Look everything is fine but room are very old, and very far from elevator, quality of food really wasnt satisfactory, remaining things are good.

Un séjour exceptionnel ! L’accueil était chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel souriant et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Le service était impeccable, la nourriture délicieuse et variée. L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle et un emplacement idéal. Une expérience inoubliable, je recommande vivement ! An absolutely stunning place with great service. It boasts stunning views over the sea. the food is great and the Spa is excellent. Special shout out to Soumaya in the Spa, she’s terrific

Le service est très agréable Les draps matelas et oreiller sont très vieux et non confortables La nourriture est très basique presque chaque jour Les mêmes menu La réception et les serveurs du restaurant sont très agréable et serviable accueillant

Great hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.

C’était bien , la réceptionniste tres gentille, mise a part que toutes les boissons sont payantes meme lors du dîner La plage est en dehors de l’hôtel, il te laisse pas ramener a manger avec toi , tu es obligé de consommer sur place

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

Food options at breakfast and dinner were decent. We are glad we went for the half board option. Desserts were really nice. Free access to indoor heated pools were really good and jacuzzi. Great view from our bedroom with two balconies. ATM and money exchange was available at the hotel. Corner shops and food shops also nearby. Evening entertainment bit loud. Beautiful view of seafront and walkable to beach with unlimited drinks. Spacious rooms and quiet. Sadly bedsheets were dirty did request for them to be changed but were still bubbly and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Pillows were too soft. Carpets a bit run down in hotel and smell of cigarettes in corridors. Requested iron three times and didnt get it till next day. Any additional water bottles for the room we were told had an extra charge. Decent hotel for a short stay.

酒店位置不錯，門口有幾家餐廳，早餐還行。設施舊了一點，沒有牙膏牙刷之類的，需要自己準備，服務不錯。泳池環境很好
