Excelente hotel. Tienen servicio de resguardo de equipaje. Todos muy amables. La alberca está calientita.

Excellent hotel, cannot fully evaluate it cause I couldn’t stay as much as planned, because of a delayed flight, but for what I could see is beautiful and has a perfect location in regard to proximity to the airport. If you arrive at T2, just take the airport trainer to T1 and you’ll arrive through a flyover very easily :)

I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton. Overall, a very pleasant experience and an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. I would definitely stay here again

We like this hotel. Good location I. A good, safe neighbourhood beside the angel of independence statue. We stayed at the King size bed room on the 10th floor with s views of the city. And free access to the exclusive Brisas Business Lounge that offer fast check-in, concierge service ,specialty coffes and soft drinks all day and free breakfast and light dinner, snakes and an alcohol drink in the evening. We had a little incident at the room but the staff was quick to fix it.

Highly recommended if you decide to find a hotel near this area. Service and environment is very comfortable, room size is big too

Me gustó las instalaciones el servicio muy bueno, pero según la página me indica que cuenta con alberca y a mi llegada la alberca está fuera de servicio sería bueno actualizar la información que se ofrece.

Very good location, there’s a swimming pool on the roof top. The interior is a bit old fashioned but okeish. They offer late check out that was super convincing since I had late night flight. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room itself is small, cleaning is every day, providing 2 bottles of water and coffee bag. Oh and there’s a coffee machine. What I didn’t like - was breakfast. It’s sooo poor, the worst I had for all the travels in my entire life.

房間很好，設施齊全。非常整潔安靜，床品也相當舒適。地理位置離鬧市區有點遠，但打車公交都很方便。旁邊有便利店，對面有快餐店咖啡店各種餐飲。尤其推薦的是，早餐相當豐富，餐品質量很高，絕對值得加購，入住時前台買有優惠。主要這家酒店的餐廳餐飲水平很不錯，晚餐單點稍貴，但味道上佳，擺盤精緻，服務也很周到細緻

Una experiencia distinta muy buena atención del personal y las instalaciones son muy cómodas y de primera calidad, la alberca esta excelente pqra pasar un dia en el agua sin ningun problema sin duda volveré nuevamente la comida muy rica en su restaurant.

酒店設計顏色大膽，服務非常好，行李生都是年紀大的人，熱情周到，餐廳也很美，非常安全的區域。酒店出去右轉走10幾分鐘可以到繁華的改革大道，很多設計感超強的飯店，商店，時尚，綠植很多很美。
