bowl cover, I was greeted with a toilet bowl full of yellowish piss that had not been flushed away. That meant that the toilet was never ever cleaned before releasing for next guest.. or the housekeeping took a convenient piss before leaving and forgetting to flush. Anyway, it could be a genuine mistake so let's not make a fuss at this moment. But I was disappointed to see that there was hardly any amenities in the room. No tea or coffee bags with water boiler. There was only a packet of drinking water in the minibar. It turned out that the water was not even replenished the next day. What was funny: there is a sticker on the minibar door that indicates vending machine available on ground floor. But it could not be found. When we asked the receptionist, we were told that the vending machine is still yet to be installed ??!?!? And suggested to us to go to their restaurant bar to order water or drinks instead. No way ! I am not going to pay for pricey drinking water or tea from their restaurant. Not mentioning that the service charge we will have to pay for getting drinking water there. For a hotel at this tariff, I expected at least to have the basic water, teabags and coffee bags available and replenished! At least most of the basic hotels in France offer this. Some hotels would even offered a coffee machine with capsules. It makes us started to look around the room with a more critical eye. Indeed not only drinking water and basic beverages are not offered. There was only a small bar of handsoap and a miserable piece of body soap placed in the shower to be shared by two occupants of the room. Not only that, the next day after housekeeping, the body soap was not replenished at all. We came back into the room to see the previous bar of soap lying there miserably. This is not what we expected from an Accor hotel which is usually a brand we feel confident in. Mama Shelter tries to be hip and fanciful in their loud decor but in real fact is lacking in hospitality by trying their best to save up whatever they can from the basic necessities (soap, drinking water...) Definitely I will not ever stay in this chain ever again. I sincerely hope Accor group will review and see if it fits their usual standards, because I surely don't think so.

Cela fait la 3ème fois que nous y séjournons pour faire une halte le personnel est toujours aussi accueillant le petit déjeuner correct et le prix de la chambre aussi mais il faut chercher sur internet le meilleur prix... De plus si vous avez une demande particulière il faut les contacter si c'est possible ils le font... La chambre très propre comme à chaque fois... L'accès et le parking sont parfait c'est calme

Les installations sont conformes à ce que j'attendee, pour la nourriture Je n'ai pas mangé

Quirky but nice hotel in a renovated building. Staff was very nice and our suite room on floor 1 was clean and fresh. The location was great and you can walk all around the town center which has an abundance of shops and restaurants. Be prepared fro a long wait for check in and check out unless you are coming or leaving an an off time. The staff is competent enough, but they didn't provide ample space for the reception area when they did the renovation, and it Becks up very quickly. If also seems they are having some issues with their reservation system, as they were asking everyone to pay when they arrived and when they left, and everyone was telling them they prepaid. Ultimately we didn't see any double payments on our CC so there was not issue. Would still come back.

Je suis tombé sous le charme. Cet hôtel moderne et neuf est très chaleureux. En hiver on s'y sent très à l' aise notamment avec le joli salon et sa cheminée. Le personnel est au top. Le restaurant est divin quoique un peu cher mais exceptionnellement bon. J'ai eu de la chance d' être surclassé dans la suite qui était parfaite avec un lit exceptionnel. Le silence est roi ainsi que la propreté. Une superbe adresse facilement accessible en voiture et qui permet d' aller au centre ville en quelques minutes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec beaucoup de fruits frais. Il y a peut-être moins ks de choix qu ailleurs mais les produits sont bien meilleurs Mention spéciale pour le cake à la carotte maison délicieux. Dommage que la piscine était fermée. Un point qui m'a surpris est l aspect des plafonds brut en ciment.

Appartement très spacieux et très propre. Les équipements sont efficaces. Je reproche le manque d'insonorisation entre les étages et le couloir, ainsi que l'absence de climatisation en cas de fortes chaleurs, comme pour notre weekend à 34

Our double room was well appointed and equipped. The bed was comfortable and the little kitichenette well equipped. Everything was clean and tidy. It is well situated near the town centre and there was not much noise in the night. We avoided the pricy breakfast at 16€ per head and just walked round the corner in the morning to a good bakery to pick up the necessary. The only black point was the underground parking which was flooded and is apparently a recurring problem.

Excellent accueil Hôtel bien placé dans la ville Parking Chambre confortable Excellent rapport qualité -prix Nous recommandons chaleureusement et reviendrons L’allumage de l’éclairage du couloir desservant les chambres du 1er étage pourrait être amélioré (une deuxième cellule vers le fond serait utile)

Stayed for 1N whilst in Besancon. It was somewhat challenging to find the entrance to this hotel - my satnav took me to the right area but signposted the wrong side of the road, and because there was no lighting at all on the signage at the entrance to the road to the Ibis at night, it didn't catch my eye. So a few wasted drives past searching for the entrance to the parking garage in the wrong place. Room was good for the price. No issues on that front. Breakfast was continental. Average range of options. Price very reasonable, and competitive.

Accueil sympathique, chambre de petite taille mais propre, literie très correcte. Salle de bain minimaliste, aucune possibilité de déposer une trousse de toilette ou produits d hygiène, aucune étagère ou tablette à cet effet Petit déjeuner médiocre, viennoiseries industrielles au possible.... pour certaines de la veille. Quant aux produits locaux, excepté le jus de pomme....rien! Même les confitures sont de marque nationale Bonne M. Et le côté très négatif......on se gèle, le système de chauffage n est pas en service... résultat 15' dans la chambre. Veste a garder sur soi et TV habillé sous la couette. Pas top ce truc!!

I am surprised by the other glowing reviews of this place. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Dole and in a district with some stores. Within the vicinity the area looks a bit desolate. Parking was in a bad shape (fence broken, parking pavement wear & space unusable). On the main floor there is a nice dining area. The host was very friendly and has a bit of a humoristic side. We had a room located on the main floor. It was ok - nicely decorated, limited furnishing and the washroom appears to have been newly renovated/furnished. But, the room is quite small considering the price I paid (130 EUR) ; just big enough to fit the twin beds and have a little space left. I was left feeling I got robbed. I have been to Best Western hotels in the past and I guess I was expecting better quality.

We had the Ibis Danjoutin both on our outward and return journey, so for 2 nights, and amazing we got twice the same room! The hotel is not bad but not very good either, first of all, the parking is public and is well used by the staff of the school opposite, as well as by the parents who bring their children to school. As for the room, no plug sockets at the bed and in the bathroom! Still a bath with a high entry, and a plastic curtain, and no handhold. Stop of the bath defective, and the button of the toilet defective, also there were only two towels in the bathroom, this was already the case on arrival and also after our second visit! The restaurant opens at 7 pm, not bad quality, but a simple spaghetti Bolognese “without cheese”, will quickly cost you 17€ The bill of the evening meal placed in the room, but at the settlement we paid € 143.31, but only the room was placed on the invoice. What is positive is the friendliness of the staff.

En repos 2 jours, je n'ai rien à reprocher. Le personnel de l'accueil est super sympa.

Hôtel et chambre très propre avec un accueil chaleureux où j'ai eu la bonne surprise d'avoir été surclassé sans supplément. Chambre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Très bonne literie, et SURTOUT une bonne isolation acoustique, chose rare dans les hôtels. Donc je recommande grandement si vous êtes de passage sur Belfort et que vous cherchez un bon hôtel pour passer une bonne nuit.
