I stayed at this hotel with my 2 kids to unwind and keep them entertained, and it was a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The pool was well maintained and clean, which my kids loved. In-room service was excellent - special shoutout to Kenneth, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping when the kids wanted ice cream. Breakfast was enjoyable and good, though the waffle was a bit hard. The parking attendant and shuttle driver were both accommodating, making our stay even more convenient. Overall, this is one of the friendliest hotels we've ever visited, and we would definitely recommend it for families. The only downside was that the room was not soundproof, so we could hear some noise from other room.

Overall, our experience was very positive. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and courteous, and they made every effort to fulfill the requests we had. The only drawback is the lack of nearby shops, so we would recommend arriving with all necessary items in advance. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and well managed.

We stayed here last Holy Week 2024 for 2 nights. The location is good and easy to find. The restaurant needs a bit of improvement when it comes to tables and chairs and the ambiance and also the food choices. There were no pastries and cakes and no other coffee choices.They only have brewed which didn’t taste good. The room was nice and huge including the bathroom but it needs brighter lighting. Overall it was a good stay but it’s not really place to be going back to. We just tried it.

Good for couples. Nice view and very accessible sa mga amenities like coffee shops, supermarket, 7-11, etc. Free parking on premises and easy check in. The best yung breakfast buffet nila, clean and maraming options. Nakakatakot lang yung elevator kase medjo maingay and yung balcony sa place namin, yung isang tiles naka angat pero overall, worth the experience pa dn tlga. If I get the chance to come back, I'll definitely return.

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend escape, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm smiles and a quick check-in. Our room was stunning – elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, and with a balcony offering breathtaking views of sunset/mountains. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and made it feel truly special. Will definitely recommend this to my friends!

If balak nyo gumala sa tagaytay at naghahanap ng mura pero maganda at madaling puntahan na staycation, ok dito sa SMDC WIND RESIDENCES. Along the highway lang at madaming dumadaan na Jeep, Bus at Tric na pwede mo sakyan if byahe ka. Madaming kainan at Coffee Shop sa tapat, malapit sa Sky Ranch na pwedeng lakarin. If need mo mag grocery merong malapit na SM Hypermarket at Robinson Supermarket. Malinis yung room, merong lutuan gaya ng rice cooker, microwave at electric kettle, meron na din baso, plato, kutsara at tinidor. Meron din TV at aircon. Wala lang Wifi yung Room na nakuha ko pero ok lang dahil malakas naman ang mobile signal. Yung Chairs nga lang medyo mauga na, sira din yung ilang drawer, walang sabitan ng damit at towel sa banyo. Hindi rin masyado nakagala noong time na yun dahil umuulan pero goods parin yung stay namin. Over all worth it yung Stay namin. Sulit din yung discounted booking dito sa Tip.com app 😍

It was a lovely place to stay beautiful location! The decor and facilities is could do with some updating in places but I wouldn’t let that put you off as the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I was well looked after as a solo traveller.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the smiling guards and helpful bell attendants. Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean and relaxing, and every staff member we met was courteous and welcoming. Our family room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and spacious with a lovely view. The heated pool was perfect for the cool Tagaytay weather, and the staff at the pool and bar were very friendly. Breakfast was good though the selection was limited, and the breakfast receptionist could be more pleasant. The front desk manager was attentive and accommodating, even offering a free late checkout. Overall, Hotel Casiana is a wonderful place for a relaxing and safe family stay — definitely worth coming back to! 👨👩👧👦✨

Taal Vista is a good place to stay when you’re in Tagaytay. There’s nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If you’re after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel.

We booked a Superior Room via Trip.com, which mentioned an option between a king-size bed or two single beds. However, upon confirming directly with the hotel, we were informed that the room only comes with a king-size bed—there is no option for two singles. This was quite disappointing as the listing was misleading. We then requested to upgrade our room, but on the day of our check-in, we were told it was unavailable due to a leak from the rain. With limited options, we had to proceed with the original room and pay extra for an additional bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the beddings also had multiple tears, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the TV wasn’t working due to cable issues, and the other room we booked ended up not being used. We were told the front desk would be informed, but no clear update was given. Lastly, the WiFi signal was very weak—I had to leave the door open just to get a stable connection. While the staff were polite, we hope the hotel can improve on communication, listing accuracy, and room amenities for a better guest experience.
