從盛岡站裏面商場的商場直接就能到酒店，不需要出來外面，超級方便 前台小姐姐態度很好，我入住那天感覺有點不舒服，就問小姐姐能不能幫忙安排個離電梯近的房間，於是小姐姐直接幫我升級了一個雙人房，面積很大。床尤其大，實在太好了 房間裏面唯一美中不足的是床頭的充電接頭衹有usb和typec,但是typec接上之後沒反應，所以充電衹能在桌子那邊充 配套的東西都很全，還每天還會給礦泉水，茶，還有泡澡粉，非常滿意

第二次入住，秋天的景色比夏天更美！ 酒店環境服務餐食都非常好，入住兩晚晚餐不一樣，第二晚太豐盛了，吃撐也沒吃完。早餐自助餐也是極好的。 酒店服務人員都很友好，可以幫助叫出租車。 酒店温泉很多，泉質非常好。唯一遺憾的是半露天温泉安上玻璃窗了，沒法好好欣賞外面的秋景，也有點憋悶。 混浴景色最美，晚上8點到9點是女士專用時間。如果白天也能安排一小時女士用時間就完美了。比較白天的風景更美，混浴女士還是不太適應。 有機會還會入住這家酒店。

Hotel is around 1km out from Morioka station. Road towards the hotel is really bumpy with a lot of uneven surfaces. If you have heavy luggage or not physically strong enough, I suggest taking a taxi. the rooms are really spacious and value for its money. It’s very near supermarket, shopping district and right smack in the middle of 2 7-11. Right around the corner is the morioka castle. Overall, if you are a light traveller, highly recommend this hotel.

The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. Check out was simple and staff were helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning! I

家族3人で泊まりました。 部屋は和室で布団三枚ひいても余裕がありました。 部屋の入り口に洗面所があり、トイレも広々としてました。喫煙ルームを禁煙処理してもらいましたが、やはり臭いは少し気になる程度に残ってますね。それ以外はとても快適でした。部屋からの景色は、海が見えて景色良かったです。ホテルのwifiも携帯のwifiも接続が弱いです。 お風呂は大浴場があり、お風呂はそんなに大きくないです。サウナと水風呂と41度のお湯と打たせ湯(ぬるめで水圧弱い)がありました、露天風呂はないですが、全体的に綺麗でした。お風呂出たところにお水が置いてあるのは良いですね。 ホテルの方におすすめを教えてもらい夕方は別のところで食べてきました。 朝食はバイキングで、種類豊富で、肉じゃがとタラのフライが特に美味しかったです 。 ネット環境以外全体的に満足です。

Appi Kogen is a beautiful resort area with a peaceful atmosphere and stunning mountain scenery. The location is convenient for accessing the ski slopes, and there’s a surprisingly good variety of food options nearby. From traditional Japanese meals to Western-style cafés and hotel buffets, you’ll find plenty to enjoy after a day on the slopes. It’s a great spot for both outdoor activities and relaxing in comfort.

The welcome desert is very nice. The dinner is a set course with abalone, beef and also come with buffet choice, it's out of expectation. The onsen is good. In the evening, there was local dance show.

We really enjoyed our stay, particularly the beautiful view from our room. The food was outstanding, and the staff were very accommodating. The only drawbacks were the absence of a washlet in the bathroom and the inconsistent internet connection in the room.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely incredible, the room was very spacious with a western style room attached to an 8 tatami tea room, and floor to ceiling windows highlighting the snowy exterior. The onsen with indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, and most people staying at the hotel wore yukata which gave the whole experience a tranquil vibe. The bus from Morioka goes directly to the hotel. It was a perfect traditional Japanese hotel.

- 主要在于前台真的很夸张！ 真的很夸张！ 我们让她订餐厅 把名字日期人数都告诉她 也确认过好几遍了 她居然帮我们定了她“认为” 我们应该要去的烤肉店。 幸好我们再度确认，结果第二次她订错了日期， 第三次三个人定成了两个人，沟通过几次犯了几次基础错误 我受不了了 把餐厅日期人数都写下来，结果还是订错 而且告訴我們its ok😂 我們同行朋友終於受不了說了她兩句 its not ok 都不是罵 她就在我們哭泣😅 - 酒店6 点多开始停电 然后就是没热水到晚上快11 ，12点 届时我才可以洗澡 洗漱完收收东西都快两点 早上的早餐居然没有让客人可以延误一些，在我request 之后才让我进去吃饭、 而且也没有任何歉意补偿之举。 这个酒店真的收费也算是很贵了。。 何况是在小地方。。 - 还有其他没礼貌的事情 反正就是告诉我朋友酒窖里面的酒很贵 看不起人的那种。。 可能觉得我们是crown plaza 那边住的客人？ 作为高级酒店不应该有着这种待客之道， 不管对谁都要有基本礼貌吧。。 后面在铁板烧再遇到才给好脸色。。 届时我们已经准备投诉了。 其他的我就懒得说了早餐让你坐下 要开吃又让你换位置等等哈哈 酒店太新，要去的要有心理准备 价格匹配不上服务是肯定的，而且还有点花钱受气的感觉。
