Hotel Dengan Parking di Miyagi Prefecture, Japan

The room is clean, quite spacious in a Japanese standard (I stayed with the one in Tokyo in the same group and this is much better) sadly they don’t have onsen or public bath which is a bit disappointing. But the convenience of locating exactly next to the JR station is superb! Before you check in you can actually chill at the lounge with free drinks and nice view. quite relaxing with a good view of the Sendai city.

Great stay in Sendai! The location is excellent—very close to the city's pedestrian street, making it easy to walk around and explore. The room size is moderate, comfortable and clean. A big plus is the free parking, which is rare and super convenient. If you're driving or just want a well-located place to stay in Sendai, this hotel is a solid choice!

Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station.

We Got upgraded to a newly renovated room, toilet is separated from bathroom, which was a nice surprise! Hate to shower inside the bathtub but for $150 I tot I should make do since it’s just 1N. Will definitely come back here again if I come to Sendai. Location is implacable! Linked to train station and mall. Lots of restaurants around. Sendai is more bearable as it is not as crowded as Tokyo where you need to queue for everything.

I’m not sure if the hotel will check my review or not but I do hope so. I stayed there in March 2026 for 2 nights. When I was firstly arrived the hotel and said check in with a smile to the short-haired lady named **, didn’t feel like being welcomed. My expectation towards Japan’s service level nowadays is not high as before due to the dramatic decline over the last 2 years. However, the service level of that lady is similar to what you would get from the convenient store. Not expecting to have warm welcome with smile. The attitude simply indifferent with minimal effort. Put my passport on the table and said that I could take it back. But it’s her that asked me to scan the passport in the machine after 1 min. When she gave me back, she just use 1 hand while the other staff were using 2 hands to return the passports to the guests at the next check-in counter. When it’s done, she asked me to take the water on the table. That’s it. It’s fine if her attitude like this as it’s not a 5-stars hotel so I wouldn’t expect too much as I know that the service level in Japan is no longer like before. However, when I got to the room, I was pissed. I raised the request to have the room that far away from the elevator. But, the room assigned by the lady ** was just in front of the elevator. I know that the request is subject to the room availability so I went down to check the reason. Lady ** was serving another guest, the other lady **helped me to settle the issue. She explained to me that the room type I booked is near the elevator but the room 02 and 04 are slight far from the elevator. *** helped me to move to 02 room which was much better. So, the room that away from the elevator was not full but was not assigned by that lady. ***sincerely apologised for the inconvenience caused. I truly appreciated what ***have done to help me. However, my mood was ruined by the check-in experience to be honest. The room itself is good. It’s already big in Japan standard. The room is clean but there’s a little odor in the bathroom. Check-out experience was good. Lady ** provided warm service with big smile.

Everyone especially cleaning workers polite & helpful. Room small but locution great & toilet well equipped & clean. Lots of restaurants around. The local market nearby is a must-go. One minus though, counter staff can't easily understand our requests. Sendai is a great place but English is not a common tool for communication.

Wonderful experience at the hotel. Great view from the window (very large one). Great onsen experience, especially, the 4 types of different private onsen rooms. And, of course, the great dinner the hotel offers.

We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it very easy to travel around the area by bus, subway and train. It is also within walking distance of several shopping malls, which is perfect for shopping or dining out. In addition, all the essential amenities are available, the facilities provided meet basic needs, and everything is easily accessible. Overall, we we have a present stay.
