The location is very convenient, right off route 1 south. We arrived very late and with the incorrect booking date. The lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and managed to rebookd a room at the spot. Thank you to trip.com. They also allowed us to have a late check out. Again have to praise the friendliness of the service desk. The room assigned was not set up properly so we got an upgrade. Room is clean by there are no slippers, no shower cap, tooth brush etc. Kind of disappointed.

We are not satisfied with the Front Desk Service. The staff in charge does not seem to be damiloar with group bookings and how additional group charged were arrived. Our booking consisting of four rooms was not organized thus causing a lot of confusions and miscommunications. Keycards and room assignments/charhes were interchanged. The rooms were old/ outdated

In addition to the price is OK, everything else is average. And the bed has a mites, and I have been allergic for 2 days. However, hotels in the United States are generally old. So there is nothing to ask for.

The staff were professional and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met all expectations for a convenient airport hotel stay. The shuttle service to the airport was timely and reliable, which made travel stress-free. The food excellent and was great chief.

The rooms are quite new and spacious. After landing, you have to go to a designated airport pickup point, but for departure, you can go directly to the terminal. The hotel breakfast is pretty poor, which is a common issue with American hotels – not only is the quality lacking ☹️, but it's also presented very unattractively.

Breakfast is very good, the front desk service is good, the room space is also very large.

The room is great and clean and the reception where kind But there is no refrigerator in the room And the train is a little bit noisy

The room is small and it is not convenient to put the suitcase. The toilet is clean, but the shower head is not easy to use. After adjustment, the water still sprays everywhere. The hotel has a rich breakfast

Stayed over to see a show. They were sold out but we got the room through trip.com. Corner room was spacious, clean and had a great shower. Bathroom hair dryer wasn't working but they left an extra one. Got in later than we wanted due to traffic, went to the show, met with friends and ate late at night. Great selection available for late nite food. Burger was excellent (I'm picky about burgers). My only complaint - I thought the venue was too cold. Love that Hard Rock offer both smoking and non smoking rooms. I hate getting a room that has been smoked in.

Good breakfast. Free parking on weekends until 10:30. Second stay. Spacious room. Very convenient to the mall next to the hotel. Highway 1 is at the doorstep. Convenient to everywhere. Worth recommending
