Excellent location right across the main train station. The hotel is very clean, great, friendly, professional service. Room was equipped with all needed essentials, very comfortable bed!!!! Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices for everyone. Staff recommended very good polish restaurant located just 5 min walk from the hotel. Will stay again.

Dlaczego, kiedy przyjechałam dwa tygodnie temu i poszedłam do recepcji, odbyłam normalny dialog z młodymi ludźmi, a oni rozmawiali ze mną po ludzku? A przedwczoraj, kiedy moja mama musiała czekać 17 godzin na autobus i przyszła do was zapytać, czy może odpocząć i zapłacić za pokój, w odpowiedzi usłyszała niegrzeczny ton, przewracanie oczami i skrzywione usta niezadowolonych (chyba z życia) recepcjonistów. Nie akceptujecie euro, komentując, że ”jakie euro, skoro jesteśmy w Polsce”, traktujecie ją jakby przyszła żebrać o jałmużnę, albo wyrzucała was z własnego domu. A za pokój na 10-12 godzin zginaliście cenę 150 euro. Jeśli tak bardzo nien@widzicie wszystkich, którzy nie mówią po polsku - idźcie pracować w fabryce lub zbierać śmieci. To h@ńba dla europejskiego państwa, a przy okazji akt dyskr*minacji ze względu na inny język i fakt, że moja mama nie jest Polką. Poradziłam mamie, żeby przyszła do was i odpoczęła, ale teraz ostrzegę wszystkich, żeby omijali wasze miejsce z tak paskudnym nastawieniem. I pamiętajcie, że jeśli usuniecie moją recenzję, napiszę ją ponownie. Utworzę tyle skrzynek pocztowych, ile będzie trzeba, aby upewnić się, że wszyscy zobaczą tę recenzję. Napiszę też do kierownictwa, żeby was wszystkich zwolnili. H@ŃBA! Jak można być tak bezwstydnym i pozbawionym skrupułów? ●●●●●●●●●●●●●● Disgusting attitude of the staff. Why, when I came a fortnight ago and went to the reception, I had a normal dialogue with young people and they talked to me in a human way? And the day before yesterday, when my mother had to wait 17 hours for the bus and came to you to ask if she could rest and pay for the room, in response she heard the annoyed receptionists' disgruntled tone, an exasperated sigh and pulling a face. You do not accept euro, commenting on it ”what euros if we are in Poland”, treated her as if she came to beg for alms, or kicked you out of your own home. And for a room for 10-12 hours you bent the price of 150 euros. If you h@te everyone who doesn't speak Polish so much - go work in a factory or collect rubbish. It is a di$grace for a European state and, by the way, an act of di$crimination on the grounds of another language and the fact that my mum is not Polish. I advised my mum to come to you and have a rest, but now I will warn everyone to avoid your place with such a nasty attitude. And keep in mind that if you delete my review, I'll write it again. I'll create as many mailboxes as it takes to make sure everyone sees this review. And I will also write to your management to have you fired, all of you. DI$GRACE! I am visiting Katowice for nearly 9 years and have stayed in this hotel over a 100 times. Because of the pandemic not been there for a long time. However, really good to be back. Still one of the, if not the best hotel in Katowice. Efficient check in, parking underground, 5 minute walk to city center, standard business oriented rooms, good breakfast, some nice dinner options if you are not going out and a nice bar area. Only downside, especially in Summer, most rooms do not have blinds.

Stayed 3 nights during the easter break. Was a really nice relaxing stay with lots of things to do with in the hotel. With a nice pool + jacuzzi + Sauna, a gym and a small area for kids. Definitely recommend. Would go again.

The hotel is very very nice, good location, amazing you from the window, good breakfast, clean rooms, totally worth the money! The bed in the room is very comfortable, pillows are very fluffy, the shower is also very clean

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

Pobyt w hotelu Campanile w Katowicach to prawdziwa przyjemność. Miłe przyjęcie, chwila rozmowy i możliwość przygotowania się do spotkania w komfortowych warunkach. Chce się tam wracać. Pozdrawiam serdecznie Panią, z którą miałam przyjemność porozmawiać.

O hotel tem um bom serviço de recepção, no entanto o inglês não é suficiente para nos ajudar a conhecer a cidade e por exemplo a encontrar um restaurante perto. Os quartos são muito bons mas em termos de silêncio deixam muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas, passei uma noite sem dormir porque no piso onde fiquei estavam alijadas muitas pessoas que passaram a noite a fazer barulho tanto no corredor como dentro dos quartos. Reclamámos para a recepção mas não foi suficiente. O restaurante do hotel é bom, mas serviram um prato frio ao meu marido e depois demoraram imenso a trazer outro prato.

Czytając opinię o hotelu można się zastanawiać czy jest on dobrym wyborem.Nie mniej na miejscu ,roszczarowalem się in plus.Pokoj średniej wielkości,czysty z wygodnym łóżkiem. Do dyspozycji mamy czajnik, kawa i herbata,woda mineralna, klimatyzacja.W hotelu jest wellnes dodatkowo płatny ,niestety działała tylko jedną sauna i basen .Jacuzzi i 3 pozostale sauny wylaczone z uzytkowania.Sniadanie urozmaicone każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Hotel położony w pobliżu autostrady A4 i centrum handlowego,Trzy Stawy, oddalony od centrum Katowic

Loved this hotel. Staff are so amazing and very helpful. Rates to change foreign currency to local currency are good as well. I regretted using the airport to buy cash, Zloty. The hotel is so clean. They have one of the only black tea's I enjoy outside London, you get one tea bag though but I am sure that if you ask staff for more they are not the type to say no. Its a close walk to the train station. I would most definitely return.

Il Park Hotel ha un bel parcheggio a disposizione (a pagamento pero') ed un altrettanto ottima colazione (sbilanciata sul salato e da pagare a parte) Ho provato anche il ristorante, piatti della cucina Polacca, ma devo dire, preparati con cura, il prezzo e' un po' piu' caro rispetto ai ristorantini dell'area pedonale. La camera e' abbastanza spaziosa, con bagno cieco; letto di dimensioni abbondanti, il pavimento datato con moquette d'epoca. Alla TV un solo canale in Italiano RAI1 ed una strana sovrabbondanza di canali in Tedesco ! L'hotel non e' lontano dal centro pedonale, ma neanche vicino, per andarci serve prendere la macchina. Personale gentile e con buona padronanza dell'inglese, nessun problema di comunicazione. [ENG] The Park Hotel has a nice parking area available (for a fee) and an equally excellent breakfast (unbalanced on the salty and to be paid separately) I also tried the restaurant, Polish cuisine, but I must say, prepared with care, the price is a bit more expensive than the restaurants in the pedestrian area. The room is quite spacious, with a blind bathroom; generously sized bed, dated floor with period carpet. On the TV only one channel in Italian RAI1 and a strange overabundance of channels in German! The hotel is not far from the pedestrian center, but not close either, to go there you need to take the car. Friendly staff with good command of English, no communication problems.

Korzystam z hotelu kilka razy do roku. Przyjemne pokoje, prysznic, telewizor. Dobra opcja na przystanek w podróży czy nocleg przed wyjazdem na lotnisko. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

If you are visiting Katowice, this is the place to stay! Excellent room; an always-friendly and helpful front desk staff; an excellent breakfast; the super Kaktusy restaurant within the hotel; and reasonable pricing!! And it's very centrally located, close to the bars/clubs/restaurants district and near the city centre and main railways station. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

Dla mnie najlepszy w pobliżu portu. Nie ma nie wiadomo jakiego luksusu, ale obsługa bardzo miła, pokoje czyste, wygodny materac, wifi ok, nie zacina się. Śniadania dla mnie na plus - jest to czego potrzeba czyli dobra jajecznica, świeże pieczywo, wędlina, ser. Nie oceniam atrakcji dookoła, ponieważ to hotel, który ma być w pobliżu lotniska, nie atrakcji. Na plus dodatkowo duży, bezpłatny parking. Jedynie na minus restauracja otwierana dopiero od 16, ale jedzenie jak już się wytrzyma to jest smaczne.

Dla mnie najlepszy w pobliżu portu. Nie ma nie wiadomo jakiego luksusu, ale obsługa bardzo miła, pokoje czyste, wygodny materac, wifi ok, nie zacina się. Śniadania dla mnie na plus - jest to czego potrzeba czyli dobra jajecznica, świeże pieczywo, wędlina, ser. Nie oceniam atrakcji dookoła, ponieważ to hotel, który ma być w pobliżu lotniska, nie atrakcji. Na plus dodatkowo duży, bezpłatny parking.
