Clean and compact rooms, offers all basic shower necessities. Breakfast was good staff were friendly and attentive. Location was ok, not too close to the central but still good high location great bar nearby to watch the sunset.

Located in the city center, the hotel offers valet parking. There are many restaurants around the hotel, providing a wide range of choices. We found a restaurant serving Bursa-style Iskandar kebabs, a true taste of Bursa cuisine. We booked a suite, which included a washing machine, but the front desk gave us a room with a huge terrace – the panoramic view was absolutely stunning! Trusting the reviews about the abundance of restaurants nearby, we didn't include breakfast in the package. However, many restaurants don't necessarily mean breakfast is included. After searching around without finding anything, we headed to the Green Mosque and had a simple breakfast at a roadside stall.

I spent three nights at this hotel and was very satisfied overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was clean, well-equipped, and offered a beautiful view of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and hygienic. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious—it included fresh fruit, a variety of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, and hot dishes. The coffee was also very good. The hotel's location is ideal—central, with good public transport connections. Many attractions were within walking distance. My only minor criticism: the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return.

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

The hotel looks stylish and beautiful. It is a Hilton International chain brand, so the quality is guaranteed. Its underground parking lot is very high-end. The roller shutter door will automatically open when the car arrives. The parking lot is clean, bright and modern. Parking is also free. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. In addition to Turkish characteristics, it also adheres to the supply content of the chain hotel. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. There are many restaurants across the road. It is convenient to walk from the pedestrian bridge. Don't drive, otherwise you will have to go around a long way to get to the other side of the road.

Stayed here for one night to explore the city centre area and the Mount Uludag for ski, the hotel is near to bus stop so it’s easy to get to the city centre. Other facilities and the staff are very welcoming for foreign tourists. Since it’s not situated in the middle of the city, so the surrounding area is pretty quiet and easy to get a good night sleep

Facilities: Except the TV, other facilities are OK. Parking is convenient. There are many varieties of buffet. The taste is very good. The service staff can communicate in English. There are many hotels nearby. There are often exhibitions, so reservations are required in advance.

The hotel is located in the city center, across the street from a large supermarket and surrounded by many restaurants. The front desk service is warm and friendly, the breakfast is rich, the gym and swimming pool are good, and I have stayed here for the third time.
