Our suite overlooked a canals. The hotel’s Michelin dinner was unforgettable, as was the traditional onsen spa experience.
Service was intuitive, discreet, and truly world-class. Every staff member treated us not as guests, but as honored visitors. This is more than just a luxury hotel—it’s where hospitality becomes art. Worth every yen.

The hotel has a great location—very close to the old town and surrounded by many restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area.
Parking: The hotel offers underground parking located in a nearby building. However, it is quite expensive. Just across from the entrance to that building, there's a public parking lot available at about half the price. It might be worth considering this more economical option.
Breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel is on the pricier side compared to similar hotels. Fortunately, there are plenty of nearby restaurants where you can enjoy a more budget-friendly breakfast in a relaxed, non-hotel setting.

Hotel ma spor uwag ak na 4 gwiazdki. W pokojach jest zaduch i dziwny zapach, klimatyzacja ledwo działa w trakcje a wieczorem zostaje wyłączona autmatycznie jak się dowiedziałem gdy tylko spada temperatura. A więc w nocy jest bardzo gorcacs i duszno , otwarcie okna to dramat gdyż w nocy jedzą samochody które robią sobie wyścigi z wydartym tlumnikiem . A w recepcji po interwencji usłyszeliśmy ze klimatyzację wyłączają dla naszego dobra aby nie zachorować. .wyposażenie mebli dość stare i zurzyte to samo dotyczy sprzętu RTV . Hotel czysty ale wyposażenie i wystrojów z lat 90 słabej jakości. Napewno wymaga remontu i powinien mieć status 3 gwiazdkowy . Zbyt duża kwota za standard tego hotelu. Najlepsza jest lokalizacja . Śniadania również zadawalające . Materace bardzo miekie wypracowane do wymiany .

Pokój czysty. Łazienka czysta. Sporo ręczników:) Dobrze wyposażone. Duży telewizor. Wygodne łóżko i poduszki. Hotel naprzeciwko lotniska, ale ja nie słyszałam żadnego hałasu. Spało się bardzo dobrze. Pyszne śniadanie przygotowane na wynos. Bułka grahamka z serem, szynką, sałatą, ogórkiem, kiełkami - najlepsza na świecie.
Ogólnie hotel przytulny. 3 gwiazdki, w innych niektórych krajach to byłyby 4, a i tak mają jeszcze daleko do tej 3jki. Polecam i na pewno jeszcze skorzystam w razie konieczności. Udało mi się zarezerwować go w całkiem przyzwoitej cenie :)

Hotel położony jest w świetnym miejscu, blisko bulwaru, możemy spędzić miłe chwile spacerując w pięknym otoczeniu statków i fajnym, morskim klimacie. Dookoła są liczne kawiarnie. Hotel serwuje smaczne śniadania i oferuje nam pyszną kuchnię. Personel hotelowy jest bardzo uprzejmy, miły i pomocny. Od kilku lat to mój nr jeden na liście hoteli w centrum Gdyni.

Lokalizacja hotelu przy ruchliwej drodze oraz w sąsiedztwie marketu budowlanego nie jest najszczęśliwszą lokalizacją na wypoczynek. Nie znaczy to jednak, że nie ma plusów. Zwłaszcza pod względem dojazdu do hotelu. Kilkaset metrów od hotelu znajduje się stacja kolejowa co bardzo ułatwia dojazd do Sopotu, Gdyni czy Gdańska. Nie ma potrzeby poruszać się własnym środkiem transportu i wydawać pieniądze na parkingi. Sam hotel jest bardzo ładnym obiektem. Czystym i z miłą obsługą. Smacznym i różnorodnym śniadaniowym menu. Strefa SPA , baseny i saumy zapewniają pełny relaks podczas niekorzystnych warunków atmosferycznych jak również wieczorem po całodziennych wycieczkach krajoznawczych. Polecam w 100%

GGuest UserA very large room with a view of the Motława River and the waterfront. A wide bed, practical wardrobes and chests of drawers for storing clothes, functional lighting, a bathtub and shower in the bathroom, friendly staff, parking available for reservation, and the MDWA fine dining restaurant. It's truly worth it, although the prices are quite high.

GGuest UserConvenient location. Bus, tram, and train right on your doorstep. Lidl in the basement! Parking in the underground car park is easy, but the €11 price is a bit steep... but it's safe! Awesome breakfast! Highly recommended. The gym is showing its age, not bad, but not good either...
The only real drawback... the ladies who clean the rooms are ”very, very perfunctory.”
Otherwise, highly recommended!

I've changed travel tickets twice list 30 dollars on it Because they weren't answering I've booked another place for 2 days, claimed free cancelation three times it was rejected by Trip.com and still no answer from Noli so I canceled another stay lost on cancelation 70 Dollars and came to see what the property and people are working there. They have a camera everywhere but noone came to help me to check in even after messaging to Trip.com customer service, was able to reach them only by call after almost one hour of trying to check in. And the code they asking while checking in is different from your booking so think twice before choosing this place. -10

MMandymoo1Great value hotel in the old town. The hotel was lovely and clean. We stayed in a standard room, it had a double bed, sofa, coffee table, balcony tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was buffet style and very very busy. We only used it once. Much nicer places to eat a short 5/10 mins in the centre.

The reception hall is spacious with comfortable sofa. The room is clean and comfortable We really enjoyed the morning breakfast, a lot of food varieties.

GGuest UserWe tried out all the hotell had to offer and we had the best wekend! Great room, super staff, amasing spa area, really good massage, snaksy drinks and super staff at the bar, incredible breakfast (and the breakfastkit for us who left really early was super). We will be back! :)
