Very safe and convenient location, about a 10 mins walk from Termini station (which has trains to other cities/airport). Amenities and cleanliness were great as well, definitely recommended to couples and families looking for a stay in Rome. Walking distance to the attractions too!

There are strange lighting positions in the room. The water could leak from the shower door.
The breakfast is great. The view is also great

Very lovely! And very friendly and welcoming receptionist (I donât know his name but he was great and checked me in quickly as I arrived quite late) helped me get my shuttle to the airport and get breakfast on time!Â
Really appreciate. Room was nice. Only issue was the shower very powerful and hot but was flooding and entered the room small and wasnât sure how to prevent that

The long walk to Hitlon Rome Airport end near airport travellator towards the last lift leading down to the airport has a pungent smell of pigeons waste and quite unbearable with some sleepers there too!. Not expected.
You may push your airport trolleys with loads of your luggages all the way to the checkin reception. It is allowed.
3 water bottles is confirmed complimentary and yet they placed a tab on it as EUR3 ( repeated call front desk to reconfirm)

Location is superb. Just minutes away from train station. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Reception was friendly and helpful. Gym was a tad run down and located in basement . Theres two supermarket nearby, one within the next enroute to train station and the other bigger one minutes away (google for UPM clothes store and the sipermkt is next to it).

Itâs a bit of hot when I registered, and I have tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it didnât work. I called the reception desk saying the air conditioner canât work, she said the temperature was not too high and suggested me open the window if I felt hot. And she still told me the air conditioner would work at nightâŠactually, the air conditioner didnât work at night also. Meanwhile, the WiFi is terrible in my room. It canât connect with internet although it looked like have been connected. And itâs funny that the WiFi run well when I was out of my room.

Perfectly located near the train station and business district, yet far enough to avoid any station noise. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. There is some typical street traffic noise, but itâs quite manageable and doesnât affect comfort. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe park and our chalet were spotless. The staff were helpful and provided excellent service. The security guards also did a great job. It's highly recommended for families, especially because of the swimming pools and all the amenities they have to keep the kids entertained. Rome is easily accessible by public transport or car. We'll definitely be back next year, as it's a park where you can truly enjoy your stay!

AAnonymous UserTraveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

OOuhuajiaoyuIt was quite a challenging stay. The requests I made in the booking were completely ignored. Upon arrival, we had to change rooms, which seemed to upset the front desk staff quite a bit.
A South Asian porter helped us with our luggage. I didn't have any small change, as I mostly pay with cards and rarely use cash, so I only gave him a 2 Euro coin as a tip. From that moment on, whenever he saw us, he showed absolutely no expression. I mean, it's not like I was going to give him a 200 or 500 Euro bill, right? Was it even worth that much?
The hotel breakfast was excellent. The room, although not as good as the original one after the change, was still acceptable.
The location is fantastic: just a few dozen meters from the train station, and there's an airport shuttle right outside. There are no issues with the location, and the area isn't as chaotic as some say.
The only problem is that all the staff had rather cold and indifferent expressions, making you feel, for a moment, like you weren't even in Italy! I won't be staying here again, even with its many advantages. I just don't want to deal with their attitudes!

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our hotel stay in Nord Nuova overall. Reception was accommodating to allow us to store our big luggages before check in as we were travelling to Naples for a few days before check in. Special thanks to Riccardo from reception. Kimo, bellman was nice too to help with the luggages.
Location was perfect if you want to be near to Roma Termini station. Hotel location is also not very far from Colliseum or Spanish Steps. About 30 mins walk (if you donât get distracted along the way đ).
Hotel amenities were adequate. But the heated towel rack were not on during our 1N stay for us to enjoy âwarmâ towels.
Overall we would recommend people to stay in this hotel. đ

The walls in our room where very dirty and the buffet breakfast was really quite poor with a limited selection. I found the younger staff members at check in and check out the be very unprofessional and very dissmissive. I did find one of the staff members at reception to be very professional Angelo.

GGuest UserPros: For a European hotel, the room was quite spacious, and it even had a small single sofa and a desk. A nice touch was the provision of disposable slippers and bathrobes. The bathroom facilities were new and very clean.
Cons: It's located near the main street, and the soundproofing isn't great. I could hear cars roaring all night, which made it hard to sleep. If you're staying here, I'd recommend asking the front desk for a quiet room away from the street.

JJIAKANGImpressed, the hotel location is great, especially the room facing the Colosseum. The hotel staff is very conscious of service. When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water.
