This hotel is located in the heart of Brasov's famous popular tourist spot, the old town, and is convenient to walk around and experience Eastern European art buildings and choose a place to eat and drink. Hotel Aro Palace The hotel lobby is exquisite and very large. It is not beautiful. But when you choose to stay, you will not regret it. There should be facilities in the hotel such as a large warm water pool sauna room. This third stop of the Eastern European tour Brasov chose Arrow Palace. Very satisfied. Parking is charged.

Service is absolutely premium with the staff fully involved into the business and helping guests in a very professional and polite manner (we have arrived later past midnight). They provided a video and step by step directions 5/5 via whatsapp, ensure you give them a call beforehand if so. Amnesties are good, decoration is amazing (if you are into rustic, balcony/terrace has preview to the cable car 🚠 and is about 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. The time and distance is similar to get to the heart of the city (famous Black Church). For breakfast the selection is great and the staff will welcome you with a smile on their face, absolutely premium experience, cannot recommend more!

Title: Excellent Stay in Brașov – Modern, Quiet, and Perfect Location! Review: My partner and I stayed at Hotel Armatti for 2 nights, and it proved to be a fantastic base for exploring Brașov. Everything met high standards from check-in to check-out. Location: Superb setting on Strada Lungă 5. It is situated right at the edge of the historic Old Town, making it easy to walk to the main square and city sights while offering easy transit connections (about 4 km from the main train station). The Room: We booked the Superior Twin Room. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and quiet. The twin beds were comfortable with fresh linens, and the dedicated desk area with a coffee/espresso setup was great for relaxing. The keycard access system made entry seamless. Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom was pristine, featuring vibrant turquoise mosaic tiles, a spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure, a wall-mounted hairdryer, and complete cleanliness. Having a stocked mini-fridge in the room was a very convenient touch. Service: The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring our requests were handled smoothly, including luggage storage. Good to know: Located on a main street, requesting a quiet room away from the elevator ensures a peaceful night's rest. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers visiting Brașov!

The spa pretty much is making the hotel , room is big , vintage still, the restaurant is good but they are calling this so called singing band, once the restaurant is quite busy they are coming over you and pretty much asking for money , is just a different way for beggars, same thing the restaurant around the corner i forgot the name . Of course you have the option to go eat on swissotel which doesn’t have this gypsy beggars coming over you .

Located in the lower part of the old town yet still within easy walking distance of the center( 5 mins), this hotel offers both convenience and tranquility. The room was very comfortable and thoughtfully designed, while the entire compound was clean and featured stylish interiors with a pleasant atmosphere. The surroundings were exceptionally quiet, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The hotel owner was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the visit, adding a warm and personal touch to the experience.

Lo único bueno del hotel es su ubicación. El personal poco amable, el desayuno muy pobre y escaso, no reponían cuando se acababan los productos. En la habitación teníamos una TV pero no había enchufe para poder verla

The place was easy to find on maps. The door has instructions on how to check in as there is three “Ambient” locations, however they are close enough to each other to park at the one you have booked and walk the Pensiune Ambient to check in. Ambient Residence in which i stayed was great. The place had a communal kitchen/dining area, free tea and coffee station on each floor. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean and tidy. Hot was came through pretty much instantly. It’s located about 25min walk from the old town area. Highly recommend

The hotel is in a good location, behind the old town, 8 minutes by taxi from Brasov Railway Station. The facilities are very new, the bedding is very comfortable, and the front desk service is great. I will stay again next time.

we’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.
