We went to Europe to celebrate our anniversary,we booked a hotel on zurich and we chose the wrong city, so we stay on moxy on rapperswil,at first we were surprise how far was from zurich but it was a good thing the customer service was amazing,the guys on front desk are really helpful and friendly Rafael,Mona and marina thanks for making us feel like home,hotel is nice and clean has a nice view of the city front the roof top,highly recommended this place thanks for the amazing service

The hotel is relatively near the Olma Messe (about 10 minutes on foot). This also means it is not near the centre of St Gallen. When I arrived, the staff was pretty unfriendly, telling me they were waiting on me to close, even though I arrived more then 1 hour before closing time of the reception... Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and clean. There is a train line juste next to the hotel. With a room on the 4th floor and a closed window, I was not bothered by it during my sleep. The breakfast in the morning was good. All in all, this is a nice place to stay if you want to access the Messe easily.

Das Hotel wurde von mir im Rahmen einer Busreise mit einem deutschen Busunternehmen genutzt. Ich persönlich hatte ein Einzelzimmer dass sehr gut modern ausgestattet war. Bett mit Kissenwahloption. Top Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Großer TV an der Wand, Schrank mit Safe und tägliche Zimmerreinigung.2 x innerhalb von 5 Tagen eine kostenfreie Flasche Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war super für eine Gruppenverpflegung. Zwei sehr große Kaffeemaschinen, es gab nie Stau. Hervorragende Kaffeespezialitäten. Ja, und der Hit jeden Morgen ein Top Schweizer Käsebuffett, min 5 Käsesorten zum selber Abschneiden(natürlich mit dem Schweizer Käsemesser!) Abends Wahl Menü, 4 Gänge es schmeckte immer gut und wer wollte konnte mehrmals Nachschlag erhalten. Nicht zugvergessen , die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter im Service. Oben auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick in herrliche Berglandschaft oder zum Schloss von Sargans.

We arrived later at night than anticipated. The man at the front desk was understanding & generous as he carried our luggage up to our room. Our room was cute& cozy. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious & many selections to pick from. Hotel was in a great location. About A 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Because of the friendly staff, I would stay at this hotel again!

it was my daughters birthday and we could not have had a better experience! I contacted them ahead of time and asked if they could decorate and if we could get a cake (which I saw you could get on there website). when we checked in everybody was very friendly and when we got to the room (a corner suit) it was gorgeous the room itself was great and the birthday decorations were lovely. we decided to have dinner there and we had the daily menu (5 courses) the food was great. they decorated the table and after dinner (we were already full) they brought the cake, which we thought they forgot, out it was beautiful! we had it for breakfast too. everybody was so nice the whole stay was great.

Such a friendly hotel. The communication with the hotel prior to arrival was super quick and clearly nothing was going to be a problem. The receptionist on arrival looked after us superbly and notified the kitchen of our late arrival. Dinner was good and we were well taken care of. Sadly we woke to about 100 yards visibility so never got to see the lake which was a shame. Anyhow, breakfast was great and checking out was equally swift and friendly. All in all a brief but lovely stay.

My room was not large, but perfectly adequate. The towels are not plush, but clean and completely adequate. The bed was a queen, perfect. Wi-Fi good & reliable. If you are a light sleeper you might mention that as there can be a bit of noise late (when the bars close?) and early in the morning (street sweeping?) No safe in the room, didn't ask if one at the desk.

Es ist immer wieder schön im Buchserhof zu Gast zu sein. Ich bim immer im vierten Stock untergebracht wo die Zimmer sehr groß und modern sind. Es wird sogar Wasser und ein Regenschirm angeboten sowie ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer und ein großer im Eingangsbereich. Das Personal ist super, sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr schön zum draußen Sitzen auf der Terrasse und hat faire Preise. Bis bald!
