I didn't give the service 5 stars because on the day I arrived, I called the front desk several times and no one answered. I needed a blanket and there wasn't one in the closet. So I went down to get the blanket, and when I asked about it, the attendant said that it would have to be done that way because they were too busy to bring the blanket to the room. In conclusion, I was on the 21st floor and it has nothing to do with the fact that they were too busy. The hotel should hire more staff if the ones present aren't up to the job. Another thing I didn't like was the lighting in the rooms: very dimly lit.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was excellent! The location of the hotel is very good; On one corner there is a Pharmacy, on the other there is a great restaurant and in the surrounding area there are several shops, bars, cafes and restaurants!
The break fast is very good!!! Various fruit options, cakes, breads and fit options too. We needed to anticipate our breakfast due to flight times and the restaurant staff and cook were exceptional!!!

Deceptive!
I've always been a fā of the Senac school hotels.
Perhaps after the pandemic the quality of products and services had to be ”forgotten” to meet a new market reality.
Although the service has always been affordable, we pass some constraints such as: dressing dressing our door at 7:30 p.m., refusing to book a table for bean and when we arrive there is a table reserved that we can only occupy after We call a supervisor, the quality of the cafe of the manhā equivalent to a 2-star hotel and refuse to grant 2 hours late check-out even if there is no reservation for the same apartment on the date.
Finally, I hope I can have another opportunity to experience the glamour that the hotel has already had with the quality of service compatible with the values charged.

The hotel is very well located. The facilities are new and the shower is wonderful!
Better than the shower, only the breakfast, we were impressed with the care. You can also have breakfast in the outdoor area, looking out over the sea and catching some sun. There was even a healthy cake option!
At breakfast we were well served by Thiago!

Accessible, clean hotel. I had to deliver some packages and they practically kicked the gentleman out of the room, which was prohibited. I told them it would take 3 minutes and they kicked us out immediately. I left the place.

My stay was for a couple. We arrived in the room and there was a blanket that was basically a single blanket and 2 very low pillows that looked like they could only fit one person. I called to ask for another pillow and they told me they didn't have any more. As a result, I didn't sleep very well.
The service was very good, the hotel was well located and clean. The only thing that left something to be desired was this detail.

AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered!
Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun.
Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance.
Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities.
Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool!
Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious.

GGuest UserHostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

GGuest UserA única coisa que tenho a reclamar foi que pela amanhã estava tocando musicas evangélicas no café da manhã, e a televisão estava desligada. Sugiro orientar aos colaboradores ou a quem de direito que não convém música ambiente ser de orientação religiosa, ou músicas agitadas, uma música clássica ou bossa nova, ou instrumental é muito mais coerente com a diversidade do ambiente (especialmente porque vocês recebem também estrangeiros). Já sobre a televisão, sugiro estar ligada no noticiário para que as pessoas possam se informar dos acontecimentos do dia que ainda não tiveram acesso. No mais, o café da amanhã é excelente, espero que mantenham sempre esse padrão, para mim o melhor de Linhares. Limpeza e conforto do quarto e o atendimento dos colaboradores também estão acima da média, só tenho elogios.
