Probably this hotel had better times, but the pandemi hit hard. Room okay. Bathroom dirty. Very dirty! I didn't make picture, but it was gross. Hot water. AC was okay. Restaurant closed. Parking is inside and you need some skills. Quite challenging. The infinity pool at the 30'th floor is nice. U can see all the city.

For me, this is the second best hotel in Solo after Alila. Unfortunately this hotel is located in an area that is quite far from the city center and is located in an area with heavy traffic, so a lot of traffic jams occur. The breakfast is delicious and exceeds my expectations, the rooms are also clean and this hotel has friendly staff.

The room is very comfortable and clean, starting from the arrival of security and bellboy swiftly providing assistance, the check in and check out process at the front office is also very super fast and the officers are very friendly in providing information. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff everywhere always greeted us in a friendly manner, a great experience. Thank you Aston Solo

Ben, panduan kami, memberikan pandangan yang relevan mengenai kawasan ini termasuk sejarah dan unsur semula jadi. Dia menyeronokkan dan bermaklumat, dan pemandu yang hebat. Kami tidak dapat mengesyorkan perjalanan ini dengan cukup tinggi. Perkhidmatan, kandungan dan nilai tandakan semua kotak.

Pokokmen juara banget hotelnya. Fasilitas bintang lima dpt harga bintang 2. Cuma 250 rb. Kolam renang keren. Tempat gym komplit. Hotel luas sejuk. Kamar oke lah. Breakfast nya enak semua dan bajyak pilihanya. Manteb pol.

Amazing hotel, splendid buffet options, very courteous and friendly staff. I will stay here if I come in future to Semarang.

Perkhidmatan di penyambut tetamu semasa daftar masuk mengambil masa yang lama, kira-kira 15-20 minit. Dan dimaklumkan bilik yang dipesan tidak tersedia. Sarapan disediakan di dalam bilik, tidak dimaklumkan semasa membuat tempahan. Bilik ok, bersih, saiz ok, tandas bersih, tilam bersih dan saiznya okey.

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

Just recently stayed for four nights at Solo Paragon Hotel for business trip and enjoyed my stay overall. To be very honest, Solo Paragon was not my first hotel choice when I looked at accommodations in Solo for this business trip. However, there was no other options left when I wanted to reserve as Solo had multiple international events during my time there. Pre-arrival impression was unpleasant as when I texted them requesting for airport pick-up arrangement, they turned down my request immediately stating that they were busy with the international event. Moreover, I requested assistance to send some packages from the hotel but again they turned down my request stating they did not provide that service. I have been working in the hotel industry for a while and fully understand that these two were supposedly the basic service offered to guests, let alone by a property at Solo Paragon Hotel level. At this stage, even before arriving to the hotel itself, I was devastated and had actually looked at other accommodation option. However, as everything was on prepaid basis I decided to just go with it. The tide started to turn when I decided to give the hotel a call one day prior to arriving, as I wanted to understand more about the city (this is my very first visit to Solo). Patty - the lady who picked up the phone, was super helpful answering my questions and really getting me prepped up for my trip. Throughout my stay also, I coincidentally met her almost every day of my stay (usually in the afternoon). She was always being nice, helpful, and friendly. She even assisted me to plan a short tour around the destinations in Solo. Her presence at the Front Desk really brought positive ambience there, in addition to of course all her colleagues in the Front Desk and Lobby area - including the Security team. Solo Paragon Hotel is also located in the heart of Solo, make it super easy to go everywhere. There are Solo Paragon Shopping Mall just downstairs - shops, coffee shops, night markets, and restaurants in walking distance - and also going around by car feels close to everywhere. Definitely recommended for travelers seeking for easy access to various places in Solo. At this stage, the great staff and strategic location really made my business trip convenient and at this point I had forgotten my unpleasant pre-arrival experience. However, still there are some points that requires upgrade for Slo Paragon Hotel to get their perfect 10/10 experience. First, I felt that there were no standards in the Housekeeping service; sometimes they left the bathroom door open somethings they did not, sometimes they folded the bath mat above the toilet sometimes on the floor, sometimes they brought spare laundry bag and form when I requested for laundry service and sometimes they did not. I was interested in staying at this hotel because of its unique location in a residential complex and the beautiful atmosphere around the hotel. I made a reservation through booking.com, all processes until I checked in everything went smoothly, the check-in process was very efficient, no more than 3 minutes. However, all thoughts of enjoying a clean and quiet room, and the desire to enjoy the surroundings of the hotel through the bedroom window, vanished in an instant. My eyes immediately found strands of hair on the couch and also on the bathroom floor, and the bedroom window was closed with an iced glass window which made sure I couldn't see anything from the room, let alone enjoy the natural atmosphere that had been beautiful in my mind. DISAPPOINTED. TIPS : 1. Please be careful when getting off the vehicle in front of the hotel lobby, because that area is also a road for residential residents, so make sure it is safe before you get out of the vehicle, because sometimes from the left and right vehicles pass by at high speed. 2. Make sure that your room's window is _see through_ so that you will not _trapped_ in a room with NO view!

The room is very nice although quite small. I went with my family of three and asked for one extra towel & toothbrush but not given because of the hotel policy. It would be nice if we could have one because we only have 1 child. I recommend the hotel to relax this policy and would consider giving 5 stars. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is recommended for everyone to try.

Sangat bersyukur tidak salah memilih hotel untuk mengajak keluarga stay di grandhika semarang selama perjalanan ke semarang. Kemudian dari kamar yg sesuai dg request dan dihandle oleh mba fifit di receptionist yg sangat baik dan ramah sekali sehingga saya dan keluarga saat nyaman stay disini. Next kalo ke semarang akan memilih grandhika lagi🙂

Clean rooms, good and fast service. Food was very good both from breakfast and restaurant. If I come back to Semarang, I’ll stay in this hotel again.

Sambutan satpam ok,kekasir untuk check in ramah, kekamar pakai lift ke lantai 2 ada insiden kecil,lift tiba2 nutup sendiri pas istri mau masuk,untuk tangannya ga kejepit,biasanya khan lift ga mau nutup kalo masih ada orang,tp it's ok. kamar deluxe dapat tempat tdr king, ada meja kerja,kursi santai ,ada kulkas,penyimpnan barang,almari besar,kamar mandi ada bathub,air panas ada.tlpn resepsionis cepat ditanggapi, ada spa, kolam renang gratis,ruang gym gratis,sauna gratis,dan yg paling ditunggu makanan di restoran banyakkkkk pilihan,enak2 lagi layaknya hotel bintang 4.klo kesolo kayaknya masih pilih sunan jd tempat istirahat deh.terima kasih Sunan sudah menemani liburanku,smoga pelayanan dijaga dan ditingkatkan lagi.sukses selalu.

Need more attention in bed (bed sheet, bed cover, pillow)and sofa cleanliness. I saw some stain on those surfaces. More over when i used UV light. And also bad smell in car parking area. But overall is okay, food is good and vary, friendly staff, hot water is stable, room is ok.

I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean. Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy! For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner. On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much. I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ). Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me. For the Price - Location - Food and Beverage - and Service, IT SO WORTHED! See you again Solia Zigna. Thank you for everything PS: One little note, I wish they provide plant base milk for a Lactose Intolerance person like me. ( even if it's not free but at least they provide some ) but no Judge, most restaurant or Coffee shop in Solo doesn't have Plant base milk.

Kamar di Executive suit adhiwangsa sangat nyaman, dengan luas kamar sekitar 55m2 dan interior ruangan yang exclusive.. Fasilitas kamar mandi dengan bathtub menambah kenyaman kami dalam memanjakan diri. Kamar ini memiliki 2 televisi, di ruang tidur dan ruang tamu. Staff nya ramah ramah, pelayanan pun baik... Makanan yang disajikan pun beraneka ragam dan rasanya enak...,, Hanya jika jamu nya disajikan dalam keadaan hangat itu lebih nikmat daripada keadaan dingin...😊 Jalan jalan ditaman dengan suasana sejuk dan asri menambah betah menginap disini.. Terimakasih adhiwangsa...,,sukses selalu..
