Hotel Dengan Pools di Brittany, France

I booked a room with a terrace, hoping for a beautiful sea view, but I was assigned to the ground floor, so I couldn't see much. I understand that room availability is limited. The facilities in the room are not very clean, and this four-star hotel seems to require a lot of self-discipline from guests; cleanliness is something that guests need to manage themselves. Since I usually do a preliminary clean when I check into a hotel, I found that the wet wipes I used to clean the freezer turned brownish in colour, making me completely hesitant to use the freezer. The living room is spacious, but the shower room is very narrow, although the kitchenette is well-equipped. Overall, it doesn't feel like a four-star hotel.

This time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.

Chambre à la déco sympa et fonctionnelle mais la nôtre était petite et mansardée ,environ 12 m2 salle de bain comprise avec un.grand velux qui a tendance à réchauffer la pièce. On a eu l'impression de payer un peu cher pour la prestation de la chambre. Dommage que l'établissement ne possède pas de climatisation. Le personnel est très accueillant et la propreté est au rendez-vous. . Petit déjeuner correct mais avec un choix un peu limité. Le spa et la piscine sont un atout de l'établissement. Hôtel calme et bien situé.

Bed and towels are clean, water is hot, it's the most important. Overall the apartments are clean enough. Only the floor was a little dusty. Staff is kind, location is good: near the supermarket, to the center of minutes 10-15 on foot. To the station is also close, too near 10-15 minutes. The instructions in the room are written to throw away the garbage. We sorted everything but it was not clear where to throw. It turned out to be a room on the bottom floor. It was difficult to find: no signature.

Personnel discret mais aux petits soins et ce à tous les niveaux (accueil, concierge, bar, service de chambres, spa...), emplacement magnifique, le château est très bien entretenu et le domaine inspire la quiétude et le repos. Le spa est cosy et chic. Nous avons exploré un peu les environs et presque regretté de ne pas avoir passé plus de temps sur le domaine. Je souligne un fois de plus la qualité du personnel qui a tout fait pour que le séjour soit le plus réussi possible.

The hotel stay was generally okay and everything else met expectations. However, there were construction works taking place around the hotel area, which unfortunately affected the view and made it less enjoyable. Apart from that, the overall experience was fine.

Better than I expected. It's not too far from Mont Saint-Michel, the bedding was relatively clean, and it was quiet at night. It's perfect for those driving to visit Mont Saint-Michel, and the price is much lower than hotels located within the attraction itself.

It was ok, the mezzanine room is great for a family, except that the fan doesn’t seem to cool the upper floor at all so it was hot upstairs but lovely and cool downstairs. Everything else was fine. Location was good.

We travelled to different parts Bretagne and this was a good base as there was a onsite car park and easy access to the rooms to transport things. Can order coffee from the bar to go for big days.

Hotel is a number of building with common green cozy area. Sauna and pool is super and free of extra payments. Towel from room. Breakfast is very very basic- strange for hotel with restaurant
