The location is superb! There's a few malls around as well as restaurants. Supermarket is located at 1st floor. The hotel provides the lounge area too.

The buffet, public bath area, room, staff and etc. are all perfect!!! Especially the game center, swimming pool and the musical performance at the night. You can simply spend a few days in the resort! It is close to the attractions so the place is perfect!

It was very nice to have an open-air bath in the room ^_^ There was a sauna in the public bath, and I was impressed by the view from the outside air bath space ✨ The buffet was delicious and the best I want to go again ^_^

During the recent three-day autumn foliage season, rooms in Nikko were extremely difficult to book, especially balcony rooms with views of Nantaiyama and Chuzenji Lake. This time, I checked in at noon and requested an upgrade to a lake view room, and luckily, one became available on the 5th floor, the top floor. The balcony of the room offered a breathtaking lake view! Although the price was high, it was truly amazing! Environment: Prime location near Chuzenji Lake, with its own dedicated station. The pier, lakeside, and Kegon Falls are all within walking distance. Service: Top-notch. From check-in to introductions, turndown service, and breakfast the next day, the staff were impeccably at home! They now offer twice-daily shuttle service from Nikko Station. Truly fantastic! Facilities: Complete with all amenities, including a private onsen (hot spring), and state-of-the-art bathing and skincare facilities. Cleanliness: Spotless, and the public areas are impeccably beautiful. Staying here is like living inside an oil painting, except for the price. But this is just one example! The purpose of making money is to achieve Ritz-Carlton freedom.

We liked the hotel very much. It surely needs renovation in some areas, but you forget about this, because the hotel service is very good. The staff is very helful and welcoming, many free amenities are provided: yukata clothes for kids for all ages, socks for geta shoes, face sheet masks for ladies. Futons are very cosy, kaiseki dinner was worth it, but if your kids do not like Japanese style food, you need to think of it beforehand. Onsen area is very nice. It has pool also. I would recommend to stay in this hotel and enjoy Japanese experience.

It's a very old building. Cost-cutting measures have been thoroughly implemented, and you should accept that this is reflected in the price. The toilet in the room originally had a unit bath, but it has been modified to be unusable. There was a slight odor, perhaps from the plumbing in the sink. Yukata (Japanese robes) are available for an extra charge (¥300). The entrance is open at night, but the front desk is unmanned. As others have posted, the bathwater is lukewarm. The changing room is cold in winter.

Generally a pleasant stay, the place is old but pretty well maintained. My main gripe is that the soundproofing on the windows isn’t great, you can hear the Friday night crowds and cars. That said they do provide ear plugs at the front desk, which helped a lot.

The Kinugawa Yume no Ki Grand Hotel offered an outstanding overall experience. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by meticulous and attentive service. The staff were friendly and professional, and communication was seamless. The guest rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a warm Japanese-style ambiance that created a relaxing resort atmosphere. The environment was also kept impeccably clean. The onsen facilities were comprehensive, with both indoor and outdoor baths offering unique features. The tranquil bathing space was perfect for relaxation. Dinner and breakfast were of high quality, with exquisite and delicious kaiseki cuisine in generous portions. The dining atmosphere was wonderful, and I highly recommend it for couples or families. I would definitely return if I have the chance.

初めての土地、那須塩原へやって参りました。 オールインクルーシブの宿を関東圏内で探しており、此方のお宿を発見しました。 探す条件として ・オールインクルーシブ(初めての経験) ・客室内に温泉 ・2泊で10万円以内 上記3ポイント探していたところ、日光ガーデンホテルを見つけ出しました。 最初はビュッフェではなくコースか〜と大食いの私からしてみれば物足りないのかなと最初は思った次第ですが、皆様の口コミを見る限り大変満足したとの口コミが多数あり 更に此方のお宿に決めたキッカケは、皆様の口コミ1つ1つに真摯に答えられているのを感激し、お客様を大切にしているんだなと感じ決めました。 車が無いと、公共交通機関利用のお客さんは大変かも知れませんが、少し車を走らせれば 滝、千本松牧場などなど観光地も楽しめます。 温泉に浸かりながらハーゲンダッツを食べ ビールを飲み…最高の非日常を味わう事ができました。 人生でこんなにもハーゲンダッツを食べたのは初めてです！ パートナーと共に今までの旅行先で1番のお宿認定です。 食事にも力を入れており、朝・晩と最高に美味しいご飯を提供いただき 山菜がこんなにも美味しいのにも驚きました。 部屋からの景観もバッチリ。 記念日に此方のお宿に決めて良かったです。 宿泊検討されている方居ましたら、1泊以上をお勧めします！ 最高のモーニング(和食、洋食) 最高のディナー(日によって違います) 2日あればどちらも楽しめます！ シェフや配膳してくれる方から気さくに話しかけてもいただけ フロントでアテンドしてくれた方は終日良くしていただき… また、泊まりにこようとお互いに決め… まだ書きたい事ありますが… こちらで失礼いたします。 大変お世話になりました。
