Amazing social place with people from all over the world, tho it has no heaters in the rooms. The blankets help to stay comfortable and warm during the night but I had to take three hot showers in a day to warm up.
Absolutely beautiful from the decor and layout perspective. Great bar, nice service and central location.

Tuve una estadía excelente en el Wyndham Costa del Sol Arequipa durante 4 noches y 5 días.
Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, todo fue muy cómodo y bien organizado.
El hotel tiene una ubicación hermosa, rodeado de áreas verdes y al mismo tiempo muy cerca del centro histórico de Arequipa. La habitación era amplia, limpia y muy bien cuidada, ideal para descansar después de un día largo.
El personal fue siempre muy amable, profesional y atento. Su hospitalidad hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. El desayuno fue variado y fresco, y las instalaciones en general estaban muy bien mantenidas y tranquilas.Disfruté mucho mi estadía y me sentí muy bien atendido en todo momento. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel a quienes visiten Arequipa y con gusto volvería a hospedarme aquí.

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable.
The hotel is beautifully located, surrounded by greenery, yet very close to the historic center of Arequipa. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, providing a very relaxing atmosphere after long days outside.
All staff members were extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay memorable. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the overall facilities were well managed and quiet.
I truly enjoyed my time here and felt very well taken care of throughout my stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Hotel is very well located near the main square. I was given a room on the 1st floor with no access to the lifts. Had to go to the 2nd and walk down. A little weird..
Toom was nice with good view of the church towers. Breakfast was basic.
They have a nice rooftop bar with great views of the city.

在一個很安靜的小區裏，乾淨衞生，離武器廣場步行大約需要20分鐘，周邊沒有什麼吃飯的地方，但酒店裡可提供餐食，走5分鐘有個大超市。服務不錯，早餐一人一份，現點現做。熱水也好。唯一讓人不舒服的地方是地板打蠟後走起來滋滋響，在房間裏活動最好衹穿襪子。

Una decepción total!! Cuidado con la fotos bonitas que tienen publicadas no coinciden con la realidad. Las habitaciones no corresponden a un hotel de 4 estrellas solo se salvan los espacios comunes del hotel. Este hotel se merece una reforma URGENTE de habitaciones.
No funciona bien el agua caliente difícil de nivelar y cuando te duchas se sale el agua. Tienen un nevera vieja que hace mucho ruido y por la noche no te deja dormir. Lo que pensé que sería una estancia placentera en un hotel de 4 estrellas se convirtió en una decepción total.

GGuest UserA really solid choice in Chivay. Casa Andina Chivay is comfortable, clean and exactly what you want after a long day exploring Colca Canyon. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.
The staff are friendly and professional, and a special mention goes to Monica, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant.

My partner and I were so happy staying at this hotel. The view was amazing, and I even kept the hotel coasters! Just thinking about it makes me happy! The breakfast was also delicious, and even after two months, I still miss it 🥰 I will definitely come back. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming; it's simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at!

GGuest User1⃣️ Service: Stayed for four days, the front desk and the staff who made breakfast in the morning were very enthusiastic, the service I needed was satisfied, the meal that was not finished outside at noon, the microwave oven was borrowed at night, the pizza that was not finished in the morning, and a bag was needed to be packed away. They were very enthusiastic and responded to my request.
2⃣️ Network: WiFi computer is OK, mobile phone is too slow, I feel that this is a common problem in Peru
3⃣️ Location: In the most prosperous place in the city, there are many barber shops 💈, gourmet shops, very close to the weapons square and very convenient
4⃣️ Experience of living: It was very quiet at 10 pm, the hotel decoration was very modern, there was free water, hot water, coffee, local tea downstairs can be self-service, if you work, the table is a bit high
Considering the price, overall it is still worth it
