We stayed with Hue only for two nights but we enjoyed it. The hotel seemed to be new, the service was great and very friendly. We booked all our tours and transfer to El Nido through the hotel. They arranged everything

The hotel offers excellent value for its price. The room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials — a working hot and cold shower, mini fridge, and TV. Breakfast was decent for the price — simple but satisfying. The staff were very warm and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Location-wise, it’s perfect. We came for the dragon boat race, and the baywalk was just a short walk away. The hotel is also conveniently close to the mall, market, and fast food restaurants, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Public transportation such as jeepneys and tricycles are easily accessible. They also offer affordable city tour packages, which is a great bonus.

What an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. There’s plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. It’s surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it! The only minor downsides: - you can’t really control the AC, there’s no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10 - there is no reception in the room - there are not many power outlets in the room

The hotel was nice and clean, but unfortunately the receptionist that welcomed us doesn't speak good English, and it was difficult to communicate. The second disappointing aspect was about the pick-up at the airport. It seemed included in the price ( that's why I booked with them), but at the very end they told me that it was until 17, and we arrived at 18, so they asked for 3000 RMB. That could be okay, if the hotel would be very far from the airport, but once there we realized that it was 5 minutes. The price they asked for was far too high.

From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. You get a 5-star experience at a very reasonable price, making it one of the best values in Puerto Princesa. I highly recommend Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel to anyone visiting Palawan. Whether for business or leisure, it’s the perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and Filipino hospitality. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The hotel was less than 5mins drive to the airport. It cost 80pesos on a metered taxi (although we tipped for a total cost of 150pesos from the airport) The hotel charged us 400 pesos for the same 5min trip. The hotel has no elevator so make sure you are going to make it to the third  floor because it was a challenge for me after a few hours of exploring.

Beautiful resort at amazing beach, stayed for 3 nights. The best: - Very friendly & helpful staff - Great breakfast - Very comfortable room with nice TV - Good maintenance - Free kayak - Environmental friendly - The have some activities like Yoga - They give a nice souvenir at checkout - Shuttle to el nido for 400 pesos The less good: - When asking the free kayak, they only took it off the stack of kayaks and didn’t help us drag it to/from the sea

Absolute Paradise I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special. One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. Butter sweet really my mother passed away after the first day we checked in staff were phenomenal caring and attentive front desk and Esperanza who came to Assist at the hospital - everyone was supportive and helpful - and for that I am eternally grateful- bathroom could have been cleaner - but that’s being critical x
