Hotel Dengan Gym di Antwerp Province, Belgium

The location is only 5-10 minute walk from Antwerp Central train station and the walking path (sidewalk) was easy to roll our 3 large bags. I mention this because other EU cities have cobble stone walkways that makes it extremely difficult to pull your bags through the streets. Our stay was with 3 adults so we had to use the sofa bed. The sofa bed and main bed were very comfortable. The room was larger than expected compared to EU standard. I say this because EU hotel rooms typically are much smaller than North American hotel rooms. The bathroom did not have a working lock. The door closed, but we could not lock it from inside. The lighting was poor in the bathroom. Our room was equipped with a fully equipped kitchen which was clean. We did not have breakfast there so I can not comment on the food selection and quality.

Super nice staff. Amazing facilities including a huge gym. Michelin starred restaurant!

地理位置特別好，從酒店走過天橋就是antw-berchem火車站，5分鐘抵達中央火車站。房間有點小，我那間晚上空調沒啟動，到第二天才發現。不過工作人員很快就來修好了。早餐比較豐富，停車位也很多。google導航導不到酒店，衹能導航到馬路對面，這個需要改進。

Konum güzel, odalar ferah ve geniş. Brüksel fuarları komaklaması için kullanımı gayet mantıklı. Biz memnun kaldık. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli ve çeşitli idi.

The Good: • Perfect Location: This hotel is ideally situated in Antwerp, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. • Impeccable Rooms: The room was modern, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. Great value for the price. Things to Note: • Shower Design: Be careful with the water direction, if sprayed outward, water leaks into the room. Keep it aimed toward the inner wall. • Water Supply: Bottles are only provided on the first day. In an eco-friendly hotel with minimal amenities, not providing consistent drinking bottle water felt quite unreasonable. • Inconsistent Service: Some staff were wonderful, but others were lethargic with limited English skills. • Lobby Curfew: The lobby closes at 1:30 AM, and staff began ushering guests out early. This ”curfew” was quite disappointing for a hospitality establishment. All in all, a great stay for the location and room quality, but management needs to improve staff training and guest policies.

Nice hotel next door to the central station. Rooms are clean, breakfast is sufficient. Close to shopping street and all transport destinations

Stay was much like others mentioned. Hotel is very new, 24/7 reception, onsite gym and reasonably sized rooms. Some personell doesn't speak Dutch, which is not acceptable to us, please do some effort to learn the language of the country you work in please. The braided, black, tall lady was very friendly. Also a shout out to the breakfast kitchen team, coffee should always come with a small treat. The only very big negative for us was that we put in the special requests that we preferred a quiet room on the back side of the building. We even followed up with an email. Only to be assigned a room on the front of the building when checking in. That is very annoying. Especially since there were rooms available on the back side, which we got assigned after complaining. NOT OK! Had a good stay, nice rest, and didn't mind the 5 mins walk to the metro for the city center. Expensive supermarket nearby was also a plus.

Location is outskirt of Antwerpen and needs car for access. Hotel room is clean and room is large. Swimming pool is large (20~25m) and sauna area is very nice. Parking is expensive but there is on-street free parking.

Tried to order room service. The service was bad and kept telling me nothing was available except for Fries. I then ordered fries but it never delivered. The network was bad, so I couldn't connect to the internet in the room.

Из лучшего - его месторасположение. Очень близко к вокзалу и остановками Flex Bass. Если в других местах близость к вокзалу это грязь и опасность, то в Антверпене всё наоборот - чистота и безопасность.Правда я никогда не гуляю ночью. Красивый, внушительный холл. Быстрое вселение. Сотрудники стараются говорить на вашем языке с помощью переводчика. Первый номер был стандартный на втором этаже. Но в нём не работал мини-бар и сейф. Переселили в другой номер на пятом этаже. Он был холодный, я терпела ночь. Сообщила о проблеме на рецепшен и горничная включила отопление. Отопление - это встроенная сплит-система. Отверстие находится в стене над столом. Если сидишь за столом - дует в плечи, если лежишь в кровати-дует в голову и никуда от этого не деться. Конечно, я понимаю, что это индивидуально, но я очень чувствую сквозняк. Форма комнаты необычная, с обходным корридором вокруг туалета. За счёт этого полезный размер комнаты меньше. Холодильник - мини-бар крошечный, в него почти ничего нельзя поставить. Предполагается, что гости должны питаться в ресторанах, но не всем это подходит по разным причинам. Содержимое мини-бара, естественно, платное. Тапочек, халата, зубной пасты, зубной щётки и лосьона для тела нет в номере. Из посуды два тонких стакана, почему-то один бокал в двухместном номере, для чая и кофе бумажные стаканчики. Есть кофемашина. 2 капсулы бесплатно в первый день. Если хотите больше - это будет стоить 2.50 каждая. Платная вода 6 евро 1 литр. Зато есть Библия в ящике стола. Верхний свет в комнате отсутствует. И вообще свет такой ”марроканский” интимный, невозможно ни читать, ни писать. Из хорошего -копии абстрактных картин, подходящих интерьеру. Залог, который вы вносите при вселении, возвращается не полностью. Из него вычитается городской налог 6 евро ежедневно.Есть бассеин, сауна и фитнесцентр за 7 евро день. Очень хорошо. Все работники рецепшена всегда рады вам помочь.
