Hotel Dengan Gym di Goias, Brazil

It was a wonderful night of rest in this hotel, super recommended, it was all perfect... Concertness I'll come back!!!

Tem q observar a quantidade de pessoas. Fechei para 3 pessoas. Quando cheguei lá, tinha 2 camas de solteiro. Tive que pagar mais 100,00 por uma cama a mais no quarto. Infelizmente tive esse imprevisto.

The hotel is wonderful, a wonderful accommodation, a beautiful view of the city. Just don't get to your will, wearing shorts and blues, because even you pay, the receptionists will judge you, and look wrong. There is also a lack of trip to enter wm agreement with the hotel because there is a payment option ONLINE, in the hotel the recipients deny payment. Deceptive!! If that was the hotel that I would like to host at the end of the year, today it is no longer!

I made two reservations in my name. When I checked in, the attendants identified the two reservations and asked for confirmation. I asked if everything was correct, and I replied that the other reservation would be for my parents who would arrive on the early morning flight. In the early hours of the morning, at approximately 2:30 am, on 11/25, when my parents went to check in. Another attendant told us that we did not have a second reservation, and that we would have to pay again for the stay. I request a refund for the second night, from the hotel or the trip.

A good place, well hygiened, well located and would return there quietly, but the care was not so good, it can improve.

There is no room for children

Very close to the airport and convenient transportation. The front desk will speak English and communicate smoothly. Breakfast is European, with many choices and neatly furnished. The electrical facilities were slightly old. The room I stayed in that night, the air conditioner worked abnormally, and the air volume temperature could not be adjusted after restarting the power outage, or even closed. The maintenance staff did not get it until 2:30 in the morning. I hope the next stay will be more smooth. Thank you for the front desk staff who are still on duty so late.

I came to the hotel and said my reservation was for two single beds, I had to show the voucher to prove it was a couple bed. Even so in the checkout, I was charged the difference of R$186 real and said you sent them wrong communication, it was very consternant.
