From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was seamless and welcoming. I was particularly impressed by the concierge’s thoughtful recommendations, which truly elevated our overall experience. This hotel perfectly blends high-end comfort with exceptional hospitality, making it an easy choice for our next visit.

Overall, our stay at Seda Ayala was mixed, and I would rate it 3 out of 5. The room itself was decent—clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, though nothing particularly memorable. Breakfast offered a wide selection of options, which was appreciated, but unfortunately the taste did not quite match the variety. What really affected our experience, however, was the service at the front desk during checkout. There were three counters open and only a short queue, yet the line barely moved and we ended up waiting for around 15 minutes. As we were in a rush to catch our flight, I approached a staff member named Stephan to ask if I could simply hand over the room keys to speed things up. Instead of assisting, he gave me a hostile look and curtly responded, “I have other customer,” in a tone that felt unnecessarily rude. This interaction overshadowed what was otherwise an average stay. With better service, especially at the front desk, the experience could have been much more pleasant.

Неплохой отель, есть все необходимое внутри, можно заселиться на долгое время, поскольку есть кухня и все для проживания - кулер, чайник, холодильник, кондиционер, даже посуда и кофеварка. Однако не обошлось и без недостатков: - Очень душно и влажно в номере, в душе швы плитки не моют. - Не работала стиральная машина, а я заселилась на одну ночь чтобы как раз можно было постирать вещи. - Балкон не открывался вообще, как бы я ни пыталась открыть дверь, да и балкон был на первом этаже прямо у людей, кто плескался в бассейне. - Гель для душа и шампунь не индивидуальный набор, а просто две бутылки, которыми пользуются все, так что фиг знает кто там что может подмешать в бутылки из гостей. - ремонт откровенно некачественный, рейки держатся на скотче, местами отваливается краска в ванной от влажности, кривая покраска стен. В ванной небольшая вентиляция (без вытяжки-вентилятора), выходящая в коридор, через которую слышно любые шаги и разговоры и все что происходит в ванной соответственно тоже. - кондиционер направлен прямо на кровать, что неудобно, можно простудиться, а не включать его не вариант, так как очень жарко и душно. - ужасный сильнопахнущий ароматизатор в номере, от которого голова начинает болеть. - холодильник гремит так, словно перфоратором что-то долбят, невозможно просто с таким шумом спать. В целом 2-3 ночи провести можно, удобное расположение от аэропорта, на такси можно доехать за 160 песо.

Not the first time staying here, and will go back again. Location is perfect, all the necessities can be found within a walking distance. Amenities: All the important amenities are available except for hand towels and you have to beg for towels and pretty much the replenishment of amenities after the room is cleaned, far different from the last time when it was still Belmont. First room we were given had a very mouldy smell and which gave the kids and I instant headaches. They eventually changed it after about 4 hours of waiting and intervention by Trip.com. This really put a damper on things. Breakfast: Great, the variety is good, but it’s the same pretty much everyday. The beach: Within 5 minutes walk, but don’t you dare lose of misplace the beach pass paper tag, they’re very uptight about it. The beach if not the best beach, very rocky which makes swimming pretty uncomfortable. However, the pool area is awesome and there are sun loungers all around and that makes up for the unpleasant beach. They provide swimming towels too! I must say it has developed a lot since the last time I was here and I can only hope they will keep improving.

We stayed for 10 nights in a Standard Double Room located in the West Wing. The room was very clean and well-kept, with daily housekeeping and a very comfortable bed. Air-conditioning and lighting were just right, making the room ideal for rest or work. Wi-Fi was 90% stable, with only occasional drops. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Alona Beach and close to shops and dining options. The hotel has a pool and a “Chada” restaurant that serves some of the most delicious food we had in Bohol. One thing to note is that the building has no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you’re traveling with large suitcases like we were. Fortunately, the staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with our luggage during check-in and check-out. That level of service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone on staff was friendly, approachable, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall, the property felt well-managed. For the price we paid, this was excellent value for money. I’d happily recommend it to others—especially if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great food without breaking the bank.

We had an amazing stay at this resort, especially the breakfast. There are many pools and a calm beach, and the gym is very good. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. However, there are a few things that could be improved: 1. The Wi-Fi access ends at 11 AM, which is quite strange and inconvenient. 2. You are not allowed to use the pools after your checkout. 3. You are not allowed to use the sunbeds with umbrellas after your checkout. 4. The beach is clean, but there is still a lot of “water grass” and the water is not very deep for swimming.

Bayfront Hotel North Reclamation offers an excellent location, especially for travelers who want easy access to major malls and transport hubs. It provides great value for money, making it a practical choice for both short stays and business trips. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is decent, with enough variety to start your day, though it may not stand out compared to larger hotels. Overall, it’s a convenient and budget-friendly option, ideal for guests who prioritize location, cleanliness, and affordability over spacious accommodations.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him.

I booked an overnight stay at Vivien Hotel, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The TV in my room was not functioning properly, so I called the front desk. Staff came to check and informed me it was a provider issue and that they would try to contact them. However, by 10 PM, there were no updates — I only learned about the status when I followed up myself. No alternative solutions were offered, and I was simply advised to wait until morning. Unfortunately, the issue was still unresolved by the time I checked out. Additionally, the hotel only has three floors and no elevator, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. The lack of proactive communication and resolution made the overall stay frustrating.

Lovely stay! Beautiful hotel, with fabulous pools and direct access to a pristine beach with stunning sunsets. Service was also really good. Tons of restaurants to eat within walking distance. Top class place! My only suggestion is to install coffee machines for breakfast - espressos and cappuccinos are not complimentary, only brewed black coffee is served.
