Big rooms with spacious toilet, and perfect room temperature.
Very friendly staff both at the reception and room service( shoutout to the kind Bulgarian lady for our room service)
Delicious varied breakfast buffet!
The only things that could improve is the gym equipment, a few weights and/or kettlebells would be a lot more helpful.
Also, adding a separate bin for papers in the rooms helps with recycling.
Overall, I totally recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel has been recently renovated, the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was nice and clean.
However, I would like to mention that there were no slippers or robes in the room, which you would expect at a 4-star hotel.
The breakfast was delicious; you can order from the menu as well as enjoy the buffet. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

The original room allocated was dirty and they did not service it on my first day. They changed the room upon my feedback and there forth cleanliness was up to standard. Though I always find a variety of bugs and insects in my room every day, from a spider the size of half my palm to beetle etc. Guess that is a result of being too close to the garden?

Overall good. Location is outside the city centre but accessible public transport, tram and train station are around 10 mins walk. Half an hour to airport with train. Easy to find. With 10 mins walk can go to a street with supermarket and cafe. The hotel does not supply bottle water but I we were told we can drink straight from the tap. For those not used to drink tap water, have to go supermarket to get before 6p.m. shop here close early.

Good location, 30 min by foot from the city center or 100m from the metro station. Managed to find a free (weekend) parking spot in front of the hotel with ыщьу help from a hotel staff member. Everyone was kind and helpful. Room was clean and in good shape. The only thing it did lack was a socket near a bed. Breakfast was good and for a reasonable price,

the location is great! the food is excellent. the hotel is a maximum of 4 stars, the rooms are dirty, all the corners and by the bed are dirty, the cleaning is terrible, I had to argue and count the days with the cleaning supervisor so that the bed linen was changed once in 6 nights (they have one every three days). lamps are streaked and stained. When checking in, there was someone else's map of the city with personal notes in the room. I won't be back again.

HH MatthiasExcellent property in a quiet neighborhood and just 2-3 subway stops from Vienna's top attractions. The team at Weltwien was proactive, helpful, and accommodating, even emailing me months in advance to provide me with useful information for checking in/out outside of staffed hours. Checking in myself was a breeze, instructions were sent via Whatsapp. Special mention for Natascha who was a delight to communicate with.
The apartment was spacious (large balcony), extremely clean, beautiful, and well equipped (full kitchen with pots and dishwasher). The bathroom was lovely and had a towel radiator. The TV was smart and easy to use. Weltwien is now one of my favourite apartment hotels in Europe! Only complaint was that the bedroom could be brighter (more lights).
Laundry rooms are available on 2 floors, with detergent and ironing board provided. Highly recommended.

PPengguna TetamuThe location was really great, close to central station and supermarkets. We checked in at night and the staff was helpful. They have a mini kitchen in their room yet cookwares were not provided. When we consulted the front desk, we were told to pay €25 for a set of cookwares which include a number of unnecessary tools when all we needed was just a saucepan. The room was cosy and the environment was nice. They offered laundry and ironing services too. However, there were no doors for the bathroom.

PPengguna TetamuAccording to the hotel’s policy we must leave the room before 11:00am the last day. However, around 9:00am a housekeeper opened the room and asked me when we would leave? I was shocked! I don’t think it’s a correct behavior! But the room itself is comfortable. And it’s not far away from subway station. I suggest that the housekeeper should be trained again!

WWilliamLovely apartment sitting the slight outskirt of the city - that’s 3-4 stations from the central station and further apart from most attractions that are on the opposite side of the hauptbahnhof.
Apartment is new and clean with a super well equipped kitchen. Metro station is right opposite and there are also shared bicycles outside. Supermarket is approx 150-200m away.
Only two negative things about the stay are:
1) check in code was not communicated beforehand - waited and spent about a hour in total to sort things out at check in
2) at check out the staff arrived at 10:00 sharp with stern faces - not the kind of warm send off you would normally expect from a hospitality business.
Otherwise it was all good.

Cleanliness was generally great, with clean linen, towels, etc. The kitchen was very well kept, as well. The only issue was the floors throughout the place could do with a more thorough clean between customers, as it was a bit on the dusty side.
The coffee machine uses ‘pro’ pads that can’t be bought in shops, so you have to buy them
From the vending machine in the lounge… unfortunately the vending machine was out of order/misconfigured. There is an electric kettle, though which means instant coffee is an option.
Overall, great value for money!

L’équipe tous très accueillants disponibles et gentils. Beaucoup d’amour dans cet endroit et l’art brésilien partout. Le breakfast avec des spécialités brésiliennes vaut le détour à 19€50 mais c’est excellent, j’y reviendrai c’est sûr merci trip et il y avait Coldplay tous les jours de leur 4 concerts à Vienne des 16 h en musique d’ambiance avec un petit café offert par Rioca ou une boisson rafraîchissante merci Rioca ❤️❤️❤️

LLDP-VIENNAI stayed at this hotel twice within just a matter of days while having medical treatments in Vienna. The 1st was from 18-27 October '24 (9 nights) then again from 03-21 November '24 (18 nights). I must say that I am quite satisfied on both occasions altho' I would have appreciated it more, had I received an added cleaning service. Having stayed that long during each visit, it was a bit disappointing that the chambermaid showed up to clean only twice during my 2nd stay!!!
Other than that, it is highly recommendable due to its great location and fair price. I will definitely return again in April for my follow up treatments.

LLiuYizhengthe check in system is super terrible. We were waiting outside of the building for more than 1 hour to sort out this weird check-in issue. Because we can't find anywhere shows our room number. Then we called them, they online confirmed our order fisrt. After that we need to check-in online, upload our ID, also selfie, home address and so on. After that we waited agian until they chcked everything and gave us our PIN code of room. Because of this problem, we missed our restaurant and also the later plan. I have to say this check in system is super bad.
