Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service.
Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til.

We had a nice big room with beautiful nature view. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve enjoyed the adults only spa (even it costs in addition). The roof top pool is amazing and the service was excellent. We would book it again.

AAilsabinbinThe hotel is a certain distance from the train station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. It is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel breakfast is very good. The service staff is also very good. GGuest UserViborg Hotel is conveniently located in the city vicinity amidst a scenic beautiful lake.
It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, great breakfast menu and convenient room accommodation.
It’s an hour drive from Billund Airport and 30-minute drive to Bjerringbro where we had our business meeting.
We explored Viborg with its old and preserved buildings with cobblestone roads which reminds one of Paris.

VVincent homeAarhus may not be a popular tourist city, but as the second largest city in Denmark, it is essentially a highly civilized, safe and suitable city to live or travel.
The city has a prosperous commercial civilization and industry, and the hotels are located in the city, close to relevant tourist attractions and commercial areas. There are many rooms and four elevators; it is very convenient for travelers. The interior space is large but the facilities in the room are not the latest. If there is a chance, I will still accept to stay

FFanxinruyuThe room I was given at first had a peculiar smell. I changed to another one and it was very good. I should say it was an upgraded room. The breakfast was very good. The only thing I would say is that you have to walk a long way to get to the room.

GGuest UserWe had booked 1 room where it stood not approved, absolutely OK, We tried again and it passed through and we got mail on it so everything was just fine, we were happy because we had been there before.
We met up on the day, was a little early on it, but if we paid 100 kr, we could get in at 15, but we sat and drank a cup of coffee and waited so the time passed, our family came later. It is said if we want the key, as there are two rooms ordered, we thank you no, because we don't have their room.
Now our children come and get their key where they say there is a room more order, we say no and show our first room , had not passed through and they could see it. But... now, it was to call and investigate what had happened, my fraud was very helpful and spoke and told, but it took about 1 1/2 hour

We were going to eat, there were 4 people. We ordered and there stood blue potatoes where I said we didn't just want chips, no, it was a kind of blue potatoes , but it was chips so we went up to the cook and asked for real potatoes and we got it, all right. Our children ordered a biscuit and there was a little green as they chose from and asked for extra potato instead, they received the two very small voices , they received it twice more, it was so fine with it. When we were to pay, there were extra potatoes on the bill 130 kr. We had never tried it anywhere, but OK we paid.
What should have been a good weekend, just became a very bad experience, we have never experienced anything like 😡

GGuest UserVery retro hotel, the facilities are a little old, but the breakfast here is particularly good! I have stayed in many hotels on business trips abroad. The taste of this breakfast can basically be ranked in my mind. In addition, the service attitude is also very good. There is a handwritten welcome letter in the room when you check in.
