Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Metro Manila, Philippines

We stayed at Savoy Hotel for a couple of days. The staff were very accommodating, and the breakfast was good, though it could use more drink options. The location is convenient, as it is close to malls, restaurants, fast food outlets, convenience stores, and the airport.

The room appeared neat and visually clean; however, the floor itself was not thoroughly cleaned, as we had to wipe our child’s feet several times. Additionally, the room had a storage-like odor, suggesting that the linens may have been stored in the cabinet for an extended period. On a positive note, the staff were courteous, welcoming, and respectful throughout our stay.

Reception is amazing. Compliments to Nicolle, she is very attentive and gives out amazing vibes ! Lobby area can be improved as it is quite small. Housekeeping needs many improvements. I booked 2 rooms...1 for me and my wife (floor 6) and the other for my parents and siblings (connecting room at floor 3). Floor 3 housekeeping @ Karen is fantastic! My parents loved her and even gave her a tip as she go the extra mile i.e. really clean the room and even arrange the towel into some design! My cleaner on the other hand is not good, my cups did not get cleaned even after I have used it with tea in it. Please take note level 6 housekeeping.

PROS - Breakfast is delicious. Many people are queing but they staffs has a system and they can manage. - Location is the best. Accesible to Okada, MOA, Airport. Grab and taxi accessible - Bedroom is clean. Complete toiletries. Water heater is working. View is ok. - Security is good. - Parking space is alot. - Wifi is fast. - They have water dispenser. - Gym has good equipment. I used it twice - Price is cheaper vs others and worth it with what you get. CONS - No one answering the phone, if you need anything you have to go down. - Bedroom is not Soundproof. I got disturbed by a noisy neighbor at night. I extended for another night with family. Overall, will book again.

Our overall experience is above average. The only thing i did not like was the venue of their daily breakfast. We had it at the area near the pool which is inconvinient given the weather now which is so hot. Service crew doest even know where the spoon and fork location when i ask for it. That is i think the only downside. Next time i hope they will allot an area which is air conditioned for the comfort of the guests. I am not sure if that is always the case since when we check in they said that breakfast will be serve in the resto lobby. However i would like to thank the management of the hotel for sending a little bday cake for my grand daughter advance bday. Very much appreciated. Except for the breakfast venue. It was a nice family staycation. I will definitely book again. Thank you trip.com for my first booking expererience with you.

Ia tenang, bersih dan bersih. Apabila saya memasuki lobi, krew akan membantu membawa bagasi dan mengalu-alukan tetamu dengan sepenuh hati dan bersumpah apabila mereka bertemu dan memberi salam. Lobi mempunyai bau yang menyenangkan, anda boleh makan dan minum ke restoran mereka dan bersenang-senang. Bilik sangat luas menghadap bandar mereka mempunyai kerusi dan meja bulat dan banyak kabinet dan meja belajar ringkasnya mereka mempunyai bilik yang bagus hanya dengan harga P1,127/malam sahaja. Kami berasa sangat selesa dan gembira ke hotel ini!!!💕💕💕

I feel disappointed the room is just fine but the bed is not confortable to sleep,the cover is like dirty because instead of white it become dirty white also the towels!and with all the hotels ive been checking in this hotel is different and theres no small fridge.diappointed ive been stay here for more than a week.and inside the bathroom there place to put for thier soap and shampoo.i hope the management will pay attention for thier service.

We chose Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport World Resorts primarily for its convenient location near NAIA Terminal 3 and its walking access via Runway Manila. While the location is definitely a strong advantage, it’s worth noting that the hotel shuttle bus does not operate until after 10:00 AM. The walk itself takes about 10 minutes, but the pathways are not very luggage-friendly — uneven and not ideal for rolling suitcases. In hindsight, it’s more practical to spend around ₱100+ for a Grab. During a previous stay in November 2025, we had a very positive experience. However, this stay in February 2026 was quite disappointing. The room we were assigned was located right next to the expressway, and noise from passing vehicles could be heard at all hours of the day and night. Despite being on a higher floor, we also encountered mosquitoes in the room, and unfortunately, even a large cockroach appeared on the vanity while I was brushing my teeth — which was very off-putting. Breakfast was simple and adequate, but we felt there could be more variety and better turnover of food options. On a positive note, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating — especially with our request for a late check-out, which we appreciated. It does feel like unless you pay for rooms facing the airport, you may be allocated less desirable rooms. Considering the price point — particularly for the Philippines — the room rates feel somewhat overpriced for $140-$170 AUD a night. Additionally, if you book through third-party platforms like Trip.com, you won’t earn IHG rewards points, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a standard stay, but given our previous experience, we had higher expectations and left feeling very disappointed. That said, the location near NAIA Terminal 3 remains a key advantage. We hope that continued loyalty to IHG might offer better experiences in the future, and we may consider staying again when traveling back to the Philippines.

Suite Room with two queen beds,- Spacious , ok for a three-star hotel. However, having checked-in a Suite room I did not expect very old towels that has coloured gray not white anymore. No hair dryer. Bathroom ok but sink need more cleaning in corners. hallway carpets need updating. Great city- view ( room 1104). Close to shops, pharmacy , jollibee and chowking downstairs. Staff are approachable and very attentive except for one lady staff at the desk when I checked in (4 am, April 11), who was so engrossed with her computer and let me wait for several minutes without even looking at me to say “ please wait” or at least acknowledge my oresence.. Security guards are all very helpful they deserve recogition.
