The location is ideal, in downtown Houston, a few blocks away from the convention center and discovery park. The building is beautiful and historic with a gorgeous lobby, comfortable chairs, a cafe/latte/cappuccino machine, and cute restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner. I was on the 12th floor in the rusk house portion of the building which had very nice rooms that were ideal for single people. There was a coffee maker but no fridge, which I did not miss. The bedding was beautiful and had daily housekeeping, nicely appointed products in the bathroom. I had a four night stay and loved everything about the space. I would highly recommend it especially considering how much cheaper it is than other hotels.

Our flight was cancelled due to weather in our layover in Dallas so we picked a feasibly priced hotel near the airport to sleep. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is older and a bit worn but for the price it fit exactly what we needed.

The facilities were satisfactory. The food was acceptable. However, I was highly dissatisfied with the front desk service. I attempted an early check-in and was informed that the earliest I could check in was 3:00 PM. When I returned at approximately 3:10 PM, I was told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes or until 4:00 PM because the room was not yet ready. As I was leaving, I observed the two front desk staff members, who appeared to be Hispanic, laughing loudly as I exited. I then waited in my car. Shortly thereafter, I noticed several other guests entering the building and being checked in. I returned to inquire again about my room, and the staff member appeared visibly upset by my return. She checked the availability of my room and, as a result, I was assigned the last room on the first floor, which felt like a punitive measure. We checked out on Sunday, around 11:20 AM. I received a phone call asking if I planned to check out that day. I explained that no staff was present at the front desk to process our check-out, and since we had already returned the key card, we left it in the designated return box. The front desk staff should have verified the return box before calling. Overall, the customer service experience could have been significantly improved.

The hotel is excellent. Everything is clean, the service is high quality and the position is optimal, whenever you want to go to the center of Houston or you need to go to the airport. Best choice ever!

The first room I checked into had an air conditioner that was as loud as an airplane engine. There was also no phone in the room, so I had to walk to the front desk to report it, and then they arranged a room change. The second room they gave me was clearly much smaller than the one I originally booked, but since I had a child with me and four suitcases, I didn’t bother asking for another change. The worst part is the air conditioner is still broken — it isn’t noisy, but the temperature keeps fluctuating between too cold and too warm.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Galleria Houston. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location near the Galleria was perfect. Great amenities and overall a smooth, enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

整體不錯，出門方便，晚上逛river walk，看聖安東尼奧教堂燈光秀都走路能到，還參觀阿拉莫戰役遺址，去了18世紀西班牙傳教歷史遺跡公園，不錯👍，酒店泊車差點弄烏龍，酒店旁牆根停車位屬於鉑金會員，並且酒店門口⬆️的路屬於單向通行，過一個紅燈右手邊，有家達美樂快餐店旁邊才是普通客户的停車位。如果停在牆根邊上會招來警車開罰單

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it had some redeeming qualities, my overall experience left a lot to be desired. Cons 1. **Amenities**: Basic amenities like toiletries, fresh towels, and a working air conditioner felt subpar. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. 2. **Noise**: The walls were thin, and I could easily hear people talking and walking in the hallways, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall Experience: It might be a decent option for someone on a tight budget and just to stay for one night, but I would recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere with better facilities.
