"Reasonable size room, a bit dated and carpets a bit old. Otherwise quite comfortable. General cleanliness of the Hotel need attention. Didn't have breakfast but went to see the variety. Didn't think the spread was that great. Walked across to the Spar at the gas station to have Coffee and croissants. Bus stop is 10 mins walk and train station from there is also 10 mins, so quote convenient."

"We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in het prachtige huis van Shirley en Barry. Ze waren fantastische gastheren - vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zouden een bezoek zeker aanraden en zullen onze vrienden in Engeland vertellen over deze prachtige en rustgevende vakantiebestemming. Vergeet niet een fiets te huren om de vele fietspaden door het prachtige, ongerepte landschap te verkennen! We really enjoyed our stay in Shirley and Barry's beautiful home. They were excellent hosts - friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend a visit and will tell our friends here in England about this beautiful and restful holiday destination. Don't forget to hire a bike in order to explore the many cycle paths through beautiful, unspoilt countryside! (Nick and Jacqui, York, UK)."

"The hotel has a receptionist who barely speaks English and no Dutch. It is so filthy! Don't go there!!! The room smelled of cigarettes, it was dirty everywhere, and the worst part was that we saw bedbugs crawling in the bed. We packed our things and reported it to the reception, who were perfectly fine with us leaving."

"Located right next to the train station and close to Amsterdam. There is no private parking provided, but there is a garage and an outdoor parking nearby. They are both 3 euros per day. However, it is better to park in the outdoor parking if you want to use your car during your stay as every time you drive out the garage, you need to pay again. Breakfast could be improved. The eggs are the only hot dishes."

"Pros: We reached earlier than the check-in time, and they tried their best to accommodate us. Location is superb, near supermarket, restaurants, and pub. Train station is also near. The cleaning staffs were very kind + the guy who is at the reception at night. Cons : The African lady at the reception is not welcoming at all. So, it messed our 1st impression of the hotel. The AC was quite dusty, so we had to switch it off as we were feeling sick. The soundproofing of the room is very, very bad. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you(Snoring/or kinky stuff)"
