The hotel is quite old. The decorations are from another age. Needs renovation. But location is by the sea but closest beach is 15 minutes walk away. Hotel has a pool on the top floor from where is amazing view. Breakfast good, eggs, ham, sausage, yogurt, fruit.... Staff helpful. Hotel clean as can be because of the conditions of furniture

Στα θετικά, πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο με εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα, η παραλία του Καρφά ακριβώς κάτω είναι εξαιρετική, είναι δίπλα στο χωριό και ακριβώς απ' έξω έχει στάση ΚΤΕΛ (αν και δεν τη χρησιμοποιήσαμε) - άρα, η θέση του γενικά είναι πολύ καλή. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό, φιλικό, εξυπηρετικό. Επίσης είναι φιλικό σε ΑΜΕΑ με ικανοποιητικές υποδομές (μπάρες εισόδου και εύκολη σχετικά πρόσβαση σε όλους τους χώρους). Δυστυχώς, υπάρχουν πολλά αρνητικά: Το ξενοδοχείο φαίνεται, για κάποιο μη κατανοητό λόγο, υποστελεχωμένο και χωρίς Operation Manager. Ενώ το πρωινό είναι καλό, βρίσκεις πιάτα και μαχαιροπήρουνα με υπολείμματα φαγητού (!!!), το δωμάτιο καθαρίζεται όποτε να' ναι (έτυχε να γυρίσουμε 5 το απόγευμα κι ακόμα ήταν βρώμικο), η εξυπηρέτηση στο μπαρ της πισίνας καθυστερούσε υπερβολικά (μπορεί να περίμενες και μισή ώρα για να πάρουν την παραγγελία σου και μάλιστα με τραπέζια σχεδόν άδεια), ενώ δημιουργήθηκε κι ένα θεματάκι που μάλλον δείχνει αδέξιο χειρισμό (μας έκαναν παρατήρηση ότι παραπονέθηκε πελάτης επειδή είχαμε την τηλεόραση ανοιχτή στο 40% του ήχου...). Σοβαρό πρόβλημα υπάρχει και με το πάρκινγκ διότι είναι μικρό κι άβολο, ενώ πελάτες διαμαρτυρήθηκαν ότι είδαν ανθρώπους να παρκάρουν εκεί που δεν ήταν πελάτες. Θα το συνιστούσα μόνο για την καταπληκτική του θέση και την πολύ όμορφη παραλία που έχει κι αν έχετε αποφασίσει να μη μείνετε πολύ στο ξενοδοχείο.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and the servers so so nice! The rooms were spacious. We had dinner gnocchi one night at the pool restaurant and that was amazing. Drinks were on the average in pricing. You can walk to a beach bar across the road with chairs, music and drinks. The walk to the ferry to Turkey took about 20 minutes through town. It really felt magical on the grounds of the hotel. I would stay here again for sure. Our room was #423 and we had a balcony , a couch and twin beds that were pushed together - perfect for us.

We stayed at the Ino Village hotel for two weeks and enjoyed it very much. The hotel itself, the rooms, the food, the staff, everything was just perfect! The hotel is located out of Samos town on a hill with wonderful views to Samos bay. It has a private parking that is very convenient as the most guests arrive by car. To reach Samos town car is a must as there are no pedestrian paths and the road leading to the town is always busy with traffic. Also you need a car to go to the beaches if you like sea more than a pool. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The balcony was nice, with chairs, table and with beautiful view to the Samos bay. Unfortunately we almost did not use it as there were very hot days in Samos. The breakfast was very good. There was a choice of pies, cheese, ham, fruits, vegetables, etc. The staff were very friendly and kind, ready to help you at any time. However WI FI connection and water supply in the bathroom could be better. Definitely coming back next time.

Bize arka tarafa bakan küçük bir oda verdiler. 3 kişi olanlar daha şanslıydı. Otel baya eski kısmen yenilenmiş. İlk gün bizim odada kettle, çay, kahve ve ayak havlusu yoktu. Ertesi gün gelip koymuşlar. Yatakları temiz ve rahat. Banyo ufak ve yarı duş kabin yarı perde olduğu için dışarı çok su gidiyor. Genel itibariyle temiz. Klima güzel soğutuyor. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli olmasa da fena değil. Yalnız kesinlikle çay yapmayı bilmiyorlar. 7 de ilk çaya yetisirseniz içersiniz. Sonrası hep haşlama açık sarıdan da açık ve söylememize rağmen poşet çay da vermiyorlar kahvaltıda. İlk gün 2 küçük şişe su var ikinci gün yok. Lobi kliması dışarıda aşırı sıcak bir hava olmasına rağmen akşamları kapatılıyor. Resepsiyon siz konusmazsanız kalipera falan demiyor bakmıyor bile. Kadın çalışanlar öyle değil. Yalnız otele yürüyüş mesafesindeki Kadın heykelinin altındaki plaj herşeyi unutturacak cinsten. Otelin yakınındaki büfe ve bakkal uygun fiyatlı. Tur harici gidersem kesinlikle molivos da kalırım.

Το Chios Shallow Sea βρίσκεται σε μια όμορφη τοποθεσία, σε ένα σημείο κομβικό ώστε να επισκεφτεί κάποιος τις υπέροχες παραλίες της νότιας Χίου. Οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ προσεγμένοι και εξαιρετικά καθαροί, τα ντόπια προϊόντα που παρέχονται είναι μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ φιλόξενοι και φιλικοί. Είναι σίγουρα μια πολύ καλή επιλογή που την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Samos Bay Hotel, being close to the beach was so handy. I had an amazing see view from my room as well. It was quiet, peaceful, you can hear the sound of the waves any time of the day :) Staff were very helpful, specially Dimitris went above and beyond, his hospitality was second to none. He recommended best places to see in the island and arranged whatever is needed. Thanks again for a wonderful accommodation, I'd definitely stay again.

Stayed for 7 night in early September 2023 - first impression of the place was absolutely amazing. Visually, one of the more beautiful hotels I've seen. Before I delve into a deeper review, I'd like to give a special shout out to the entire hotel staff, from reception, to waiters, to housekeeping and even Vincent with his delicious coffee in the morning - without whom this hotel wouldn't be as special without. A very special thank you to Eva (we miss you!) and Matthew at the restaurant in the evenings, Dimitry at the bar and Costa at the reception - your kindness and smiles truly made our stay special. Personal tip - don't rely on the hotel's 'Guest Relations' rep for recommendations on where to go and where to eat - we had some very unpleasant experiences from some of her recommendations. Talk to Eva or Dimitry, or even the local cab drivers, for the best recommendations. The Rooms: We took a room with a swim-up. The room itself is gorgeous, and the direct access to the pool made it the best possible room. If you book this room, make sure to ask for Rooms that have sun throughout the whole day (like rooms 707 and 706) - we got 708 and only got direct sun from 14:00 until 18:00 (which falls 'lunchtime') - which was a bit disappointing considering we moved rooms due to this very issue with our first room (908). The Food: Breakfast buffet was nice, a lot of choices and fresh eggs/omelettes made to order. Though the fact that there wasn't fresh orange juice was a bit disappointing - it IS a 5 star hotel after all. Also why no toaster? That was very strange. Cereal choices were also very limited. Lunch and Dinner menus were excellent and delicious. However, two big drawbacks regarding both menus; Both menus were a bit expensive. If you're having drinks and a meal each, the bill can easily get to 60-70 euros (and when you eat lunch and dinner day after day, it adds up quite fast), and that's without anything 'fancy'. A second drawback was the lack of choices. We came to Casa Cook Samos due to our amazing experience at Casa Cook Rhodes - where you had a different menu for every day of the week! At Samos, you unfortunately have a very limited menu that doesn't change - so if you're going for longer than 3-4 days, things get old very very fast. And especially since there's only one decent restaurant (Unan) within walking distance from the hotel - otherwise you need to visit Pythagorio. Again - the food was top notch, their Risotto was one of the best I've had in my life - but such a shame it wasn't priced more fairly and had more options. My recommendation - for great food, go to Pythagorio or even Samos City and have some great local food for a fraction of the prices. Unan (not far from the hotel), Pergamonto and Onion Grill are a few of the great places we ate - all with excellent food and service. DO NOT go to Pnoe Restaurant - very low quality food. I booked my holiday with Jet2 after checking TripAdvisor reviews. Now I wonder why these were so good. Perhaps the fact that we booked all-inclusive makes the difference, as this place operates mainly on bed and breakfast and full board basis. All-inclusive was quite troublesome for a number of reasons: 1. We arrived just before 3PM and the info at reception said that lunch is served till 3:30 so we rushed to the pool bar. There chef already had his cigarette at the bar. We asked the waiter if we can order our lunch, which then he asked the chef in Greek. The chef agreed to make us something ”but quick” as it was already after 3... Two waitresses at the pool bar were helpful, but the waiter at occasions felt confrontational and not welcoming, I wonder if that's just my misperception. The staff in general was fatigued. There was only few of them and they said that they don't have any time off till September/October. 2. The pool bar menu is very monotonous. There is only a few positions and although acceptable quality it was just boring. There was only a couple or a few tables every day eating in with all-inclusive, but I was waiting for food for 45min-1hour. Some days it was straight away, but few days we were waiting 15 min for the waiter and 30-45 min for the food. 3. No kids menu. My son ended up ordering a pinsa margherita and French fries every day and was walking hungry. One ight there were some nuggets at the buffet, and French fries another night. Generally, he was eating bread and tomatoes. No kids' stuff he is used to from school etc, no kids burghers, hot-dogs, nuggets, or even vegetables. Some may say that they don't go abroad to eat chicken nuggets, but from my experience some kids are just like my son, and they won't just try local cuisine. 4. Breakfasts were quite monotonous with little selection and terrible organisation. It's the busiest time as most of guests have just breakfasts. There was plenty people and a total chaos. Yogurts and cereal at one and of the buffet but nuts and raisins on the other. One coffee machine was always out of play due to malfunction or lack of cups. Same with the orange juice. No trays are available, so everyone is just walking around, back and forward with a plate or a cup. There is no agreed direction at the buffet as well, so people go both ways and there is always someone in your way. Some staff members are running around constantly, but there are some just walking around observing. I've seen people not able to sit down as there were no tables or preparing their tables themselves with little help from staff. 5. Dinners are similar, but less busy. No trays and wrong organisation remain i.e. closer to the entrance are dessert plates and sweets, then you can grab a big plate. Wrong way round to me, but I understand that many of you may not see an issue there. The food is OK, but for adults. Quite fatty, beef stew every day and not much more. In a town with generally lackluster accommodation options, this hotel delivers a truly top-flight experience. The location is perfect, especially for those arriving by sea, and it’s in a very cool corner of the town, surrounded by very hip, socially conscious eateries and shops. Rooms are elegant and comfortable. The whole operation is very professionally run. I can usually find something to complain about but not here. Breakfast had a range of really unusual local items, and everything I tasted was delicious. All breakfast preferences that I could imagine were well provided for, too. Highly recommended overall!

Rooms are very basic but you're not going to be in them long are you. good size balcony. Rooms cleaned each day towels changed every 2 days also linen. Large pool well maintained . food served 12-3 would be good if food was available later say 5-8 so you don't have to walk the 20 minuets to the nearest bars, sometimes you just want a chilled evening . Pool bar open each day until 11.30pm got to mention Ellana who works the bar 3 nights she is so friendly has lots of local knowledge and she worked so hard keeping the bar area clean and tidy. Also the evening barman sorry didn't get his name friendly, cheerful always smiling. If you just want to relax this is the place for you. Great views across the water flats watching flamingos, pelicans, herons and lots of others.

A truly wonderful stay. They were absolutely great hosts and their overall service is excellent. The villa is spacious and it is fully equipped with all you might need. I highly recommend it and will visit again.
