The hotel room showed the sign of age but it was still clean. I was happy to have offered an upgrade of room with good view of the Van lake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because the centralised air conditioning system made me sweat throughout the night. The room was so hot! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many choices of food. We also dined in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was average.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the interest and kindness of Mr. Ali and Mr. Gökhan really impressed us. They do their job seriously but sincerely. They immediately took care of every problem we had and we felt comfortable and safe. The room cleanliness and comfort were also very good. It was a nice and trouble-free stay. Thank you very much.

The clerks are very heartwarming. They answered all my questions for traveling and gave me some advice in English. The last day after checking out, the clerk even led me to the minibus station, telling me how to go to the Van Castle.
The breakfast they offers is traditional Turkish breakfast.
While the sound insulation effect of the room is very bad. Every night I will wake up because of the noise outside. If you are not strict with the sound, I strongly advice you to book this hotel.

GGuest UserI don't know why Ctrip always arranges a room for me as a black brick member, either at the end or next to the elevator. This hotel seems to be made of plastic. The sound of the people walking upstairs is very clear, and the people taking a shower can be heard clearly.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent!
The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in the centre as a location cleaning order ***meat was good, but we left the car clean and was dirty without a closed parking side. The minibar products in the rooms were too expensive for outside. The air conditioning was either not working or not in the bathroom. I don't know if we didn't tell them that, they wouldn't be interested in it. It was a good breakfast.
