Hotel Dengan Gym di Maine, United States

Great location tho it wasn't situation in the heart of downtown. Clean and bright room. Due to the covid the housekeeping service wasn't delivered during the 3 nights we stayed. The price was extremely expensive (actually all hotels in the whole Portland). Anyhow, great spacious room and I had a pleasant stay.

説實話，酒店的環境那的確相當不錯，酒店的海景非常震撼，在炎熱的夏天去到這也是避暑，還可以看到日出，晚上的月光也很好看；但是的確性價比不夠，在這個價位來説的確不太值，房間很小。而且房間的羽絨被會掉羽毛，睡的會打噴嚏然後總感覺自己吸進去了一點很不舒服。 服務：在這個價位的酒店來説也是一般，中規中矩，要不是景色這麼漂亮可能會覺得不好，我住的那個房間的電話也是壞的，打不通客房服務，無法在房間訂餐。 設施：酒店裡沒有自助早餐，單點的早餐性價比低，而且不好吃；不過自助區的咖啡茶蘇打水還有鮮奶還是不錯。龍蝦很好吃，點了兩衹兩磅的，66刀一衹，很大。 關於泳池的話有温泉，應該可以看海景小小的池，不過泳池都是在九點後才開門，感覺有點太晚了，關閉是在晚上十點鐘。 還有入住時間是在下午四點太晚了，然後退房時間又在上午11點又太早了。

We enjoyed the location as it is conveniently located near Walmart and places to eat. Only bad thing to say was the tv didn’t work well. Breakfast had decent options

老酒店翻修的估計是，很小眾很舒適的酒店。大廳、外立麪和房間布置都輕奢風，但衛生間跟忘記裝修了似的，跟房間風格完全不搭，有點掉鏈子。

Good: Affordable relative to other hotels, nice/spacious room, complimentary water and coffee during select times of day, nice lounge with games and pool table to hang out at night, room and lobby were clean upon arrival. Not so good: Front desk staff had a mix of friendly and not-as-friendly people - the guy at the night shift was not very welcoming when I checked in. The hallway in the 6th floor smelled strongly of carpet shampoo; it was unpleasant to walk through. Bedsheets were a bit rough (low thread count I presume).

It was a nice stay at the Black Inn . I will stay there again when visiting family .

最好的就是早飯，10點了，還有早飯

環境不錯，乾淨温馨，酒店還有餐廳，味道也很好，特別生牡蠣很好吃。有免費停車位。除了貴，其他都好。

Great customer service! My issue was that I stayed a week and my room wasn’t cleaned one time and I requested twice.

The room we got even though was visibly clean, there was lot of dust especially from the air conditioner vents. Pillow covers and bedsheets seemed to be not washed for long or dusty. Overall room missed a comfortable feel. They also could have put some room fresheners. Breakfast was very basic or minimal. I did not use any other amenities like pool or gym so not sure of that.
