Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

I stayed with family at this hotel for 3 days it was very good experience, the hotel was clean and rooms big and services very good also have space for walk in hotel like park and many activities, like boating,🧘♀️, etc

Excellent hotel, in all respects. One of the very best I've ever stayed in. Super clean. Beautiful design, as well. Food is great; also it's adjacent to the Forum Mall, convenient. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Mr. Aditya at the front desk particularly was extremely helpful.

Excellent service from the staff, attention to customers needs and requirements. The front office ***ager Mr. Nithin is most supportive, humble and excellent in customer service.. everything was good.

Has a good restaurant with delicious Chinese cuisine that I tried out. It's going through some renovation but that's not having a lot of impact on one's stay here. Overall a pleasant stay except the fact that I left behind an expensive chocolate in the room mini fridge and could not get it back when I enquired for it the same day.

Our first visit to O by Tamara...to celebrate our anniversary. It was meant to be a couple dinner date, but we were joined by our 6YO too. And surprisingly, she enjoyed the visit the most. Everything we ordered was awesome, and she also had a good serving of everything. We had Chicken Sheesh Taouk, Barbequed Chicken Breast, Chicken Pasta and the Crunchy Crispy Florets. The cocktails were enjoyable, both the TakeOff and the Cosmopolitan. Adarsh, the cook, did an excellent job with everything. Anas served our table, and he was refreshingly awesome. He made the right recommendations, was consistently pleasant and even ensured our 6YO got her share of 'complimentary' mushroom bruschetta not once, but twice! Overall, a great experience, made all the more pleasant by Anas and his excellent service. Great views, great vibe.

Ginger has become my regular hotel when I go to Kochi. The location is great at Kalamassery. The front desk staff and the staff at the restaurant are very helpful and customer friendly. The housekeeping could improve . Unless we specify the rooms are not cleaned daily. Sometimes even after a request the rooms are not done . I’m sure that’s something that can be rectified.

I stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved. Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well. Cleanliness- Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness. Hassan & Family

I recommend this hotel to the people who love to explore Ernakulam . Mr.Mari & Ms.Anu provided good service & kudos to all hotel employees . Only thing I suggest to hotel management that they could consider to send outside food to room once the food is reaching to the reception apart from that service from employees & rooms are awesome.

We have taken the family room as we were total 5 members. The room was very clean , it was spacious with balcony too. You cannot smoke in room but you can in balcony. The view from hotel is nice. It is near to Ernakulam town railway station. By auto it will take 5 min to reach at hotel. The food was good , the staff behaviour was very good. They also provide the cab service to munnar and near sightseeing places.

We had an incredible stay at the Taj Malabar Resort & Spa Kochi. I had originally planned this trip as a family get together to celebrate my dad's retirement. What followed was a trip, that all of us will look back fondly in the future. The front-office staff (especially Mrs Angel, Mrs Jasmine, Mrs Elisabeth and Mr Agarwal) were very welcoming and made us feel at home almost immediately. Throughout the trip, they catered to our every request and made this a very memorable experience. Before staying at the Taj Malabar, I was concerned about the dining options as I follow a strict vegan diet. All of the dining room staff & chefs (especially the executive chef Mr Mayur and the chef Mr Anoop) took special care of me in this regard. When we dined one night at the Pepper restaurant, they even prepared a special Kerala meal which adhered to my dietary choices. I'm only used to condescension and laughter over my dietary choices and this gesture made me feel incredibly happy. My initial fears were definitely unfounded and the vegan food that I had at the Taj rivals any food that I have tasted in the top vegan restaurants in the US. This trip was memorable for a lot of reasons including the Sunset at the Jetty, relaxing at the swimming pool with my father, introducing my parents to a luxurious experience at the Sauna / Jacuzzi and the Steam Room amongst others. However this wouldn't be possible with the genuine warmth and loving nature of all the staff and I would like to convey a special thanks to them for making this a genuinely special trip that I'll never forget.

Centrally located hotel in thiruvananthapuram. Comfortable rooms, courteous and pleasant staff, two good restaurants inside, good spread for buffet breakfast. Overall we had a very pleasant stay for 2 days at dimora. 4

My family had a pleasant stay. My room was upgraded to deluxe room and top floor. The breakfast served was delicious. They had a great ambience. It is situated in the center of city with all many attraction very nearby. We have a small babu he was given special treatment

Отель новый, чистый. Фото нет смысла выставлять, т. к все фото на трипкоме соответствуют действительности. Вся мебель новая, в отличном состоянии. Кондиционеры, вентиляторы-все рабочее. Горячая вода тоже есть, нужно немного подождать, пока стечет. Есть холодильник (новый, без запахов) электрочайник, телевизор (мы его не включали, не знаем, рабочий или нет) . При заезде предоставляется мыло, зубная щётка, паста, расческа, шампунь. Все это в мелком формате. Обслуживание в отеле не хуже, чем в Европе. В любом вопросе, который возникал, помогали. Такого отношения к туристам давно не встречали. По Азии путешествуем уже лет 8, есть с чем сравнить. Этот отель лучший из тех, где нам удалось побывать. От пляжей далековато. До ближайшего пляжа идти минут 20. Но если брать мопед, проблем не должно быть. При отеле есть парковка. И круглосуточная охрана. Приехали в отель очень рано, заселение произвели без доплаты за ранее заселение. Завтрак: вегетарианский шведский стол. Наша оценка отелю и его персоналу 10 из 10!

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The stay at ginger was excellent and supporting staff were polite, interacted and helpful in guiding me through timely responsive action for attending the workshop nearby, though i reached late night there were no delay in allotment of room, which are near, hygienic and well maintained. The breakfast, dinner served is good, authentic, traditional and affordable. Especially, the manager abhilash sir is knowledgeable, positive response, patience enough and good guiding manager to the guests. So, i sincerely recommend ginger trivandrum for families and everyone for their stay.

The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The fragrant smell was too strong. I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep. Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK. Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book
