"Booked room was super deluxe but allocated room condition was very bad which was a normal room. Ac was not working. Room service was very poor. No one is responding phone call. Even if for a water bottle there was a 4 times call to restaurant then after 1 hour hotel was provided a water bottle bed, bedsheet was not neat and clean bathroom condition was very bad also"
