I spent 5 nights at this awesome hotel. I went to relax and unwind from the city. This was the perfect location just for that. The staff provided excellent customer service with suggestions of where to visit and provided me with a free bike so I was able to explore the local area. The grounds of the hotel were equally exceptional. The hotel is immaculate and clean with much greenery and outdoor space to relax during the day. My room was of a very high quality and very comfortable. I was surprised at the price quoted given the quality of the accommodation with a number of discounts added before I had even finished booking. I also got a free room upgrade on arrival. All in all this was an excellent place to stay and I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. I shall definitely stay here again should I be looking for a relaxing long weekend break away from Shanghai.

I rarely write hotel reviews but this one is a true hidden gem! My partner and I stayed for one night and we used this guesthouse as our little getaway from the busy center of Shanghai. It’s perfect for a romantic and cosy staycation, very quiet and private! The water in the private hot spring, surprisingly, comes from a real underground spring so it’s quite hot. Because it’s summer, we had to wait for it to cool down a little bit but it was perfect later on, especially during the night, we stayed in there past midnight and it was amazing. The staff was also really nice to us, with nice service! Overall, we were really amazed of the quality of this experience for this price, one of the best we have tried! ☺️

Super happy with the experience. The room was spotless clean. Lots of welcoming little things. Tickets for the mini zoo- kids loved it! Bus around the hotel territory is super useful. Will be back Breakfast: Chinese, solid acceptable options. Nothing to complain about. Even had coffee machine

Прекрасный, тихий отель, на старинной улице, недалеко от аэропорт Пудун. Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал. Некоторые говорят на английском. Готовность помочь - выше всех похвал. Отель небольшой, обставлен в китайском и японском традиционном стиле. Можно попробовать надеть ханьфу, поиграть на гу-цинь, можно принять ванны в горячем источнике. Источник не всегда достаточно горячий, (надо предупредить прежде вашего визита в него за 1-2 часа!). Утром подают хороший, вкусный завтрак. Есть трансфер до аэропорта в фиксированное время (утром в 6-00, 9-00). Единственный минус - далековато до центра города, но метро всего в 1.5 км, мы доходили за 15-20 минут по красивым старинным улицам и скверам.

The location of this hotel is good because it is near to the airport (PVG) about 20mins and the room is so big. Although the spring is the famous facility, it is only service afternoon which means customers should not expect to enjoy the spring at anytime. There is not many mall and tourist spots near to the hotel and it just like countryside of Shanghai which is quiet and far from city. The service officer is nice but some facilities is not enough like charger of cellphone.

之前搜尋上海的私湯店家裡就種草了上海御酥和庭酒店。這次過年尾斷，閑來無事想市內小住泡澡，果斷選擇了這裏。説走就走，預訂後半小時就到了。進入酒店區域後左側是日式的大廳，右邊是有錦鯉池和小白兔的庭院，店家提供了食物餵魚和兔子進行互動。進入大廳內，前台熱情的辦理了入住手續，整個大廳有各式日本玩偶和燒製的陶器。有一面牆內貼滿了各種朋友留下的祝福和建議。二樓有專門租借和服的區域，可以進行拍照。上樓進入自己房間後，每個房間都有一個私湯池，房間面積也很大，用店家準備的泡澡袋和浴鹽，淺泡一會 放鬆一下非常愜意。 晚上週圍環境也很安靜。早上的早餐可選日式和西式。九宮格的菜品小而精緻，新鮮可口。總體感覺不錯，小朋友也喜歡，下次還要再來哦 首輪Mini bar三瓶軟飲:可樂雪碧氣泡水 滿足 庭院互動|錦鯉祈福、玉兔互動:小朋友很喜歡 私湯專屬入浴劑 2包、湯池袋1個:準備齊全渾身放鬆

I booked this place as a birthday getaway for myself and some friends and it was everyday I needed. The rooms were super comfortable. The pool was great in this Shanghai summer. This is perfect if you want to escape the bustling city. I’m definitely booking again soon!
