Warunki pobytu dobre. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Co 2-gi dzień wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Zameldowanie dla osób z małym doświadczeniem komputerowym może sprawiać problem ( przy naszym przyjeździe obsługi w recepcji nie było ). Problem jest też przy kontakcie telefonicznym, bo obsługa jest tylko po angielsku. Ja go nie znam i nie mogłem zgłosić powstały problem , który pojawił się jak dotarłem do swojego domu i stwierdziłem brak kluczy, które zostawiłem w szufladzie szafy pokoju 145 w Noli Riverside Gdańsk na ulicy Siechnickiej. Dzwoniłem kilka razy na numer +48 798 886 854 i cały czas automat odzywał się po angielsku. Chyba jesteśmy w Polsce ?. Dobrze , że żona miała klucze i dostaliśmy się do mieszkania, ale następnego musiałem wymienić zamki, więc przez niemożliwość kontaktu z hotelem moja podróż wzrosła o 350 zł ze względu na zakup zamków

Just across from the entrance to that building, there's a public parking lot available at about half the price. It might be worth considering this more economical option. Breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel is on the pricier side compared to similar hotels. Fortunately, there are plenty of nearby restaurants where you can enjoy a more budget-friendly breakfast in a relaxed, non-hotel setting.

Miła obsługa, smaczne śniadania, w pokojach wszystko jest co trzeba ( od szklanek, sztućców, po płyn do mycia garkow), a ponadto miejsce jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z centrum (przystanek jest naprzeciwko obiektu).

Horrible customer service, no reply for a day. Asked only to change dates of my stay nothing else. I've changed travel tickets twice list 30 dollars on it Because they weren't answering I've booked another place for 2 days, claimed free cancelation three times it was rejected by Trip.com and still no answer from Noli so I canceled another stay lost on cancelation 70 Dollars and came to see what the property and people are working there. They have a camera everywhere but noone came to help me to check in even after messaging to Trip.com customer service, was able to reach them only by call after almost one hour of trying to check in. And the code they asking while checking in is different from your booking so think twice before choosing this place. -10 Horrible customer service.

Hotel położony jest w świetnym miejscu, blisko bulwaru, możemy spędzić miłe chwile spacerując w pięknym otoczeniu statków i fajnym, morskim klimacie. Dookoła są liczne kawiarnie. Hotel serwuje smaczne śniadania i oferuje nam pyszną kuchnię. Personel hotelowy jest bardzo uprzejmy, miły i pomocny. Od kilku lat to mój nr jeden na liście hoteli w centrum Gdyni. Polecam szczerze.

Hotel yang sangat baik, hanya beberapa langkah dari pusat bersejarah dan pusat membeli-belah baharu dengan banyak kedai. Kakitangan yang sangat ramah dan profesional.

Menginap di mana-mana hotel Arche merupakan satu pengalaman yang luar biasa – Uphagen Manor tidak terkecuali. Terletak agak jauh dari laluan yang biasa dikunjungi, ia masih menawarkan akses mudah ke stesen kereta api dan Bandar Lama Gdańsk. Bilik-biliknya unik kerana setiap satunya unik, menampilkan lukisan oleh penerima manfaat Yayasan Lena Grochowska. Bilik-biliknya dilengkapi dengan kemudahan membuat kopi dan teh, bilik mandi yang lengkap, kerusi berlengan dan katil yang selesa. Biliknya hangat dan berhawa dingin. Saya mengesyorkan hartanah ini kepada sesiapa sahaja yang menghargai hartanah yang unik.

Anda boleh masuk ke bandar dengan trem atau bas, tetapi trem mengambil sedikit masa untuk tiba. Anda juga boleh berjalan kaki ke pusat bandar, tetapi ia mengambil masa kira-kira 30 minit. Penginapan itu kelihatan agak lama dan tidak begitu bersih, tetapi ia boleh digunakan.

Excellent hotel in convenient location. Very nice breakfast, lots of choice. Bed too soft for me but travelling companions found it comfortable.
