Just returned from Xi'an and I genuinely recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! ✅
Located right next to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda—literally just a wall away—some rooms even feature private terraces with a direct view of the pagoda. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Datang Everbright City. The location is unbeatable, yet it manages to be a quiet and peaceful sanctuary amidst the bustling city.
The property spans a generous 3,000 square meters, filled with traditional Chinese bamboo landscaping. Every step offers a new view, creating an incredible ambiance. There's a wide variety of room types; I stayed in a terrace room, and gazing out at the ancient pagoda in the morning and evening was so therapeutic. The butler service was attentive, complete with welcome fruits upon arrival and a comforting late-night noodle soup. Multiple pillow options were available, and thoughtful touches like tea sets and bathtub liners were well-prepared.
The buffet breakfast was lavish, featuring authentic Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) and Xifu spicy noodles. The afternoon tea was delicate and delicious, and coming back from a night tour to bowl of soft-bone pork noodles was pure satisfaction. They also have a gym and a self-service laundry room.
Even better, a cultural butler provides guided tours of the Da Ci'en Temple, and you can experience Tang-dynasty costume photography. Shaanxi History Museum, Tang Paradise, and Dayuecheng are all very close, and the subway is easily accessible. The hotel has won multiple international design awards.

This was my first time taking my mom to Xi'an, and also our first time staying at this hotel. The housekeeper, Xiaojie, provided excellent service, promptly having the staff bring us snacks and yogurt. My mom hadn't had a proper meal since we arrived in Xi'an in the afternoon, and wanted to grab something late at night. There were very few people there, and we were fortunate to meet a very attentive and helpful waitress, Li Xuehong… The breakfast was incredibly varied and plentiful; they even had boiled vegetables! Honestly, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I had seen very negative reviews about it on Xiaohongshu, mainly saying it was too old, and Ctrip also listed it as a 2012 hotel. However, my actual stay found it quite new, and none of those mentioned flaws were present.
I initially booked it just for its convenient location, expecting a 150-yuan experience for a 1500-yuan price. Yet, the overall actual feeling was comparable to the Seven Oceans Hotel in Xiamen. The room had a bidet, a large bed, welcome fruit, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming.
In short, all the negative reviews on Xiaohongshu were completely unfounded; it was far beyond what I expected. The only minor drawback was finding a hair on a bath towel when I opened it, but I won't dwell on that.DariNZD 183

Had a very comfortable stay at the HUALUXE Xi'an Tanghua, and I just had to leave a review. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively stepped in to help with our luggage. Miss Xu made the check-in process smooth and efficient, and Shanzha at the front desk patiently explained the hotel facilities while thoughtfully offering local sightseeing tips. The guest room was exceptionally well-maintained with soft, pleasant lighting. However, it still differs from modern business hotels—if you are looking for high-tech gadgets and facilities, this might not be for you. Canopy by Hilton is arguably the best-located five-star hotel in Xi'an. I really love exploring the Datang Everbright City nearby~ Plus, having opened in 2022, it features a high level of smart technology that makes the stay very comfortable, and the rooms are kept impeccably clean. The baked goods at breakfast were delicious. The hotel generously upgraded our room and extended our check-out to 2 PM~
However, I really have to complain about the service standards. Aside from the front desk staff, who were quite pleasant, the rest of the team seemed completely untrained. There was no one to seat us at breakfast, and when we went to get our complimentary drinks, the staff member was engrossed in his phone right in front of us. He didn't react at all when we told him what we wanted to drink, only looking up two seconds later to ask us the same thing. The bellhops were also a mixed bag—some had a great attitude while others just stood around like props. The service quality was completely all over the place. All in all, when you go out to travel, you want to be in a good mood; hotels shouldn't let these kinds of things ruin their guests' experience, right?

Staying at the Fu Rong Ge Hotel in Xi'an Qujiang exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, right next to the Tang Paradise, and within walking distance of the Grand Tang Everbright City and the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. After enjoying the night views, it's incredibly convenient to walk back to the hotel, saving the hassle of finding a taxi or getting stuck in traffic.
The room was clean and tidy, with impeccable hygiene. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a high-quality rest. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation and was well-equipped. The service was thoughtful and attentive; check-in was efficient, and the staff were responsive, gentle, and polite. The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes, and the taste was great. It's perfect for both leisure travel and business hospitality. The hotel's location is decent, not too far from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Joy City, and Saige shopping mall. Fearing noise, I paid extra upon arrival for a room facing the inner courtyard. The room was small and quite standard, and the cleanliness was just okay. To the next guest who sees the big dirty handprint on the bathroom mirror – give it a shout-out! It was there when I checked in, let's see how long it lasts.
The room cleaning was prompt; usually, by the time I left in the morning and returned in the afternoon, it was done.
Breakfast was simple, with rice noodles and wontons, but there weren't many seats. On my last day, it was packed, and I even encountered someone hogging a seat. The front desk staff were fine, mostly well-trained.

It is very easy to take a taxi or subway. The room is cleaned and the facilities are complete. The front desk Xiao Cao service is warm and intimate. If you have any questions, you can help answer them in time. The hotel also has a Hanfu experience, which is very suitable for tourists who come to Xi'an. Facilities: The hotel room was fully equipped and in good condition. The room size was accurate, and the bathroom had a good separation of wet and dry areas, preventing children from easily slipping and falling. The air conditioning was effective and quiet.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean, with attention to detail. We were traveling with a young child who would walk barefoot on the carpet during the day and climb onto the bed. Although his little feet were clean after walking around, it still felt uncomfortable to see him on the bed. We asked for a change of linens every night, and the cleaning lady always cleaned the room after we left, never being perfunctory.
The front desk staff were always polite and helpful, and the cleaning lady would proactively leave extra bottles of water.
Location: The location is excellent, convenient for getting around. It's close to the subway, and even taking a taxi to the Bell Tower or the Tang Paradise is inexpensive. It's also convenient to see the ”Song of Everlasting Regret” by subway. If you have enough time, you can also visit the Cat Temple, which is less than 300 meters from the subway station.

這次入住是一次非常好的體驗，本人常年在外出差，幾乎每天都在酒店住，不一樣的價格有不一樣的服務，在西安這種大城市這樣的價格享受的服務是超值的，我提前詢問的有無車位，到了之後是前台張先生指引我停的車，體驗不錯。入住之後房間雖然不大，但很温馨，床品也很舒服，也貼心的在房間放了小零食。值得一提的是入住送三件衣服的洗護，這種福利對我這種常年在外的人來説是非常不錯的。
第二天退房之後店家還送了小禮物，有扇子和玩偶可以選，雖然禮物不一定珍貴，但足以證明店家的用心。
我取車出發也是張先生一路指引，並送上祝福。在此謝謝張先生的熱情服務。
唯一可以提的建議是，雖然外賣不能上樓是好的想法，但是店家可以通過機器人來實現外賣上樓這一功能。這樣入住會更方便。DariNZD 27

This is the hotel I've stayed at twice during my two visits to Xi'an! The first time was with my best friend, and I thought the experience was excellent. Our flight from Beijing arrived in Xi'an late at night, and I saw that the hotel offered a free airport pickup. When I contacted them, they said there was an extra charge of 40-something yuan after 10 PM, I forget the exact amount! But wow, it was totally worth it! It's super close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just a 10-minute walk. Plus, there are all sorts of delicious food options right next door! Soon after, during the summer holidays, I brought my aunt and checked in again. My aunt raved about the breakfast from the start, and the laundry service was also very thoughtful! The free Xi'an bus tour is perfect for seniors to experience the wonderful time-traveling beauty of Chang'an city. However, it constantly tests your knowledge of ancient poetry! Otherwise, you'll feel awkward on the bus when you can't keep up with the guide who's reciting poems at a moment's notice 😅! Xi'an is a city you can visit three or four times and never get bored. The location is genuinely excellent! It's right by the subway entrance, at the doorstep of the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, and next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The lamb pita bread soup in the back alley is absolutely delicious! You can even walk to the Shaanxi History Museum! It's incredibly convenient. The room itself was also pretty good, above average. Downstairs there's a place for makeup and photography, but it's very ordinary and caters to the general public. Staying at Yaman Hotel this time exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, and the TV supported screen casting, which made catching up on shows and watching movies super convenient. The smart toilet in the bathroom was an absolute game-changer—clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. The bedding was soft, the environment was quiet, and the service attitude was fantastic. It's a great place to stay for a trip, and I will definitely choose it again next time.
The uncle who helped with our luggage was super enthusiastic; he introduced the room, the amenities, and how to access the scenic area (the hotel's back door leads right to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda). Food deliveries ordered from outside were promptly brought up to the room, and he was always smiling, very patient, and warm. You could really tell he loves the hotel's atmosphere.
It started raining when we went out at night, and the front desk proactively offered to lend us hotel umbrellas. When we came back, someone promptly came out to guide our parking.

A special thank you to the front desk staff, especially the gentleman who even gave us a small gift when we checked out. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, and all the other front desk staff were just as wonderful and made us feel so well-cared for. The hotel was very clean, and the room was quiet and comfortable. We had a direct view of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the room was much larger than I expected. The room looks exactly like the pictures online! The decoration style is captivating, the various facilities are extremely finely arranged, and the sanitary condition is excellent. It is clean and makes people feel at ease when they stay. The hotel is located in a prosperous area with extremely convenient transportation. There is also a free Hanfu and kimono experience. It is very convenient to wear Hanfu to the Bell Tower of the Everlasting City of the Tang Dynasty! The lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. Overall, it's really good. I booked this hotel for two nights during the Dragon Boat Festival and was incredibly impressed! Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic. It even had a bathtub, and they thoughtfully provided a disposable liner so I could soak worry-free. They also offered a foot spa tub with herbal sachets. The suite was huge, and to my surprise, the bathroom offered panoramic views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda – absolutely stunning. It wasn't until the second day that I discovered the bed was an electric adjustable bed, allowing me to find the perfect position to watch TV. All in all, it was a truly delightful experience. For this price, enjoying such a suite was amazing. I've stayed in places over 1000 yuan in other major cities, and none compared to this. It rained during my two-day stay, and the hotel even provided an umbrella, which was a very considerate touch. I had planned to switch hotels for the next two days, but seeing how great this one was, I promptly extended my stay for another two nights. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up! I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Xi'an.

You can see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda right from the window, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is just a short walk away. It's also very near Xi'an Film Studio. There's even a bus stop for tours to the Terracotta Army Museum. Next door to the hotel, there's a convenience store, Wei Jia Liang Pi (cold noodles) is open 24 hours, and Old Li's Biangbiang Noodles and Old Ma's Paomo (bread in mutton soup) are all nearby – super convenient!
**Room Facilities and Cleanliness**: The room facilities are modern and well-equipped, including smart voice control and a separate wet/dry bathroom area. The overall decor is modern and minimalist, with attention paid to every detail.

The picture matches the actual situation, clean and tidy, the room is large, and there is no problem for seven or eight people! The community is very quiet, with two ladders and three households, without the distress of needing to queue up for the elevator.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I'm so happy with our choice, haha. Five-star hotel with five-star service. The facilities are excellent, and we even got a free room upgrade and complimentary fruit. It was my husband's birthday, and they surprised us with a birthday cake – such a pleasant surprise! It's super convenient to get around; the subway station exit is right there. The breakfast spread is incredibly varied and delicious; as someone from Guangdong who is particular about food, I was very impressed! The swimming pool is clean, and there's a jacuzzi. My usual way of finding accommodation is to look for new hotels, and this one didn't disappoint. The room was well-equipped, everything from the bath towels was clean and tidy, and I slept incredibly well.
**Location:** It's super convenient, just about 100 meters from Yongningmen Metro Station. The directions are clear, and it's right next to Guojin and Hopson One.
**Service:** The host was very service-oriented, checking in daily to see what I needed. They offered breakfast, afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and even some 'micro-tipsy' drinks – essentially, food and drinks available three times a day, whenever you want them. I stayed here alone for two days and was extremely satisfied – definitely a five-star review! First, let's talk about the service: The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly kind. Knowing I'm a light sleeper, he arranged a quiet room for me. On my check-out day, he even allowed me a late check-out, which was very thoughtful. The location is also excellent, right on Cuihua Road, making it easy to find. It's super close to the Shaanxi History Museum, just a few minutes' walk away. It's convenient for dining and shopping; there's a specialty store nearby for local products, and if you turn left out of the hotel, you'll find Zi Wu Lu Zhang Ji Rou Jia Mo (a famous local eatery). The room was very clean, and the attention to detail was impressive: the hairdryer worked great, I loved the scent of the shampoo, the smart toilet was a bonus, and the bedding was simply fantastic. Although my schedule was packed and I didn't get much sleep during these two days, I slept soundly every night, and my sleep quality was superb. The decor is also quite new, though the room rate is slightly higher than similar hotels.
Disadvantages: Room cleanliness could be improved. Upon check-in, many areas were found uncleaned, including hair on the hairdryer, trash on the towel rack, and even trash under the bed.
