The hotel stretches beyond its elegance: Parking spills into the garden (yes, the garden) The calm dissolves into something closer to managed chaos An adult-only hotel should feel curated. Controlled. Intentional. Not like it oversold serenity. --- The spa paradox (now with nuance) Here’s where it gets interesting. Inside the massage room: Calm Competent Genuinely relaxing You exhale. Finally. At the reception: You’re put on standby Another guest jumps ahead No acknowledgment, no permission And just like that—the spell breaks. It’s the perfect metaphor for the hotel: execution exists… but awareness does not. --- The small betrayals Minimalist amenities are fine—if they’re precise. Here? Items missing Replenishment inconsistent You have to ask And the moment you ask, luxury quietly exits the room. --- The Tokyo comparison When you place this next to high-end Tokyo hotels, the difference is brutal: Tokyo runs on systems → invisible excellence La Badira runs on effort → visible strain One feels inevitable. The other feels negotiated. --- Final note This is not a bad hotel. That would be easier. This is a beautiful hotel… carrying a 4-star operational soul while pricing itself like a 5-star philosophy. And that tension? You feel it everywhere.

Excellent unforgettable stay!

Good experience in general. It's a big all-inclusive hotel at the beach front. Even in April which is low season the hotel was quite crowded. We liked the staff, everyone was smiling and helpful. We bought an all-inclusive package, and the food was good. The room was spacious and had a corner balcony, with a nice view both to the sea and the city. Pillows were comfortable. Weather wasn't very nice, so we didn't swim in the sea (the beach looked good, though), but tried the pool: it seemed to be big enough, and the deepest end was as deep as 1,8 m. As to the minuses, I would say that the hotel needs some renovation: the rooms and the corridors feel weary. Our bathroom smelled bad, and on the first day we saw a bug there (possibly a cockroach). Although room service had been done every day, it's hard to say that we got an impression that our room was clean. Also worth mentioning a night bar in the next hotel: one night very loud music played until midnight, and we heard it very well from floor 4 with the balcony doors closed. We didn't face a lot of problems in low season, but I'd say the parking looks a little bit small given the hotel is full.

Food options at breakfast and dinner were decent. We are glad we went for the half board option. Desserts were really nice. Free access to indoor heated pools were really good and jacuzzi. Great view from our bedroom with two balconies. ATM and money exchange was available at the hotel. Corner shops and food shops also nearby. Evening entertainment bit loud. Beautiful view of seafront and walkable to beach with unlimited drinks. Spacious rooms and quiet. Sadly bedsheets were dirty did request for them to be changed but were still bubbly and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Pillows were too soft. Carpets a bit run down in hotel and smell of cigarettes in corridors. Requested iron three times and didnt get it till next day. Any additional water bottles for the room we were told had an extra charge. Decent hotel for a short stay.

Hotel location is good, there are several restaurants at the door, breakfast is OK. The facilities are a bit old, there is no toothpaste toothbrush, etc., you need to prepare yourself, the service is good. The pool environment is very good

The hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great. The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...) Biggest weakness: 1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho. 2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that) 3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

Great hotel for the price! The food is a pleasant surprise. The manager, Hosni, is excellent and very welcoming!

Good location. Hotel clean and staff at the reception excellent and easygoing, always with a smile and kindness. Massage also incredible. Food could be a bit better, everything else was perfect!

J’ai été surpris par l’accueil et le professionnalisme de l’équipe de cet hôtel, un personnel très respectable professionnel, très accueillant bienveillant. Nous avons été super bien accueillis. C’est un endroit très calme pour se poser tranquillement la propreté de cette hôtel mérite ces cinq étoiles sur chaque classement en en garde un super bon souvenir et hâte de revenir prochainement. J’ai remercie encore particulièrement le service de sécurité, le service à l’accueil réception et surtout le personnel de restauration vraiment y a rien à dire. Allez allez-y, les yeux fermés pour ceux qui veulentséjourner dans cet hôtel vous serez super bien acquis. Merci encore et j’espère à très bientôt.
