Hotel is clean, quiet and spacious. The price is also affordable. Guests are also allowed to leave their luggage before check-in or after check-out.

all staff are vy vy polite and helpful,room is big,clean but in old style,wifi is terrible,it blocks a lot of app/website inclue(poltical,sensitive content,adult porn) it means wifi is useless,limited choices of buttet breakfast but in good quality

My stay at FX Hotel Tainan completely redefined my expectations for a budget hotel! The location is absolutely superb – Chihkan Tower and Guohua Street Food District are just a 10-minute walk away, and the Shennong Street cultural and creative area is also within easy reach. Just a left turn downstairs and you'll find a 7-Eleven; to the right, there are famous Lu Rou Fan (braised pork rice) and beef soup restaurants. For late-night cravings, heading straight to Bao'an Road Night Market was pure bliss! ✨ The mattress had just the right firmness, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area. 🚗 Transportation is incredibly convenient too! It's only an 8-minute drive from Tainan Railway Station. Overall, it's perfect for budget-conscious travelers who still value quality. The hotel offered free parking which is great but was a bit difficult to find the parking entrance due to the constructions going on around the hotel. Location was nice, in the city center and peaceful nearby. The buffet breakfast was amazing, a variety of choices from western cuisine to local cuisine. The room was clean and neat as well.

Grand banyan hotel is above my expectations, I am very thankful for the reservation team and front desk staff for helping me when I mistakenly booked my hotel room on the wrong date. I will definitely comeback to this outstanding hotel in the future when return to Tainan.

Great location right outside Taichung Railway Station, with Taroko Mall just across the way. We were supposed to stay three nights, but due to the typhoon the hotel kindly let us extend without any hassle. Comfortable room, helpful staff, and very convenient overall. Highly recommend!

1. Seriously, Trip.com, what gives you the confidence to rate (The Feng Jia Hotel) five diamonds? 2. The hotel's main glass door lacks anti-collision markings, and the lobby is a mess. 3. The wallpaper in the room is peeling everywhere. 4. There are no power outlets by the bed, and the value for money is terrible. When I asked the front desk for a power strip, they gave me a whole list of conditions. 5. The breakfast area is dirty, and the service is poor. For a five-diamond hotel, you have to clear your own dishes after breakfast. Trip.com customer service, if you see this review, please seriously answer my first question. Thank you!!!

I've stayed here several times now. It's a hotel with a good value for money. The public lounge area in the lobby is great for meeting clients, and they offer free coffee and snacks. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Elegant and suitable for business discussions. Service: Enthusiastic service. Facilities: Complete basic amenities.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and would happily come back again. The room view was superb. Waking up to it each morning honestly set the tone for the day. The bed was comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. We slept well throughout the stay. The location is another big plus. It is convenient, easy to get around, and close to key amenities, which is especially helpful when travelling with family. Overall, this hotel ticks all the right boxes. Comfortable, well located, and family-friendly. Highly recommended for families looking for a pleasant and hassle free stay.

Pool was littered with debris from the strong winds. The water quality was good, but the pool staff could have done a better job at hauling out the debris at the deep end of the pool. The jacuzzi was a disappointment. The presence of greenish/yellowish algae in the water made the jacuzzi uninviting. The heater was turned off and will not be turned on until the third week of November. I was there during the last week of October. Every resort I stayed at had the jacuzzi heated despite the time of the year or the ambient air temperature. If it is the position of the management to not clean or heat the jacuzzi, then the jacuzzi should be covered up and blocked off. The breakfast buffet was horrible considering how much money they charged. I probably will not stay or recommend this hotel. It’s has a lot of potential!
