"The room was nice, with a nice view of the big yard. We had to pay for the parking, which was indoor with easy access to the hotel lobby. The hotel service was good. The girl at the front desk gave us a map of the old town and told us to follow the blueline marked on the ground to see the place. It worked very well."

"I can honestly say this is probably one of the best places we’ve stayed at on our roots through SPAIN France and Portugal. The Chateau itself is absolutely stunning and the Room we opted for (the more expensive view). Was beautiful. We will be going back there again next May or June and this time stay for three or four days or maybe even more we just loved it."

"Horrible hotel, the cleaning hadn't been done. I found an open packet of cookies under the bed and a lot of dirt. There was no soundproofing between the rooms. The staff didn't listen. The owner didn't accept my complaints about her hotel; she called me six hours after I left to accuse me of tearing the wallpaper, even though the hotel is dilapidated—the walls, doors, and baseboards are damaged. I was on the fourth floor; there's no elevator to the top floor, so I had to carry my luggage myself. No one helped me. Avoid this place immediately; it's disgusting."

"Female person at reception on 10/11/2023 very unpleasant and in a high tone. Indeed, I had confirmation that my breakfast was well taken care of as part of my reservation by a very pleasant male person the day before. The next day when I left I was told that I had to pay for my breakfast. I answer no, it is well taken care of, your colleague confirmed it to me. She answers me in a raised tone was it me you had and says that of course not. I replied that she was lowering her voice, that was no way to respond. She didn't want to hear anything. Please know that I am used to coming regularly to your ibis Mercury hotels, this is the first time I have had a welcome like this!"

"We stayed in a suite, which was nice and spacious. Furniture and decor was a bit dated and especially the blackout curtains and net curtains were very stained and had seen better days. The aircon worked efficiently and was quiet. Bathroom was really great and well equipped with very good toiletries (Shower Gel/Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion and Handwash). There was even a make-up mirror. The soft drinks in the fridge were free and there is a coffee machine and a safe. We had a good sleep in the comfortable bed and the room was quiet. Even though it's on the edge of the old town, it's really quick to walk there and it's right next to a lovely little park. The receptionist Cynthia was very helpful."
