place was good but quite overprice for the area located. AC was not going below 16 degree don’t know if the aircon wasn’t working or due to heat. We wanted our room to be cleaned and switched the button. but non of the housekeeper noticed it 🥹 staffs were very friendly and alert everytime we arrive .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was so comfortable that I got the best sleep of my trip.

This is the best hotel in the city and it had probably the best restaurant. The service is something you would see in a major European city. It is without question an oasis. I don’t know why you would stay anywhere else.

The stay was wonderful. The hospitality was great. Food was brilliant. Overall we had a lovely night. Hope to visit again soon.

In one word ”Extraordinary”. From food, room, staff everything was just incredible. My only suggestion would be to improve the bathroom ventilation and cover the bathing space. Amazing staff and very tasty food and breakfast options. I will definitely visit again.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the room is cleaned every day. After a busy day, I feel like home when I return to the hotel.

Very polite and well behaved staff , not very accessible but the service is good
