"Very beautiful and well-kept accommodation..(pillows, bathroom, products) with a very nice view.. fireplace.. rich breakfast.. very good coffee!! Despina is the best.. but also the evening girl (I don't remember her name, sorry)!! Kind and professional.. of course I will go again.. and Orma, the village was a surprise.. nice square and shops!! 🌹"

"It was the only available hotel we found for the days we went with friends, it's a little far from the Bathroom to Aridian, a quiet area, a nice breakfast, a balcony to sit in the night and a private fireplace in the room! The rooms are a little simpler in decoration compared to other hotels but we were happy. The spa didn't see it, so I don't have a view. It has enough parking space in the outer area of the hotel."

"We've booked a jacuzzi room for a night. They took us to a room without jacuzzi, and my husband took 20 minutes to figure out how to get us to another, telling him that it was a mistake and that we booked another room and not jacuzzi ... that it was our fault we had a room for Confirmation a few days ago ... There the receptionist commented for the first time that now the room needs to be cleaned again because the bathroom was used ... This evening we decided to make jacuzzi and it didn't work. He didn't even give the electricity as it looked like in the pictures... my husband came down to the reception (because the phone didn't work) and told us what to do. The third time my husband came down again, he brought the receptionist who had a face up to the floor and found out he really didn't work. He got the man who suggested we change the room again ... the third for one night! which room as it appears in the pictures was in a bad situation as the rest of the rooms I didn't take pictures ... and we ended up at 11.00 the night with pijamas and shoes in hand to go back to the hotel's corridors where the hotel is located in the hotel's shop. A staff member has not apologized for the upset. The EPIC was when he told us to go and get our towels from the previous room so that we wouldn't get dirty, and they had to clean another room ... It's as if it was our fault that one was wrong after the other ... bad Experience unfortunately a lot and great rudeness ... Unfortunately all the breakfast was quite big and honest!"

"The staff was very kind. The room was spotlessly clean, had an incredible view. The breakfast was delicious. In general, everything was very beautiful. The village is very beautiful, in 5 minutes you are in Pozar and in half an hour in Edessa! Everything you need to enjoy moments of rest and relaxation! I highly recommend it!!!"

"We chose this hotel since it is considered one of the best in the area. I was not disappointed since the room was big and well equipped, clean and the lady was very kind and helpful. However I consider it overpriced for what it offers and for the period we visited it (there was one more room busy the days we stayed). The breakfast was average, not so many choices but good quality. We tried the salt cave which was nothing special according to us. The location is good, on the main street of the village. I may choose it again if I visit the area but not blindfold this time."
