The view is great. The room is clean and spacious. We have played kayak, snorkeling, and feeding animals. Children are happy.

The room was very clean and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. The only issue was that for additional amenities (such as comb), the front desk needed to be called and the amenities picked up there.

The food is delicious, the hotel is clean, and the service is excellent, especially the receptionist. Check-in was also quick.

The service was extremely satisfying. Everyone was very friendly, and check-in and check-out were fast. Special shoutout to Tio for excellent service... This hotel is highly recommended!

Personally, I found the breakfast unappetizing. For a hotel that's supposed to be a bit more upscale, they even charge extra for espresso. There's a convenience store downstairs, but nothing else, which I felt made dining inconvenient and really missed the mark. They even charge for the bottled water on the table? Seriously, are they that desperate for money?

Staying at Radisson Lampung Kedaton was a really pleasant experience from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable for resting after a long day. I also enjoyed the gym and swimming pool facilities, which were well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing staycation. Another big plus is the direct access to the mall, making it easy to find food, shop, or simply hang out. The spacious parking area was also very convenient. Overall, a great choice for both leisure and business stays in Bandar Lampung ✨

The hotel room quite spacious, near to mall and foodcourt, in the middle of the town , the food at restorant was superb eventhough many of the menu written in the book wasn't complete ,

It's nice and clean hotel and rooms and the boffeh have many options for the guest and staffs having good hospitality with guest, except the pool not clean and have many insect because it's open area and near trees

I had a great stay at Emersia Hotel Lampung. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an executive room, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, a great hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended!
