Holiday Inn Express Whitefield is located in Whitefield locality, about 35 km from Kempegowda International Airport. My previous stays in Bangalore have all been around Marathalli area and for some reason all the hotels in that neighborhood were going much higher that week, so I decided to give this hotel a try. The room was quite small with the vanity area right next to the bed. The hotel being a Holiday Inn Express, has complimentary breakfast for all guests. Menu was mostly fixed for most days (did not have much variation). I was not too keen on the taste of quite a few Indian items lacking flavor (hard to do!!). Thumbs up: Excellent cash rates during my stay. Would probably stay again just for the excellent value compared to hotels in other parts of Bangalore Had very good luck getting Uber in the morning and evening. Thumbs down: Not a big fan of the breakfast. Quite a few items in the menu were very bland (hard to do when you are serving Indian food!!). Room was very small and space quite tight. Late Edit: After my initial writeup, I actually ended up staying at the hotel again. My brother lives around Marathalli area/Outer Ring Road and the hotel rates in this neighbourhood is outrageous. This Holiday Inn Express was going at a great rate and so I stayed for another week in May. It was overall a decent exprience and I would not hesitate to come back again for another stay in the future. Also during my May stay, the breakfast has improved much more than my February stay. I expected this to be Atleast in 2-3 star category considering the pricing.. But the ***power at hotel is really under trained and there is no-one to help you in parking to start with .. The facilities at hotel are so old and ***y things r not functional.. The hot water itself is not available, when asked they provided luke warm which is not enough for chilly weather there.. In addition food also is not good.. When asked a staff why this hotel is like this, he gave me a good smile without sorting out the issue.. There was a powercut for more than an hour and I had to inform the reception that there is no power since long for which reply was electricity board is working on some line.. When asked why is there no power backup in hotel and when asked to connect to higher officials they turned on the generator.. All in all I would not recommend anyone..

Nous venons regulierement au Radisson depuis 18 mois, c est notre base pour nos rendez vous et reunion a Bangalore. Les chambres sont tres confortables, le personnel des etages toujours pres a repondre a nos de***des. Le personnel de reception est souriant, disponible et efficace. Le personnel en cuisine est pret a s adapter a nos de***des (pas epices...) et le personnel en salle est vraiment serviable. Je compte sur Sundar qui pourra remercier tout le personnel de l hotel qui a pris soin de nous durant notre expatriation.

Lokasi hotel baik. Tetapi kakitangannya tidak profesional dan etika kerja mereka tidak mesra pelanggan. Bilik tidak diselenggara mengikut standard. Cadar dan sarung bantal mempunyai rambut dan kotoran. Tetapi kakitangan pengemasan cukup membantu untuk menangani masalah kami. Lampu tidak berfungsi, isu telah diselesaikan selepas jurutera menghadirinya. Bilik air kecil dan sesak untuk menampung balkoni saya rasa. Penyebaran sarapan adalah memuaskan, sekali lagi kakitangan tidak mesra pelanggan. Tiada sanitizer tangan disimpan di atas meja. Terdapat ramai tetamu yang menggunakan hidangan bufet dengan tangan kosong. Lif/lif mempunyai bau yang sangat busuk pada kebanyakan masa. Secara keseluruhannya bukan penginapan yang selesa. Satu-satunya perkara premium tentang hartanah ini ialah jenama Hilton. Ia tidak hampir dengan piawaian Hilton yang saya alami pada masa lalu.

It was a memorable trip. Services were top notch and impeccable service attitude seen in all staff. Frankly, I have not seen such a high service standards so far in my earlier visits to other countries and hotels. Staff was extremely courteous and made our trip very comfortable in all aspects. Would like to commend one particular female front office staff ms akansha who made all the sincere efforts to make our stay so comfortable. She also arranged to provide us rooms for early check ins as we were very tired upon arrival into the hotel. Please cherish all the staff who made our stay so so comfortable and we felt it like home. Kudos and 7 stars to the hotel for their impeccable and flawless services. Will definately stay again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

The entire staff of The AURUM is unbelievable. Me and my wife are so humbled by their hospitality. Always ready to serve your needs, whatever it may be. What is so more surprising, was The Aurum MD, Mr. Srivatsya, spend the entire evening with us. Taking us to a nearby river(hotel ground), sat with us, had TEA with us and was so down to earth in entertaining us. The staff even gave a surprise birthday party for me and my wife, Very humbled and touch with their gesture.(photo attached) The entire staff were so down to earth in serving us. It's MD is a role model for it's staff. We have travel all over India, these experience is extraordinary. Thank you ”THE AURUM”

This place was a very decent and neat hotel to stay in. We are a family of five and we got a room with an extra bed. We were so pleased with how our room looked neat and clean, especially the bathroom which was great and neat. The rooms were comfortable and we were able to have a good night's sleep with great comfort. The service is excellent and in the morning the breakfast served was very delicious and amazing. My kids who are picky eaters ate the food well and enjoyed the morning. Overall, this hotel is very neat, great with amazing staff and I feel like this place is a steal for its price. Definitely looking forward to staying here for my next stay
